Moments after Kristen Stewart issued an apology for cheating on Robert Pattinson with Rupert Sanders, the director of Snow White and the Huntsman has come out with a statement of his own. “I am utterly distraught about the pain I have caused my family,” Sanders tells People . “My beautiful wife and heavenly children are all I have in this world. I love them with all my heart. I am praying that we can get through this together.” Sanders, 41 is married to a model named Liberty Ross. She actually played the young Snow White’s mother in her husband’s first feature film and she’s the mother to his seven-year old daughter and five-year old son. Ross reacted to Sanders’ infidelity by removing a photo of herself and Stewart from her blog and by sending out a couple of incredulous Tweets before deleting her account.
According to a new report, James Holmes actually alerted a psychologist at the University of Colorado to his plans to commit mass murder… only the recipient never opened the package in question. Fox News says the Colorado shooting suspect mailed a notebook “full of details about how he was going to kill people” to the school’s mail room, which is where police and FBI agent found it this week. “There were drawings of what he was going to do in it – drawings and illustrations of the massacre,” an insider with knowledge told Fox, adding that the photos drawn in a spiral-bound notebook’s pages depict a gun-wielding stick figure opening fire on other stick figures. The package has reportedly been sitting in the mailroom since July 12 and was never delivered to the professor to whom it was addressed. It is now in the hands of the FBI. It’s unclear if the recipient ever had any contact with Holmes, but he or she treats patients at a psychiatry outpatient facility on campus. Holmes was a student at the school’s neuroscience doctoral program until a few weeks ago. In related, far more positive news: Christian Bale visited victims of the tragedy in Aurora yesterday.
In this edition of How The Jackson World Turns… TJ Jackson, the nephew of Michael Jackson, has been named by a court as the temporary guardian of MJ’s three kids, Paris, Prince and Blanket. The legal maneuver was necessary because Katherine Jackson – who has served in this capacity for the past three years – has been out of contact with the children for over 10 days now, since a few of her kids took her away to Arizona. “This is not a power play by TJ Jackson,” L.A. Superior Court Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff said at an emergency hearing. “This is based on the allegation that Katherine Jackson is being prevented from acting as guardian.” Katherine’s attorney was also present and said there’s “reason to believe” her client is “being held against her will.” But that is supposedly changing now, as Randy Jackson appeared today on Good Morning America and said his mother is on her way back to California. It appears as though Randy’s scheme – to convince his mom to challenge the authenticity of Michael’s will because he’s upset it does not name him or any siblings as benefactors – has fallen apart and he is being forced to cave in to public pressure. Last night, Marlon Jackson broke down during an interview, pleading to learn the whereabouts of his mother.

Katherine has been serving as the trio’s guardian since Michael Jackson passed away, but sources close to the family believe she’s being held against her will by MJ’s siblings in Arizona. She has not seen her grandchildren in nine days. Insiders tell TMZ that all three children are in favor of TJ taking over guardian duties. He’s reportedly very close to his niece and nephews. “I know it’s completely unfair for them to do this to you and your brothers. We will keep trying. I love you,” TJ Tweeted to Paris last night. Tension continues to rise within the Jackson clan because Michael only left money to his foundation and his children in his will. Moreover, there have been accusations that Katherine is being treated unfairly by the will’s executors. Police were called to the family home in California yesterday over some kind of domestic dispute. No arrests were made, but photos later surfaced of Janet and Jermaine Jackson in a heated discussion. This is our mother and her health is paramount. We are not inventing or plotting anything. We are following doctor’s advice. Period.” This confusion is the latest in an ongoing family dispute, as five of Katherine’s kids sent a letter this week that allege their mother is being mistreated by the executors of Michael Jackson’s estate. An attorney for Katherine, Sandra Ribera, says her client flew to New Mexico on July 15 to attend a concert… but granddaughter Paris Jackson then tried to get in touch with Katherine at her aunt’s Rebbie’s house and was told on multiple occasions this week that she was not permitted to do so. “yes, my grandmother is missing . i haven’t spoken with her in a week i want her home now,” Paris Tweeted today. Katherine Jackson has not called her three grandchildren, who have resided with her for the last three years, since last Sunday, Ribera added, saying she “has never gone 24 hours without talking to her kids… We have no idea what’s going on with her. According to our sources, a nephew of Katherine’s filed a missing person’s report with the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department after her grandchildren had been unable to reach her for over a week. Jermaine Jackson tweeted earlier this week that Katherine was in Arizona resting up on doctor’s orders. But early this morning, Paris Jackson tweeted, “yes, my grandmother is missing. i haven’t spoken with her in a week i want her home now.” She followed that up with a plea for people to call the authorities if they see her, then added, “the same doctor that testified on behalf of dr murray saying my father was a drug addict (a lie) is caring for my grandmother… just saying.” Katherine Jackson’s lawyer told CNN she has never gone more than 24 hours without speaking to her grandchildren. As TMZ previously reported, the Jackson family has been feuding of late … with Randy, Jermaine, Tito, Rebbie and Janet Jackson seeking to have the executors of the Michael Jackson Estate resign from their positions. A letter that leaked on the internet, written by the aforementioned Jacksons, claimed that John Branca and John McClain had “taken advantage of the family … and have stressed out Katherine Jackson so much, that she recently suffered a “mini-stroke.’” Something ain’t right in the water!
