Lawsuits: Mary J. Blige Sued By Promotional Company For Bailing On Dallas Concert And Not Paying Back That Scrilla

Now Mary , you know you two dollars short of being broke and busted. You can’t be missing shows. Mary J. Blige Sued For Not Showing Up To Concert Beyotch you can’t be outchea taking people’s money and not showing up to perform. That sound like someone struggling to keep the lights on in their house and so they take the money and run. According to TMZ Mary J. Blige is being sued for allegedly bailing on a concert in Dallas last December — and according to the lawsuit, it’s kinda Mick Jagger’s fault. A promotional company called Vision Entertainment Worldwide has sued Mary J. and her production company, claiming the singer agreed to perform in Dallas on December 9th, 2012 … but canceled just a few days beforehand. VEW claims it paid Mary a $145,000 deposit to appear … and she never paid back the money, despite pulling the plug on the show. VEW claims Blige blew them off because she got a better opportunity to perform at the Barclays Center with Mick Jagger and the Rolling Stones on December 8th … and she took it. VEW is now suing for breach of contract and more — demanding at least $145,000 in damages. Calls to Blige’s camp haven’t been returned. Can someone please tell us what the phuck Kendu Isaacs does? He’s suppose to be her manager/husband, but got Mary out here looking real suspect. Maybe he is busy bangin’ some dumb big titty assistant cause he sure isn’t taking care of business.

Let It Burn: Former Nanny For Usher Sues Him For Wrongful Termination And Failure To Pay!

We thought Usher was supposed to be such a model father! Via TMZ reports : Usher has secretly been stiffing the nanny … financially … this according to a new lawsuit obtained by TMZ. Cecilia Duncan is suing the singer, claiming Usher hired her as a part-time nanny back in December 2010 and she worked her ass off caring for his two sons (aged 4 and 5) often exceeding 40 hours per week. According to the lawsuit, Cecilia felt like she was being overworked without being paid overtime … and expressed her concerns to Usher in 2011 that she was being shafted. Cecilia says Usher ignored her complaints for more than a year … and finally fired her a$$ last September without paying her overtime money. She’s now suing for wrongful termination, failure to pay wages, and more — demanding unspecified damages. Sources close to the lawsuit tell us she wants in the six-figure range. A source connected with Usher tells TMZ … this is a frivolous lawsuit and all the allegations made by the former nanny are completely false. Should be interesting to see how this plays out in Tameka Raymond’s custody appeal — considering this nanny was part of the “village” helping to raise the former couple’s sons — yet was let go almost right after the ruling. Ush, too bad you can’t just chop down all the help like ya did with the other nanny. Sometimes you gotta just pay yo bills! Continue reading

Hoe Sit Down: Choreographer Wade Robinson Sues Michael Jackson’s Estate Claiming He Molested Him

Michael molested you and you wait all these years to come forward? Sounds real suspect homie. Michael Jackson Accused Of Molestation Again According to TMZ Michael Jackson has been posthumously accused of molesting a now-famous choreographer who spent lots of time with the singer at the Neverland Ranch … TMZ has learned. TMZ has obtained legal docs … filed by Wade Robson … in which he’s asking for money from the Michael Jackson Estate for childhood sexual abuse. Robson — now 30 years old — has worked with top names in pop music including Britney Spears, *NSYNC, Usher and P!nk. He has also appeared on “So You Think You Can Dance.” Wade met Michael when he was 5 years old and they developed a friendship that lasted for years. By the time Wade was 7, he went for sleepovers at Neverland and MJ’s homes in L.A. and Vegas. The sleepovers continued until Wade was 14. Wade even performed to a Michael Jackson song on “Star Search” when he was 8 years old. In 2005, Wade testified in MJ’s molestation trial and DENIED Michael ever molested him. Wade’s lawyer filed legal docs May 1 asking the judge in the Michael Jackson Estate case to allow him to file a late creditor’s claim against the Estate. In the documents, Wade’s lawyer says he submitted a never-before filed complaint “for childhood sexual abuse.” Wade’s lawyer has filed the actual complaint under seal — which means it’s not available to the public. Sources tell TMZ … the complaint specifically outlines the alleged abuse at the hands of Michael Jackson. Wade’s lawyer also mentions a psychiatrist who treated Wade — the doctor is a leader in the field of child psychology. Interestingly … in the 2005 molestation trial, Jackson’s former housekeeper, Blanca Francia, testified she witnessed Jackson in the shower with Wade when the boy was 8 or 9 years old. Do you think he is a legitimate victim or is he just looking for a pay day? Wenn Continue reading

Pay Yo’ Bills: Ricky Rozay Tapped With Lawsuit By Florida Tour Booker, Claims The Boss Stiffed Him Out Of A 10 Percent Commission

Ricky you really are going to have to pay to be the boss. Rick Ross Sued By Tour Booker According to TMZ Rick Ross is struggling with business relationships lately — first he’s dumped by Reebok … now a Florida tour booker says the rapper stiffed them … and after YEARS of working together. Total Access Talent filed a lawsuit in a Miami federal court this week … saying Rick Ross Touring hired it to book and organize a month’s worth of Florida dates starting last November … but never paid the 10% commission. Which is really weird … because Total Access says it’s been booking Rick’s tours since 2004 without incident. The lawsuit says they were so comfortable doing business … always been paid … that they arranged the tour with a verbal agreement. But Total Access says this time, Ross’ camp did an end-around after the company already set up opening acts (Meek Mill, Machine Gun Kelly, Wale, to name-drop a few), arranged dates, prepared contracts … the works. Total Access says Ross owes at least $171,000 in commissions. He couldn’t be reached for comment. Times are a little tighter for Rick these days … as TMZ first reported, he stands to lose between $3 million and $5 million after Reebok ripped up his endorsement deal after his date-rape lyrics kicked up a storm. Rick Ross is officially having the worst week ever. You looking kind of light right now Rick. We know it had to be painful to lose that Reebok money, maybe next time you’ll think before you speak.

Pay Yo Bills: Supreme Court Rules That Music Junkie Must Pay $222k To Record Companies For Illegally Downloaded MP3s!

Isht ain’t sweet son, word up Supreme Court Rules That Woman Pay $222,000 For Illegal MP3 Downloads Via NYDailyNews The Supreme Court has turned away an appeal from a Minnesota woman who has been ordered to pay record companies $222,000 for the unauthorized downloading of copyrighted music. The justices did not comment Monday in letting stand the judgment against Jammie Thomas-Rasset of Brainerd, Minn. She claimed in court papers that the ordered payment was excessive. The music industry filed thousands of lawsuits against people it accused of downloading music without permission and without paying for it. Almost all the cases settled for $3,500. Lawyer Kiwi Camara said Thomas-Rasset is one of only two defendants whose case went to trial. The other is former Boston University student Joel Tenenbaum, who also lost and was ordered to pay $675,000. The case is Thomas-Rasset v. Capitol Records, 12-715. This broad is about to spend Lambo money on some damn music. F**k that! Catch us if you can!

You Can’t Be Serious: White House Petition Asks Barack Obama To Change National Anthem To R.Kelly’s “Ignition” Remix

WTF ?!? Petition Asks To Change National Anthem To R. Kelly’s “Ignition” If all goes according to plan, and the White House justice system is upheld and appropriately remixed. The office of American president Barack Obama will have to respond to one of the greatest appeals of our time: a We the People petition to change the national anthem to R. Kelly’s 2003 hit “Ignition (Remix).” Via Daily Dot reports: The undersigned would like the Obama administration to recognize the need for a new national ahem, one that even a decade after its creation is still hot and fresh out the kitchen. America has changed since Francis Scott Key penned our current anthem in 1814. Since then, we have realized that after the show, it’s the after party, and that after the party, it’s the hotel lobby, and—perhaps most importantly—that ’round about four, you’ve got to clear the lobby, at which point it’s strongly recommend that you take it to the room and freak somebody. If that isn’t the American dream, then what is? Just picture R. Kelly singing the new national anthem with a diplomatic durag on and tell us that wouldn’t make you a proud American. Check out the petition HERE
