Wait… WHAT ?!? Saxby Chambliss Blames Sexual Assault On Hormone Levels Via RawStory reports: Sen. Saxby Chambliss (R-GA) on Tuesday suggested that the “hormone level created by nature” was to blame for rapes in the military and that all pregnant servicewomen should be investigated to make sure their condition was the result of consensual sex. At a Senate Armed Services Committee hearing on sexual assaults within the military, Chambliss opined that the Pentagon’s decision to allow women in combat roles was only going to make the problem worse. The Georgia Republican recalled that “several years ago when we had the first females go out on an aircraft carrier, when they returned to port, a significant percentage of those females were pregnant.” “Was any investigation made by the Navy following that incident to determine whether or not all of those pregnancies occurred as a result of consensual acts?” he asked Chief of Naval Operations Admiral Jonathan Greenert. The admiral replied that he did not have details of the incident immediately available, but he pledged to follow up. Chambliss noted that Democratic proposals to modify the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) and take sexual assault reporting outside of the victim’s chain of command might not work because young servicemen were being driven by their “nature.” “The young folks coming in to each of your services are anywhere from 17 to 22 or 23,” he pointed out. “Gee-whiz, the hormone level created by nature sets in place the possibility for these types of things to occur. Man Murders Gentleman’s Club Manager According to CBS Chicago A Lake View man was charged with murder Thursday for allegedly fatally shooting a Far South Side gentleman’s club manager outside a sportscar after an early Sunday fender bender on the Near North Side. Angelo Bennett, 24, of the 4300 block of North Ashland Avenue, was charged with one count each of first-degree murder, aggravated battery / discharge of a firearm and attempted first-degree murder, police said. Bennett is accused of killing Charles Jones, the manager of a Far South Side gentleman’s club, and wounding a woman inside the sports car he was driving during an early Sunday shooting in the Goose Island area. The shooting started about 2:50 a.m., after a 2005 Buick LaCrosse sideswiped a Maserati in the 1000 block of North Branch Street on the Near North Side, police said. The driver of the Maserati, 42-year-old gentleman’s club manager Charles Jones, was shot dead, according to police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office. Jones was a manager of The Factory Chicago, a gentleman’s club in the 12000 block of South Doty Avenue, a police source said. The club posted on its Twitter account Sunday morning, “God called his soldier home … R.I.P. Charles Jones.” Jones had pulled over after the crash and got out of the sports car to talk to the driver of the Buick, police said. The driver of the Buick and a passenger then exited the car, walked over to another vehicle and came back to the Maserati, police said. One of them then opened fire on Jones and a 44-year-old woman inside the Maserati. Jones was shot in the head and a 44-year-old woman in the passenger’s seat was struck in the back or hip, authorities said. Jones was declared dead at 3:33 a.m. at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where the woman was taken in “stable” condition, authorities said. Jones was driving a car with Texas license plates, but apparently lived on the Near North Side, a police source said. However, the medical examiner’s office listed his home address as Miami, Fla. Bennett is scheduled to appear in bond court Friday, police said. Black men stay getting caught up in a n**** moment.

Man Dismembers Mom According to Raw Story Investigators in Brevard County said that a Florida man admitted to beating and dismembering the body of his 70-year-old mother after he became frustrated about her failing health. According to WFTV, Francis Riccio was being extradited from New York to central Florida on Friday on charges of first-degree murder. Brevard County deputies said that the remains of Francis Riccio’s mother, Maureen Riccio, were found in a drainage ditch about two weeks ago by a cell tower maintenance worker who thought they might be a dead animal. Investigators believe that Francis Riccio had become frustrated over his mother’s mounting medical issues and was unable to find a facility to care for her. He was eventually located in New York, where he admitted that an argument led to the killing. Police said that Francis Riccio told them that he beat his mother, dismembered her body and then dumped the remains a few days later. Investigators determined that Maureen Riccio’s body had been left in her home while her son purchased the tools he used to divide her into pieces. “At one point, the son dismembered his mother in order to make her easier to transport,” Maj. Tod Goodyear of the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office explained to Florida Today. Goodyear said that investigators did not believe that Social Security payments were a motivation for the murder, but the New York City Police Department was investigating stolen items allegedly sold on Craigslist. “It can be very hard sometimes to take care of elderly parents,” Goodyear pointed out. “It can be very frustrating, but I think that’s one of the things we sign on for as sons and daughters.” Jesus, you don’t want to take care of your mom so you kill her?

Man Sentenced To 50 Years For Stealing Ribs Via Waco Tribune reports: Ward’s theft of the $35 rack of pork ribs turned into a robbery when he threatened a grocery store employee who saw the huge bulge under Ward’s shirt and tried to stop him in the parking lot. “This verdict shows that the citizens of this county will not tolerate a continued disrespect and disregard for other people and their property,” said Assistant District Attorney J.R. Vicha, who prosecuted Ward with Chris Bullajian. “People who choose to do so will be dealt with seriously and appropriately.” The employee testified that he asked Ward what was under the shirt and the slab of ribs fell to the ground. He asked Ward what else he was hiding and Ward said, “I got a knife.” The employee told Ward, “Now you just turned a ticket into a serious crime.” “If you don’t leave me alone, I’ll show you what I got,” Ward said, according to the employee’s testimony. Ward then ran off. A jury in Waco’s 19th State District Court also didn’t like the 43-year-old Ward’s previous five felony and four misdemeanor convictions and recommended that Ward be sentenced to 50 years in prison as a habitual criminal. Ward has previous felony convictions for burglary, attempted robbery, aggravated assault, leaving the scene of an accident and possession of cocaine and four misdemeanor convictions, including two thefts. Those must have been some good azz ribs! This guy is black, so he deserves 50 years in jail. If he happened to be white, they might have elected him for Senator instead… When people like Mr. Ward feel the need to commit crimes just to get food, something is really, really wrong.
