CANNES, France — Lindsay Lohan is crying foul over a photo of her partying in Cannes with what appears to be cocaine inches away from her. In the snapshot published by TMZ, the troubled star is seen alongside two friends as a mystery white powder sits nearby on a table. When asked about the photo hours after it was published, Lohan told RadarOnline, “That’s a set up,” without going into details. “That’s so untrue.” Lohan, 23, later told Radar in an email that she didn’t know the white powder was on the table.
