The woman who is able to somehow put up with Scott Disick on a consistent basis shared a new picture of her third child on social media today – and this may the cutest one yet. “MY RAD little bunny,” Kourtney captioned this precious snapshot of her daughter. To her credit, despite often publicizing aspects of her life on Keeping Up with the Kardashians , Kourtney rarely lets the world in on the lives of her children. She and Disick do seem admirably protective of their offspring, we’ll give them that. Kourtney, however, isn’t nearly as protective with her boobs, considering Disick appears to be fondling at least one of them in a different recent Instagram photo. He’s allowed to, we know. These two are practically married and everything. We’d just rather see cute pictures of their kids, as opposed to racy pictures of the actions that led to those kids being born. Kylie Jenner and Tyga have raised plenty of eyebrows thanks to rumors that they are romantically involved, which they have never matter-of-factly confirmed. If this latest report is to be believed, we haven’t seen anything yet: Rumors now indicate that the 17-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star may be ENGAGED to the 25-year-old rapper, just keep it under wraps. Perhaps this is why the Kardashians no longer approve of the relationship they once begrudgingly accepted? It would certainly explain their concern. We know Tyga’s attitude is basically f–k what the law says and f–k you too if you care, as there is “nothing wrong” with the couple dating. Desperate to bring her kids home from Europe, where they live with her estranged husband, Kelly Rutherford is taking her plight to the people. Kelly’s We the People petition asking for the government to intervene in her epic six-year custody case reached the 100,000-signature mark. That means the White House will review her request and issue a response … the question is whether it will matter at all in achieving her goal. The former Gossip Girl cast member said of the petition: “I feel so blessed to have so much support for me and my children. I am optimistic that the Obama administration will step in and rescue my children.” Listing off some of her famous supporters, she added: “I want to mention Ed Westwick, Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Melanie Griffith, Selma Blair, Francis Fisher, Marianne Williamson and so many others.” Name-checking Kim Kardashian in a public plea to be taken seriously regarding a serious subject? Interesting strategy to say the least, Kelly. Recently Rutherford lost her legal fight to return Hermes, 8, and Helena, 5, to the U.S. from France, where they live with her ex Daniel Giersch. A California judge ruled that because his work visa had been revoked, the children would reside with him, and Rutherford must fly to go visit. Rutherford, ironically, is believed to be responsible for keeping him out of the U.S. after she reported him for dealing drugs and weapons. She adamantly denies this, and says that in their custody agreement, the judge told Giersch to reapply for his visa … which he has not done. So does Rutherford’s petition have a shot? A State Department spokesperson anonymously said that U.S. intervention would be unlikely. Rutherford’s attorney, Wendy Murphy, says a California family court judge violated Kelly’s constitutional rights and those of her children. “How on earth can two utterly innocent and defenseless American children be shipped like luggage to live in a foreign country?” she said. But a family lawyer not involved in the dispute argues that Rutherford would stand a much better chance in the international legal system. Her petition may be a powerful public cry and earn a lot of attention, but this is not a kidnapping case and Giersch was granted custody. In other words, it’s an uphill battle at best for Kelly. According to Radar Online, one of the shows suitors, Josh Seiter, is not only a Chicago law school grad, he is also a male gigolo . Alternately known “Dean” or “Andrew Dean,” Seiter is on Cowboys4Angel’s website as one of Vegas’ top male escorts. His bio states, “He enjoys painting landscapes (oils is my favorite medium), mixed martial arts, great movies, and of course sampling the cuisine of different restaurants in the Chicago area.” Seiter, 27, is bringing in the bucks. He charges $2,000 a night, $6,000 a weekend, and $17,500 for a week of his company and “skill set.” His past Cowboys4Angels profile has shirtless photos and modeling pics. According to an insider, The Bachelor star and fiance of Whitney Bischoff turned into a mega-diva during the progression of DWTS: He “was humble and so sweet at the beginning of DWTS , but by the time he had been voted off, the sentiment from the cast and crew had changed.” “It started with Chris asking the wardrobe department to make adjustments to his wardrobe,” adds the source. “It seemed innocent enough.” “But by the last week, Chris was openly rolling his eyes at his costumes.” He was even caught on camera acting like an angry diva . So much, that at one point, Chris Soules made Witney Carson cry during rehearsal. Gradually, he’s “become obsessed with living in Hollywood, and loves the fame he got from being on The Bachelor and on Dancing with the Stars .” “Being voted off DWTS will be very hard for Chris because he truly thought the Bachelor fans would get him through to the finals,” the source added. “His ego is out of control, and he now has a publicist, and manager!” the source insists. “He would love to become known as a host for big events.” While Chris is busy loving Chris, we wonder what this means for Whitney. Yesterday, Kylie Jenner posted a video on Snapchat in which she claimed to be “high as f–k.” Normally, Kylie posts racy selfies as generally does as she pleases on social media, but the weed-smoking clip was deleted just a few hours after it appeared online, leading many to believe that someone intervened. Kylie Jenner Gets High A 17-year-old smoking pot isn’t necessarily cause for concern, but Kylie has a lot of very young, very impressionable fans (as evidenced by the Kylie Jenner Lip Challenge debacle) and it seems that somebody in her inner circle believed that the pot video might send the wrong message. So to be clear: according to Kylie Jenner it’s cool to date 25-year-olds while you;’re in high school, but for the love of God don;t smoke pot! Anyway, we have no way of knowing who told Kylie to delete the clip, but it seems pretty unlikely that she decided to remove it herself. That leaves her parents, her siblings, and her PR team. According to Radar Online, Kylie’s parents let her do whatever she wants , and they almost certainly weren’t the ones to make her delete the clip. “She has no restraints on her and is basically allowed to do whatever she wants,” one insider says. “As long as Kylie keeps bringing in the money, she will be allowed to do as she does.” The source says there is one family member that Kylie listens to, and she may have played a role in the removal of the controversial clip: “Khloe knows better, considering she lost a marriage to drugs,” says the insider, adding that Kylie is closer to Khloe than to any of the other Kardashians. It’s hard to believe, but it’s been a full month since Jill Duggar welcomed her first child into the world. The proud mama has loved sharing photos of Baby Israel since day one, so it’s no surprise that she decided to celebrate his first month on Earth with an adorable pic of her favorite little dude: “Happy first month birthday to our handsome big guy!” Jill captioned the above photo.”I hope and pray that he grows up to be just like his daddy!” Jill’s been open about the challenges of first-time motherhood and even shared details of her 70 hours of labor and emergency C-section , but we’re sure there’s nothing she wouldn’t endure for the fella in the lion onesie up there. As for how she copes with the stresses of raising her first baby, Jill tells People magazine that she skips Google and Wikipedia and turns right to the number one source for mom-knowledge. “I have just asked my mom a lot of questions about what is normal and what to expect,” she said. “I call out to my mom and ask things like, ‘Is this feeling normal?’ and, ‘How long should I nurse?’ Israel’s a little boy, he will eat all the time, so I was asking if 20 minutes a feeding was long enough or too much, and how all of it should go.” Whatever she’s doing, it appears to be working, even if he is giving her an unmistakable “enough with the camera” look.
