In court once again this morning to testify in the custody hearing brought on by ex-wife Tameka Foster, Usher was grilled about an incident from a couple years ago when Foster reportedly spit on Usher and sort of threatened his life . Usher Questioned in Court Did Usher provoke this attack by cursing off his ex? No, the artist insisted over and over against allegations made by the attorney. From there, meanwhile, things got really weird, as the same lawyer questioned Usher about his relationship with Maya Fox Davis, one of Tameka’s bridesmaids from their wedding. She asked if the singer was caught “in bed” with Davis, at which point his attorney objected, claiming irrelevancy to the custody case. Usher, to his credit, handled himself as well on the stand as he handles himself on the dance floor, remaining calm and under control, with the exception of yesterday’s tears . The trial is now in recess and will continue in July.

Raffaello Follieri, who first came to celebrity gossip prominence by being served by Anne Hathaway on a yacht, has served his time in federal prison for fraud. Hathaway’s infamous ex, who pleaded guilty to 14 counts of wire fraud, money laundering and conspiracy in October 2008, will soon walk free. Just not here. He will be released and immediately deported to his native Italy. The former real estate developer, whose schemes allegedly consisted of convincing rich investors to buy historic properties by falsifying ties to the Vatican, will be handed to federal officials who will then put his ass on a boat. Or a plane, more likely. A boat just sounds more degrading. Raffaello Follieri ‘s rep, who met with him at Pennsylvania’s Loretto federal prison this week, explained to the New York Post on Wednesday: “It is my understanding from counsel, that he is indeed to be transferred into the custody of ICE for immediate processing and subsequent deportation back to Italy where he is expected to be released into the care of his family.” “[He] expects to resume his role at the helm of the Follieri Group.” That’s one Group that clearly values its business reputation. By John Mitchell, with reporting by Audrey Kim Lindsay Lohan on “Glee” Photo: Adam Rose/ FOX Celebrity-gossip blogger Perez Hilton guest stars on this week’s big “Nationals” episode of “Glee,” but was uncharacteristically reluctant to address the rumors of fellow guest star Lindsay Lohan’s alleged on-set misbehavior when MTV News caught up with him at Wango Tango in Los Angeles this weekend. “I’m on ‘Nationals,’ a very important episode, and Lindsay Lohan is also on this episode,” Hilton told MTV News. “And it’s a nail-biter. Everybody has to watch.” When the conversation turned to allegations that Lohan was hours late to set and was difficult once she finally arrived, Hilton chose his words very carefully, turning the conversation back to himself — and in so doing, seemed to imply that Lohan was not at her professional best. Asked about talk of Lohan’s misbehavior, Hilton said, ” I showed up to set early and prepared and was very happy to be there and professional, excited and appreciative for the opportunity.” Rumors of on-set trouble erupted April 25, when actress Dot-Marie Jones, who plays Coach Beiste on the Fox hit, tweeted about an unnamed person’s late arrival to set, causing delays in filming. “Gonna be a long day!! Some ppl show up late and just throw a wrench in things,” Jones reportedly tweeted. “Not cool! I’d rather be an hour early (I was) than 5 minutes late!” Jones’ tweet has since been deleted. Regarding Lohan’s alleged tardiness, the actress’ rep, Steve Honig, told E! News that there was a mixup with her call time, and said any claims of problems on the “Glee” set are “utter B.S.” “This is a classic example of people trying to bash Lindsay. She busted her ass yesterday and is back on set again today,” he continued. Like Hilton, Lohan appears as herself on the episode. My name is Jess, I’m 15 years old and I’m from Pennsylvania. I’ve been a huge fan of Justin from the start. On Justin’s official Facebook page he would reply to people’s comments on his wall because he wasn’t as famous yet. So, I decided to write on his wall and see if he would answer. On July 5 th , 2009 he answered me. He said “its me…and go after your dreams.” AHHH!! On December 15 th , 2009 I finally got to meet Justin Bieber. My friends and I got VIP passes for Pop-Con. We got to meet Justin and Selena Gomez. I can’t even describe how excited I was. We waited for 3 hours in line to meet him. When it was finally my turn to get a picture with him I just froze! When I walked up to him he gave me a big hug and we took the picture. After he said, “Are you excited for the show?” I said… YEAH!! I was in shock. He gave me a hug goodbye and I left. I was so happy that I finally got to meet him, if only it lasted for more than 2 minutes! That night I stayed at a hotel across from the concert. Justin’s dancers and Dan Kanter were staying there and were in the lobby. My friends and I got pictures with all of them and talked to them. I saw Dan Kanter standing by himself so I walked up to him and we started talking. I asked him, “Do you wear that hat to all the concerts?” He laughed and said that he LOVES that hat. He was so friendly that we talked for a while. That was just the start of My Bieber Experience. I’ve seen Justin in concert 7 times. At Pop-Con, q102 Jingle Ball ’09, q102 Jingle Ball ’10, and 4 of his My World Tour concerts. In Trenton NJ, at the Wells Fargo Center, MADISON SQUARE GARDEN and in Allentown. At the Trenton NJ concert, I even met one of Justin’s dancers, Marvin Millora. I gave Marvin a CHUCK NORRIS poker chip to give Justin, because I know he LOVES Chuck. After the concert, I tweeted Marvin to see if Justin ever got the chip. And what do you know… He tweeted me back! Marvin said, “Yes he did actually.” I was so excited! I REALLY wanted to go to the Madison Square Garden concert because that is where he was shooting his movie! I begged my dad to get my sister and I tickets but he said it was too late. 2 days before the concert my dad told me he got us tickets! My sister and I sat in a box suite and watched the best concert of our lives! My friends and I got VIP tickets for the Allentown concert and sat in row 6. This was the closest I’ve ever sat at one of his concerts. At this concert we got to go to sound check and go to a lunch with Justin’s backup singers, Legacy, Jessica Jarrell and Vita Chambers! My friends and I talked to Micah, one of the singers, most of the time. He was SO nice!! After the concert, my friends and I went to the tour busses and hung out with the dancers, Legacy, Dan Kanter, Kenny, and Ryan Good. When I was talking with Dan, he said to me “You look so familiar,” I was freaking out inside because he must of remembered talking to me at the hotel. My sister was with us and she thought Nick Demoura was REALLY cute; they were talking for a while! All of a sudden she goes “I’m hungry,” Nick had food so he gave my sister a bite of what he was eating! I was cracking up. Justin’s crew is so welcoming and friendly. I was one of the lucky winners to win an autograph of Justin’s and a piece of the Never Say Never film! That was very special. I won’t say that my Bieber experience has officially ended because hopefully it never will. You ain’t gotta go home but you gotta get the hell outta here! In a surprise decision Tuesday, former Sen. Rick Santorum announced that he is suspending his presidential campaign, all but putting an end to the Republican primary: “We made a decision to get into this race at our kitchen table, against all the odds, and we made a decision over the weekend that while this presidential race is over for me, and we will suspend our campaign effective today, we are not done fighting,” Santorum said during an address in Gettysburg, Pa. During his 14-minute speech, Santorum notably did not endorse Mitt Romney. The Pennsylvania Republican had taken a break from the campaign trail for several days to tend to his ailing daughter, Bella. He had pledged to continue campaigning through the upcoming Pennsylvania primary. But the combination of his daughter’s sickness and recent poll numbers showing him possibly losing his home state apparently prompted the early departure. According to Yahoo! News, Santorum called Romney earlier in the day to inform him of his decision to suspend his campaign. The former senator also made a call to campaign operatives to relay his decision. About damn time! Quitting just before his home state primary? Ole’ boy knew he didn’t have a snowballs chance in hell on competeing aganist Nasty Newt or Money Makin’ Mitt. Poor thang. ‘It’s the story of someone growing up, trying to figure out who he is,’ MC tells Mixtape Daily of his new mixtape. If you’re Mac Miller , you treat your fans to a free mixtape. On Friday (March 23) the Pittsburgh spitter dropped Macadelic, a trippy ride through the psyche of a fun-loving MC who is adept at expressing his innermost feelings. “It’s like the story of someone who is growing up, trying to figure out who he is and trying to figure out what he’s supposed to do in the world and how he’s gonna change it,” Mac told Mixtape Daily. “I think it’s a great piece because it’s a great part of my career, it’s a great time right now and I feel like I been making mixtapes for five years, so this one is very special to me.” Over the thudding, bass-rattling sound bed of “Amnesia,” Mac cautiously drowns his crumbling love life in a cloudy codeine cup. “This is real girl, don’t be scared, it’s only fair/ I warn you love’s a drug that can kill you,” he hazily raps. The love-as-a-drug theme continues on “Vitamins.” Over a dreamy Big Jerm beat, Mac poetically recalls an addictive lovemaking session that leaves him all out of sorts in the aftermath. Then with foggy vocals, Miller seeks comfort for his growing pains on “Clarity.” “It’s a lot different from anything I’ve ever done,” Mac told MTV News backstage at the mtvU Woodies earlier this month. “In my past projects, I always thought about them a lot, like, ‘Where are the party jams? Where are the jams that are fun?’ ” Apparently Mac’s days aren’t always soundtracked by “Donald Trump” and “Party on Fifth Ave.” Throughout the tape the Blue Slide Park rapper continually contemplates his life’s purpose in the face of his growing fame. “Sometimes I wonder who the f— I am,” Mac rhymes at the start of “The Question.” The self-reflecting tune gets quite the boost from Young Money boss Lil Wayne, who makes a surprise appearance at the end of the track. Weezy spits a free-associative verse in which he affectionately shouts out his new machine gun, which he strangely compares to a newborn baby. Macadelic isn’t completely pensive, though; there is the Cam’ron-assisted “Ignorant,” which has Miller rapping about his gold Rolex and weed habits alongside the Dipset captain. “Lucky Ass Bitch” is another winner, thanks to producer Lex Luger’s kinetic bounce and Juicy J’s classic vocal contribution. On “Desperado,” Mac flexes his MC muscle, with the 20-year-old rhyme-slinger spitting some of his best rhymes over ID Labs’ Wild West-inspired production. In short, Macadelic has something for everyone. “I was trying to make a complete project, but on this project, all I wanted to do is just say what was on my mind,” he said. “I just worried about saying what I wanted to say, and I felt like there were a lot of things that I wanted to get off my chest, and this mixtape was the way to do it.” Joints to Check For: “Vitamins”: “The concept is that this drug is actually love. It’s a drug that I’m taking, so all the emotions and the feelings that are coming from this said drug are actually coming from love.” “Ignorant”: “I was in Harlem because I’m a huge Big L fan. Jionni LaValle is Snooki’s baby daddy and apparently her fiance too. Despite the fact that the Jersey Shore star hasn’t confirmed either life development, the cat’s out of the bag that he got Snooki pregnant (a Jersey City baby store has already been tipped off) and she’s engaged to Jionni LaValle (she’s wearing a ring). Anyway, here are a few things we know about the “lucky” guy … Not a big fame seeker. Emilio Masella or Jeff Miranda, he’s not. No tabloid deals, revenge hook-ups, no interest in Jersey Shore . Pleasantly surprising. Not a juicehead. Snooki even admits she “wasn’t sure about him at first because he isn’t the typical gorilla.” Yes, this was a potential negative factor. He gets along with her family. Jionni went on a family vacation with Snook to Disney World and a road trip to Pennsylvania, fitting in with the Polizzis. He’s studying to be a teacher. Seriously. Like his two older brothers, Jionni is studying to get his teaching degree. Contributing to society? Amazing. He cooked her pickle pancakes, she Tweeted. That may beat a diamond ring. We’ve already posted MTV’s 16 and Pregnant trailer for Season 4. Now we have your first look at the cast of the new season, premiering Tuesday, March 27. The U.S. teen birth rate has reportedly declined by nearly 10 percent in the last few years, helping douse criticism that the show is glamorizing teen pregnancy. However, there are still plenty of cute teen moms for casting directors to choose from, and these 12 high schoolers from across the nation made the cut. Spoiler alert: There are more cheerleaders than ever! 1. Lindsey Harrison (above). The model and cage fighter complains that she “cannot do anything I normally would do” after she becomes pregnant. Now 17, she gave birth to daughter Aniyah in October and is still seeing her baby daddy. 2. Myranda Trevino. Almost the high school track star lives in Texas with baby daughter Kaylee Michelle (born in September) and is dating baby daddy Eric. 3. Katie Yeager. Now 17, Katie gave birth to her daughter Molly last August. She lives in Wyoming and appears to be on good terms with baby daddy Joey Maes.
