Devar Hurd — the Chicago-area pervert convicted in 2010 of sending cellphone pics of his crotch to the R&B singer via her manager mom — has been thrown in jail for allegedly continuing his lurid campaign, this time contacting Ashanti directly via Twitter. The 35-year-old loon, who on his Twitter profile boasts he is “Livin fun, fit, healthy & nekkid,” sent her more than 100 since- removed “graphic” and “sexual” tweets between getting out of jail in November 2010 and now, prosecutors said. “Your honor, the entire family fears for its safety,” prosecutor James Vinocur told Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Steven Statsinger on Wednesday in asking successfully that Hurd be held on high bail. “Yeah, it’s me, the falsely accused stalker,” Hurd tweeted earlier this month. Hurd on his Twitter account calls himself a songwriter and recording and mixing engineer. He is being held in lieu of $750,000 bail and is due in Manhattan court today on charges of felony stalking and aggravated harassment. It’s not just Ashanti that is getting an eyeful, her sister Kenashia was harrassed as well! The charges include him allegedly approaching Ashanti’s younger sister, Kenashia, at a West Side event in October 2012, according to the criminal complaint against him. Hurd has been living in Brooklyn and working as a technician, his lawyer said at the arraignment. “That’s sex texting, is what it is,” he had explained on the witness stand of sending Ashanti’s mom, Lisa Douglas, a picture of his erect penis to be passed along to the singer. “For the ladies!” “We wanted to thank the authorities for doing their jobs. According to ESPN Former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez is holding what authorities say appears to be a gun in several surveillance photos that were released Thursday and had been recorded shortly after his friend was shot to death. The photos taken from Hernandez’s home surveillance system are contained in more than 100 pages of court records released by Attleboro District Court. Other photos show what authorities say is Hernandez in his living room, a few hours before Lloyd’s killing, also holding what they believe is a gun. Police say Lloyd was killed with a .45 caliber gun, but it has not been recovered. The previously sealed documents were released after several media organizations, including The Associated Press, filed motions seeking access and Judge Daniel O’Shea agreed Wednesday that they are public records. Defense attorneys have objected to the unsealing of the records, saying it is “systematically undermining” Hernandez’s right to a fair trial. The affidavit in support of the arrest warrant for Aaron Hernandez was unsealed Thursday. These documents contain explicit language. PDF Also Wednesday, O’Shea sided with prosecutors who asked to delay a probable cause hearing for Hernandez to give them more time to present evidence in the murder case to a grand jury. That hearing was rescheduled for Aug. 22. Hernandez will continue to be held without bail until then. Prosecutors say Hernandez orchestrated Lloyd’s killing because he was upset at him for talking to people Hernandez had problems with at a nightclub a few days earlier. They say Hernandez and two associates, Ernest Wallace and Carlos Ortiz, drove with Lloyd to the North Attleborough industrial park. Authorities have not said who fired the shots, but documents filed in Florida portray the former Patriot as the triggerman. According to the records, Ortiz told police that Wallace said Hernandez fired the shots. The Patriots released Hernandez within hours of his arrest. Girls Leaves Dead Baby In Car According to Mail Online A 17-year-old girl told police she gave birth to a baby six months ago and stashed the tiny body in the trunk of her car after a mechanic made the grisly discovery yesterday. Shelby police Chief Charlie Roub said the girl told investigators last night she didn’t know she was pregnant and gave birth at home in late January or early February. It is not known if the baby was stillborn or born healthy. she wrapped it in a blanket and put it in the trunk. The baby’s body was found inside a copy paper box by an employee at the northern Ohio repair shop after he noticed a strange smell coming from the trunk. The girl is a local resident and student. She has not been taken into custody or arrested. The car, a Mazda, belongs to a family member, the chief said. They do not know the gender of the baby. An autopsy will determine the cause of death. The girl gave the police the name of the baby’s father but they do not think he knew she was pregnant. Mechanic Ronnie Hamilton said: ‘The odor was so bad I decided to get curious and open up the box and that’s when I noticed the baby’ Ronnie’s fiancee Mary Enderby told the Mansfield News Journal: ‘That same car was here last week with those girls getting it worked on. I told Ronnie there was something off about them.’ She said someone came back and picked up the car, but returned it to the garage on Tuesday around noon to have a shake in the rear end checked. ‘I have five children. I had my first one at age 15, and I don’t understand how somebody could do this,’ she said. ‘I was still in high school when I had my son. I gave him up for adoption. Friend Gave Cory Monteith Drugs Maybe his friend was jealous of Cory’s success and gave him the smack so Cory could be on his level. Some people have that crabs in a bucket mentality. Tragic. According to Radar Online After Cory Monteith‘s shocking death, several of his friends spoke out to insist that the Glee star had seemed to be back on the straight and narrow since leaving rehab in May. He had worked to surround himself with good influences, like girlfriend Lea Michele. But now, a source tells RadarOnline.com, there was one person in Cory’s inner circle who carries a good deal of the blame for Cory’s fatal overdose — and even allegedly scored the drug that killed him. “You don’t have to look very far in Vancouver to find the person who gave Cory his drugs,” the source insisted. “There is a despicable individual … who claims he was a friend of Cory. Allegedly, he was the one who gave Cory the smack, according to [people] close to him.” On Thursday, just days before Cory died, he bought a glass pipe from a local head shop, according to the source. “Cory knew what he was doing but wouldn’t buy his own drugs, so allegedly he asked his … friend to score it,” the source says, insisting that that person is “guilty of unwittingly assisting in the death of ‘his friend’ Cory Monteith.” Unfortunately for those seeking closure, the police investigation is officially complete and officers will not be further investigating this individual. During a police press conference on Tuesday, one agitated journalist asked if the person would get away with it. The police rep responded, “There’s an inherent risk when you’re using illicit drugs and there’s nothing legally as far as we can see that would cause us to investigate further.” Real friends get you help. Another Uncle Tom . Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson Calls Trayvon Martin A Thug Trayvon was not a thug simply because he walked slowly down the street in a hoodie and was minding his own business. George Zimmerman is the thug because he followed Trayvon for no damn reason and shot him. According Fox News Reverend Jesse Lee Peterson expressed his extreme displeasure on CNN tonight over how the Trayvon Martin case has been covered in the media. He railed against “race hustlers” like Al Sharpton and told Piers Morgan the media is irresponsibly making Martin out to be some kind of “innocent little kid” instead of, in his opinion, being honest about Martin being a young thug. Peterson said that people like Sharpton and President Obama have only injected themselves into this case to “incite the anger of black Americans and others,” adding that they’ve been “using black Americans by dividing the races” and “intimidating white people to get more power.” Morgan asked Peterson if the outcome would have been the same if instead of Martin, it had been a young white man like Mark Zuckerberg in a hoodie. Peterson said it wouldn’t have mattered, and shot down the “absolute lie” that Martin was “some innocent little kid, tip-toeing through the tulips.” He declared, “Trayvon Martin was a thug. His parents know that, you know that, I know that.” It’s not only these tragic cases that hurt black people, but Uncle Toms like this who tear their communities down rather than build it up.
