The Spy Kids beauty, 30, gave birth to a healthy baby Saturday in Los Angeles, and announced the news via Facebook Sunday night. “Hope you’re enjoying the weekend. Cash and I are so excited to announce the birth of our daughter, Haven Garner Warren,” she wrote. “She was born on Saturday, weighed 7lbs, and was 19 inches long. Healthy and happy! Big Sister Honor couldn’t be more excited about the new addition to our family. Thank you for all of your support during my pregnancy. It means the world to me.” The actress recently revealed on her iVillage blog that she is “excited, nervous and ready” to be a mom again adding that “the idea of loving someone as much as I love Honor isn’t something I’m grasping yet.” Congrats again Jessica and Cash! The devil is hard at work… A preacher who led one of the largest congregations in Central Florida was found dead in a Times Square hotel on Friday, police sources said. The body of Zachery Tims, 42, the senior pastor of New Destiny Christian Center in Apopka, was discovered in his 37th-floor room of the posh W Hotel on Broadway near W. 46th St. about 6 p.m., the sources said. “He’s going to be missed,” the mayor of Apopka, John Land, told the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. It was not clear whether Tims was alone at the time of his death. The city’s medical examiner will perform an autopsy to determine the cause of death. This Tims character wasn’t the most pious of the Lord’s humble servants… In 2009, Tims and his wife of 15 years divorced after the pastor admitted to having an affair with another woman. Riva Tims, who is also a pastor, left the church to pursue her own ministry, Majestic Life Institute. There is no telling what other type of shady dealings this guy might have been into. Here he goes… Cops were called to Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Fordham after a church-goer interrupted the service to call for the removal of Frank Borzellieri as principal of the parish school. “I wanted them to feel my sense of outrage that he was brought into the community to teach,” said Juan Varela, 54, who was arrested yesterday on disorderly conduct and weapons possession charges and spent seven hours in police custody. Varela, who is Catholic but lives in Queens, said he sat in a pew during the 10 a.m. Mass. At one point he stood up, walked to the altar, faced parishioners and began railing against Borzellieri. “This church hired a racist. This church does not like Hispanics and blacks,” one police source quoted Varela as saying. Cops said he initially refused to leave, but finally complied. He said he was kicked from behind by ushers at the back of the church as he tried to exit. He was picked up by police about two blocks away. Varela was charged with criminal possession of a weapon – a knife – and disorderly conduct, cops said. Damn a knife in church, sounds like Varela planned to “lay hands” on this pastor if he got close enough. Peep what the good ol’ pastor was kickin’ The News revealed Sunday that Borzellieri, 48, was quietly hired two years ago as principal of Our Lady of Mount Carmel School despite his controversial writings. In his 2004 book – “Don’t Take it Personally: Race, Immigration, Crime and Other Heresies” – Borzellieri declared “diversity is a weakness” and that America’s rising black and Hispanic populations will lead to a “New Dark Age.” He has also written for the white supremacist publication American Renaissance. As a city school board member representing District 24 in Queens from 1993 to 2002, Borzellieri tried to ban literature he labeled “anti-American” from school libraries. One of the books he targeted was an biography on the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. He also introduced a resolution calling for students to be taught that U.S. culture is superior, and he advocated the removal of an openly gay teacher from the classroom at Public School 199 in Sunnyside. So the Catholic church is just going to act like their new pastor isn’t a hate-monger, bigot, racist piece-of-s#!t? Damn, they’re a tough crowd. Fox 5 Atlanta has discovered that there was a fifth accuser in the Bishop Eddie Long sexual misconduct case. Centino Kemp never filed a lawsuit and his name was never made public during the case, but apparently Kemp was involved in the recent settlement negotiations with Long and the other accusers. According to Fox 5 Atlanta, Kemp is currently recording songs written from the perspective of an angry lover and has Eddie Long’s name tattooed on his wrist with the words: “Never a Mistake, Always a Lesson.” Sources told Fox 5 Atlanta that Kemp is 22 years old and was raised in the Bahamas and met Eddie Long years ago during a visit to New Birth while he was a teenage student in a Florida college. Dr. Conrad Murray was dealt a considerable blow today as the judge in his involuntary manslaughter trial – which begins this fall – ruled that 16 hours of Michael Jackson rehearsal footage is impertinent to Murray’s defense. Murray’s lawyers claimed that the tapes, taken before Jackson’s ill-fated 2009 This Is It tour , showed him to be in chronically poor, declining health. The judge disagreed . Dr. Murray’s told it to the judge … who wasn’t buying it . Dr. Conrad Murray’s lawyers wanted the outtakes to prove Jackson was very ill in the days before his death, and therefore – since he was already dying, or so his theory suggests – Dr. Murray can’t be held responsible for his death. But Judge Michael Pastor ruled the outtakes were valuable to Sony (which didn’t want to release them and has them protected by armed guards ), and also ruled that the videos do not show MJ in noticeably bad health. Because the hours of video show, in the judge’s opinion, a reasonably healthy MJ, it undercuts Dr. Murray’s theory that MJ was a lost cause .

Congress has been investigating the mega-churches of Bishop Eddie Long, Creflo Dollar and Joyce Meyer for over a year now. The initial congressional investigation led by Sen. Charles Grassley (R-Iowa) ended with an audit last fall and was concluded but with open questions. Funds and property were the lynch pins for queries. All the churches investigated submitted paperwork that was either missing key facts or were cloudy with names and slight misdirections. In response to that Congress gave suggestions to all ministries. Although Grassley’s inquiry is ongoing, his office released some initial findings Monday. Four ministries have declined to cooperate or have provided incomplete information, Grassley said. They are Bishop Eddie Long of New Birth Missionary Baptist Church; Creflo and Taffi Dollar of World Changers Church International; Randy and Paula White of Without Walls International Church; and Kenneth and Gloria Copeland of Kenneth Copeland Ministries. Joyce Meyer Ministries is undertaking internal reforms in the wake of the congressional inquiry into its finances. The extent of the changes is unclear. Grassley’s staff declined to elaborate. And Roby Walker, a spokesman for the Missouri-based Joyce Meyer Ministries, founded by popular TV evangelist Joyce Meyer, said the specifics were being worked out. The action comes nearly a year after Grassley, the top Republican on the Senate Finance Committee, launched an inquiry into six ministries including Long’s. Grassley said at the time that he was disturbed by reports about preachers living lavishly while their tax-exempt churches escaped scrutiny. The Finance Committee oversees tax laws and the IRS. Grassley said Monday that Joyce Meyer Ministries and one other ministry, Texas-based Benny Hinn’s World Healing Center Church, had been very cooperative with his inquiry and were taking internal steps to address concerns about their financial dealings. The two ministries have engaged in “open and honest dialogue” with the committee staff, Grassley said in a statement. “Both Joyce Meyer and Benny Hinn have indicated that they are also instituting reforms without waiting for the committee to complete its review,” he said. One of the four men who accused Bishop Eddie Long of sexual misconduct — the first one to speak publicly about the allegation — was arrested this week in Miami on suspicion of being a drug dealer. Jamal Parris, 24, was driving a white 2011 BMW in Miami Beach Tuesday evening when a Florida Highway Patrol officer noticed that it had no tags. After pulling the car over the approaching officer approached and smelled marijuana. A search of the car turned up 181 grams of marijuana, which is worth about $1,000 on the street. The officer also discovered 50 clear plastic baggies and a Taurus semiautomatic handgun. Parris also was carrying $1,250 in cash. Parris was arrested and jailed. He was charged with two felony counts: possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm while committing a felony. He also was charged with operating a motor vehicle with no registration, a misdemeanor. Read the full story here.
