NYPD Cop Charged With Attempted Forced Sex According to Mail Online A veteran police officer has been arrested for statutory forced sex after he allegedly plied a 16-year-old girl with alcohol and sexually assaulted her before his wife found them in bed together. Peter Ciollo, a 29-year-old New York Police Department officer, has been charged with attempted forced sex, giving alcohol to a child, endangering the welfare of a child and sexual abuse. Ciollo, who is married and lives in Staten Island with his wife of four years, was off duty when he allegedly assaulted the 16-year-old girl on July 4. The victim is his sister-in-law’s sister or another immediate relative on his wife’s side of the family. He allegedly gave her alcohol before letting her drive his car in the parking lot of the Staten Island Mall and around the neighborhood, police sources told the New York Post. They then returned to his home and he showed her a freaky flick before kissing her and urging her to remove her shirt, the New York Daily News reported. He then allegedly took her to bed and began touching her, sources said. The girl said she doesn’t remember what happened next, but she told police that when she woke up, she was in the bed and Ciollo’s wife had walked in on them. Sources told the Post that the encounter may have started out as consensual but ‘eventually went too far’. The age of consent in New York is 17. Ciollo was taken into custody on Wednesday afternoon and is expected to be arraigned on Thursday. He has been suspended from his position with the 120th Precinct of the NYPD, where he has worked for seven years. The suspension is without pay. It was not immediately known if Ciollo has retained an attorney. Ciollo could not be immediately reached for comment. He married his wife in Staten Island in July 2009. He grew up in Oak Wood, Staten Island and completed a bachelor degree in network management from DeVry University in New Jersey. He was in the bed with the girl and the wife walked in…damn. Lock the bastard up.

Vanderbilt Football Player Lets Teammates Assault Girlfriend Via Deadspin reports: While Nashville police have yet to release details of a sex crimes investigation that led to the dismissal of four Vanderbilt football players, allegations are starting to emerge through other channels. Former Volunteers quarterback Erik Ainge disclosed some of those details this morning on his Tennessee Sports Radio program, and they’re ugly. Ainge opted not to reveal any names, saying only that four players were involved and that after a night of drinking one player “allowed” the other three to rape his girlfriend. “They were out,” Ainge said, “they were drinking, boyfriend Vandy football player had sex with his girlfriend, then allowed his three teammates with him to also have sex with his girlfriend, and she did not want that to be the case.” The case is being taken seriously enough by authorities, certainly; the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is involved and testing evidence in its crime lab. Vandy recently suspended four football players amid a sex scandal… Vanderbilt announced the suspension of four players for a violation of team rules, seemingly connected to a sexual assault investigation into an incident that allegedly happened at a Vanderbilt dorm, at 5:30 p.m. Eastern on a Friday. Teacher Arrested For Having Sex With Student According to Mail Online A kindergarten teacher at an elementary school has been arrested on multiple sex crimes, including forced sex. Anessa Dawn Olive Ferguson was held at her home after police in Alabama launched an investigation following a tip off from a family member. The 37 year old is described as a mother of three who lives with her husband on Maxwell Elementary School’s website – where she worked in Duncanville, Alabama. She was indicted this week by a grand jury on charges of engaging in sexual intercourse, ‘deviate’ sexual intercourse and sexual contact by ‘forcible compulsion’ with a member of the opposite sex between the ages of 12 and 16. Ferguson was arrested on Wednesday, July 3, Lt. Andy Norris with the Tuscaloosa Sheriff’s Department said. Mail Online spoke to Lt. Andy Norris, but he is unable to confirm whether it was Mrs Ferguson’s husband who tipped off police. She was suspended from her job in December 2012 after the allegations were first investigated. Norris said the incidents did not involve any students with the school system. The documents describe the act as sexual intercourse with a victim who the defendant knew to be related, either by blood, adoption or marriage. Ferguson was booked into jail and received a $25,000 bond. Her arraignment hearing is scheduled for September 6. Ferguson is reported to have relatives living in the Geneva and Enterprise area. OK, so it’s a confession that’s 3 degrees removed from Aaron Hernandez … but cops in Miramar, Florida believed the tip was good enough to bring to a judge in an effort to get a search warrant connected with the investigation. First, some background — prosecutors in the murder case believe Carlos Ortiz and Ernest Wallace were with Hernandez when Lloyd was murdered. Both Ortiz and Wallace are currently in custody. Now, according to documents filed by the Miramar Police Dept., Ortiz told investigators … that Wallace, told him … that Hernandez told him that he shot Lloyd. You follow that? It’s double hearsay, to say the least … but with life sentences on the line, it might not be the last time these guys (allegedly) point the finger at each other. The match took place June 30 at Pius XII stadium in Maranhao, northeastern Brazil. According to Correio24horas, 30-year-old player Josenir dos Santos Abreu approached the 20-year-old referee, Octavio da Silva Catanhede Jordan, to argue a call.The two couldn’t come to terms so Catanhede Jordan told the player to leave the field. Santos Abreu refused and the argument turned heated when the referee allegedly pulled out a pocket knife and stabbed Santos Abreu multiple times. The player died en route to the hospital. Fans outraged by the stabbing – believed to be the player’s friends and family – stormed the pitch and cornered Catanhede Jordan. The mob showed no mercy as they quartered and decapitated the referee and then placed his head on a stake. So far police in Santa Ines, Maranhao have arrested one man, 27-year-old Luis Moraes Souza, in relation to the gruesome crime – but may be looking for two other men named ‘Chiquinho’ and ‘Pirolo’ according to a few other Brazilian blogs. Valter Costa, police chief of Santa Ines, released a statement about the investigation. ‘Reports of witnesses have indicated some people that were in place at the time of the fact,’ he said. ‘We will identify and hold accountable all those involved. A crime will never justify another. Actions like this do not collaborate with the legality of a state law.’ Isht is real in these foreign countries. This is disgusting. Man Stabs Vet According to Mail Online A man who had been out celebrating his 21st birthday is facing charges of stabbing a homeless veteran dozens of times and leaving him for dead near a train station outside Philadelphia. Dale ‘Bugsy’ Wakefield of Doylestown, Pennsylvania, was charged with attempted murder and other counts after being arrested Thursday in Baltimore following a tip-off from his own sister. The victim, 71-year-old George Mohr, an Army veteran, remained in critical condition after being found with more than 70 stab wounds around 2:30 a.m. Wednesday outside Doylestown train station. Investigators said Wakefield called his sister and said he had stabbed someone and wanted to flee to North Dakota but was in Baltimore. He was arrested several hours later after she alerted authorities. Wakefield was in custody. No motive has yet been established for the horrific attack. It wasn’t immediately clear if Wakefield had an attorney. Mohr was found unconscious and bleeding in the street. WFMZ reported that the veteran had been stabbed in the head, chest, arms, hands, back, had ‘numerous facial fractures and a brain injury.’ The 71-year-old reportedly may not survive his injuries. WFMZ stated that Wakefield has a history of violent crime and was on probation at the time of the attack. The violence needs to stop.

Via Daytona News-Journal reports : A Deltona man confronted by his grandmother for drinking her two bottles of wine bit her on the shoulder, investigating Volusia deputies said. Blake Hale, 19, also gave his 70-year-old grandpa a bloody nose, an arrest report shows. Deputies were called to the Albury Avenue home in Deltona at 7:49 p.m. Tuesday where 59-year-old Sue Wilson reported her grandson had bitten her, investigators said. Wilson said Hale was acting drunk when she came home and she noticed two bottles of her wine were empty, deputies said. The woman reported Hale became defensive, angry and started yelling obscenities at her. The verbal argument escalated into a physical confrontation and Hale started to bite Wilson on the shoulder as she walked out the front door, the report said. Wilson had a bite mark on her right shoulder, deputies said. When deputies made contact with Wilson’s 70-year-old husband, he reported Hale had punched him and given him a minor bloody nose. Deputies arrested Hale and charged him with battery on a person 65 years or older and battery, the arrest report states. WTF has gotten into these kids?

Flo Rida Proven Not To Be The Father Of Groupie’s Baby Via TMZ reports Somebody call Maury … because Flo Rida underwent a paternity test to determine if he’s the daddy of a 2-year-old boy in Florida — and according to the documentation, he’s free and clear. TMZ broke the story … Flo Rida was sued for child support in Florida by a woman named Gloria Holloway, who insists Flo fathered her kid. Flo — real name Tramar Dillard — adamantly denied paternity … and now he’s got proof in the form of a DNA test. TMZ has obtained the doc … and according to the paperwork, there is a 0% chance that Flo is the daddy. Sources close to the rapper tell us, his attorneys will be filing the DNA test results with the Florida Department of Revenue to block Holloway from obtaining a child support order against him. Flo’s lawyer tells us, “Flo Rida is absolutely not the father of the child and does not expect to hear anything else on the subject.” Calls to Holloway weren’t returned. Get this groupie outta here!
