Kary Perry looked scrumptious in a blue wig and tight yellow dress with blue flowers. Katy bounced around in her skin tight blue dress while presenting the award and celebrating Jonah Hill’s birthday until he said he actually doesn’t have a birthday. I believe him. Katy Perry decided to punish him by not letting him announce the winner, so she ran over to the box and instead of the winner, she got a face full of slime. Troubled comedian Katt Williams looked as though he was turning it all around — gun charges from last November were recently dropped and he released a new stand-up concert DVD last month — but that doesn’t seem to be the case now. He’s been arrested in suburban Atlanta for burglary and criminal trespassing.
