Kristen Stewart Cheated With SWATH Director – And Admits It: Will Scandal Hurt Breaking Dawn at the Box Office?

The Twilight world is reeling with the revelation that Kristen Stewart cheated on Robert Pattinson with her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders , confirmed in a public apology issued by Stewart today. Needless to say, people have questions. What was she thinking? What exactly is going on in those car photos? And, more importantly for the billion-dollar franchise sprouted from KStew and RPattz’s on- and rumored offscreen love: With The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2 approaching theaters this November, having capitalized on Stewart and Pattinson’s recent displays of public PDA, how will the box office-boosting faithful react to the news of behind the scenes infidelity and betrayal? US Weekly ‘s expose on Stewart’s affair with the married Sanders (who cast his wife, model Liberty Ross, as Stewart’s mother in SWATH ) hits newsstands Friday, although damning photographs leaked early prompting Stewart’s admission on Wednesday. The steamy snaps of 22-year-old Stewart and her 41-year-old director were taken just days before Stewart made a fan-pleasing appearance at the Teen Choice Awards alongside Pattinson, with whom she reportedly shares a home. “I’m deeply sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I’ve caused to those close to me and everyone this has affected,” Stewart said in an apology issued today . “This momentary indiscretion has jeopardized the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob. I love him, I love him, I’m so sorry.” 2008’s Twilight film rose to popularity on the strength of Stephenie Meyer’s book series fanbase, but the chemistry between Stewart and Pattinson gave Summit’s franchise-starter an offscreen hook that launched a record-breaking franchise. The heat between the two that sparked in Pattinson’s Twilight audition in director Catherine Hardwicke’s home became Twilight legend in itself; KStew and RPattz quickly became romantic icons for fans even before rumors swirled that they’d become involved, but in recent years they began to seemingly demonstrate their relationship, if neither officially acknowledged it in the press. Above: Kristen Stewart and director Rupert Sanders promoting Snow White and the Huntsman As their onscreen alter egos went from smitten classmates to wedded couple and beyond through four films, the pair’s real life coupling has become increasingly ingrained in the Twilight franchise’s popular and financial cache. Even if a relationship has never been officially confirmed, the suggestion of one has helped to propel the $2.4 billion Twilight franchise, not to mention the duo’s individual star power as Hollywood’s reigning teen idols. Twilight (2008) $392,616,625 worldwide The Twilight Saga: New Moon (2009) $709,827,462 worldwide The Twilight Saga: Eclipse (2010) $698,491,347 worldwide The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1 (2011) $705,058,657 worldwide Earlier this month at Comic-Con , fans glimpsed footage of Stewart and Pattinson in the series’ finale , Breaking Dawn Part 2 , which sees them married with a child . As they have at every stop along the way, fans have clamored over the idea of life imitating art, and Stewart’s Comic-Con comments embracing motherhood and marriage fed the publicity machine for the November release. But while the admission of cheating will shatter the illusion for some fans, many have rejected the reports as false, steadfastly supporting their stars (“Robsten is Unbroken” is trending on Twitter among those in denial). As the truth sinks in, will fans revolt? Also admittedly possible, for the skeptics out there: They were never dating to begin with, and this entire affair was staged. A way for Stewart to break out of the confines of her Twilight persona as she looks ahead in her acting career? In any case, Summit has a pickle ahead of them as they plot the PR campaign for Breaking Dawn , with Stewart, Pattinson, and Sanders sorting out their now very public private matters. While fans of the Twilight characters will surely return to theaters to see the final chapter of Bella and Edward’s story play out, the popular fantasy that made their story larger than life has been shattered; add to that the previously announced plans to reunite Stewart and Sanders on a sequel to Universal’s $381 million hit Snow White and the Huntsman , and an additional studio’s financial future is involved. Kristen Stewart is Cheating Trash who Fucks Her Director of the Day

These people are actors and thus you shouldn’t care about their lives. They are just pawns who get paid a lot of money from executives to play out storie that our pathetic lives can relate to….but people always carry it over to the person behind the character they like on TV or in the movie, and instead of relating to a broken down stripper than character plays, they start relating to the broken down actor who was probably molested by her father but more importantly probably sucked a lot of dick to get to the height of fame she is at, with her questionable looks and talent. The reality is that there are billions of dollars at stake in every movie she does, the Robert Pattison, Kristen Stewart relationship….contrived to make Twilight more believable…fake couples happen….it was up on some Zac Effron and Vanessa Hudgens, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, pretty much every celebrity relationship level of authenticity and anyone who thinks otherwise is just drinking the fucking marketing Kool Aid….and is a depressiing fucking loser. Even these picture are probably to sell tickets to Snow White, or whatever the movie they met on, and the truth is unless it is an actual sex tape, who fucking cares what is being put in her vagina, who fucking cares about scandals involving these people, real or fake…who cares about Kristen Stewart and her ugly fucking face….oh right….72 percent of AMerica. What a fucking joke. This is probably more important and a bigger conversation today than any other subject…this is the story of the day…Kristen Steward cheated on Robert Pattison even though we have no idea what the dynamic of her relationship with Robert Pattison or this Director of one of her movies is….especially since they are all fucking actors trying to get people into the movies…. and caring about such nonsesne fucking depresses me. We are all fucking doomed…. Remember everyone….people fuck or at least try to….everyday….only to be rejected by all the hot ones and forced to marry an obese one so that I am never alone….and now have to pay for sex that gets me off….at least some people…

Michael Bloomberg Addresses Colorado Shooting, Calls for Stricter Gun Control

Count Michael Bloomberg as someone who doesn’t think any lives would have been saved inside an Aurora, Colorado movie theater last Friday if MORE people had been carrying guns. During an appearance on Face the Nation , the NYC Mayor was asked about remarks made by a Texas Congressman in which Louie Gohmert speculated that James Holmes could have been stopped and fewer people killed/injured if only movie goers had been “carrying.” Bloomberg’s responded by basically making like Seth Meyers and asking: REALLY?!? You really think it will be safer to create a “wild west” like country where every other person is holding a weapon?

What The Hell? Transgendered Britney Spears Fan Drops $70K To Get Her Look

Stan-demonium… Transgendered Man Spends $70,000 On Cosmetic Surgery To Look Like Britney Spears A transgendered man who had a underwent a sex change operation to become a woman recently revealed that (s)he also spent over $70,000 to look more like former pop starlet Britney Spears. A young transgendered man was such a slave for Britney Spears that she went under the knife to prove it.  Kara Nicole Hays spent approximately $70,000 to get the pop star’s look, she confirmed to the News. The 26 year-old estimated that her surgeries cost around $30,000 in 2002– the remainer went toward therapy, hormones, clothing, cosmetics and everything else needed to make the transition. Hays said that her face is all natural and any resemblance to Spears is a lucky coincidence. Hays, who went by the name Kody while growing up in a staunchly conservative area of Southeastern Ohio, said that Spears’ music brought him solace during tough times. “Britney was someone that aided me through depression,” she said. “Dancing to Britney’s videos also aided me in losing weight and feeling better about myself.” Hays told the News that she faced a lot of toxic attitudes in her small town. Through it all, his resemblance to Britney has been a comfort and is so strong that she once fooled seasoned paparrazzi. “I do remember leaving a party in Hollywood in ’07, it was Kevin Federline’s birthday and I showed up with long black hair and shades. When I left, they shouted ‘IS THAT BRITNEY?’ and they followed my friend and me to our car with cameras flashing,” she said.  “I know I was inches taller than Britney, so to be mistaken at that moment was hilarious,” she said. Hays, who now lives in New York City and is focusing on a career as an actress and writer, said that she’s at peace with who she is – someone different than Spears. “I never intended to look exactly like Britney, but to those that think I resemble the pop star, it’s a huge compliment,” she said. “I’ve always loved Britney and I feel she’s gone through so much in her life.” As big of a fan as this person is, we somehow doubt he’d want to share the portion of Britney’s life that included K-Fed .  Check the gallery below to see if the $70K was put to “good use.” Source Images via Splashnews

PJ Byrne Gives a Preview of The Legend of Korra Season 2: Comic-Con

Hold onto your hats, there will be a season 2 of animated series The Legend of Korra . Beyond The Trailer host chatted with actor PJ Byrne who offers up his insider knowledge on a slew of Korra trivia and even found out during his conversation he’s allowed to say there is a second season of the show. He got the OK from a publicist standing nearby and continues to say “a lot happens,” but then he gets a gesture from the handler to say no more… All good, Byrne gives his take on the character he voices, Bolin and the Korra, Mado, Bolin love-triangle (things are apparently complicated). Back in the non-animated world, Byrne notes that he moves around a lot when working the sound booth voicing his character “with a lot of grunting and a lot of jumping around…” He also talks about working with his co-stars and their interaction when at the studio and more…

Jodie Foster On Her Elysium Character, Socially-Conscious Themes, and Today’s Femme-Driven Blockbusters

Jodie Foster returns to the screen – and to sci-fi – in next spring’s Elysium , the latest from District 9 director Neill Blomkamp. Speaking with Movieline today at her first-ever Comic-Con , Foster described the dystopian future of the film, in which she plays a methodical bureaucrat controlling the “border” of an artificially-created space station (a character now named Delacourt – so take note, internet ). The movie-loving polymath also waxed ecstatic about her one-time Panic Room co-star Kristen Stewart, Beasts of the Southern Wild , and her current obsession: HBO’s True Blood . Elysium takes place in a future in which overpopulation has driven the privileged to take up residence on a man-made space station while the poor remain on Earth; contrary to early reports, Foster says her character is named Minister Delacourt, a government official of French descent committed to keeping the “have-nots” out of paradise. There’s been some secrecy surrounding Elysium’s plot, but we now have a synopsis and some additional hints at what to expect. How would you now describe the film and what it’s really about? In the future, the haves and have nots have become more polarized; there are fewer and fewer haves and more “nots,” and the Earth has devolved. A few incredibly rich and powerful people have created their own habitat. It’s about the battle between those two worlds. Your character could be described as the antagonist of Elysium , correct? Yeah, she’s the antagonist. She’s the minister, she’s the person who controls who gets to come in and who doesn’t. She’s methodical, her antagonism has a point. Where is she coming from? She’s French! I speak a little French in there. This is an international place, obviously – there are people that come from all over the earth to be there. It does harken a bit back to the European history and this idea that there was something worth holding onto, something in our past and aristocratic past with class distinctions. She’s very hell bent on saying there’s a lot about the way that it was that’s better than it is now. Between the imagery that we’ve seen and the themes within Elysium it seems to be of a piece with Neill’s previous film, District 9 . Yeah, it has a grittiness to it – more than half, I think 70 percent of the movie has this incredible grittiness, this romantic degradation. Did you get to immerse yourself very much in that on set given that your character is more of a bureaucrat? I’m in the polished world! Our world is very sterile and very inorganic. They’re trying to create a fake organic habitat, but it’s not organic. There’s a bit of viral marketing on the Comic-Con convention floor in the guise of a futuristic Elysium border agent. What issues does Elysium address in its undercurrent of social commentary? Immigration’s a big one. There’s increasing class separation in the world – what’s to become of the Earth when we’ve destroyed our planet, and where are we going to go after that? What initially sold you on this project and this role when you first spoke with Neill? It’s a great script, and him, honestly. I think he’s an incredibly talented director, and a lot of it is conscious but a lot of it is unconscious, too. I think he’s at this really interesting place in his life where he’s old enough and experienced enough to know how to tell the story, but also young enough to understand that there are things that he cares about that he doesn’t entirely understand. The fact that Secretary Rhodes is a woman – Her name is Delacourt now! They changed it. Minister Delacourt. The press kit must be wrong! Are you telling me that everything you read on the internet is not necessarily true? That’s right! Shocking! So, Delacourt – she’s a woman, and the main antagonist here, which is in itself a rarity. Do you feel that the genre world allows for more progressive characterizations of women? I don’t know about that. I’m not sure that’s true. Was the character always written as a woman? It pretty much was. I mean, that’s an interesting idea. But I think genre films, because they have to, usually paint things much more in black and white, whether it’s women or not women, because the storytelling in ways is a lot more primitive. If you look at recent films for example, you see a string of big-screen heroine tales – Kristen Stewart as Snow White, for example. Which I loved! I loved it. To be so bold and so emotional, I just thought she was terrific. They were both great; Charlize Theron was fantastic. I really loved it, and I did not expect to like it. I didn’t think I was going to care, but it really got me. Do you get out to see movies much? Yeah, I go with my kids. I see all the big ones with my kids, but the smaller ones I tend to see on the small screen. I just went to see this movie yesterday that’s just unbelievable called Beasts of the Southern Wild . It’s a life-changing movie. Talk about complexity. That whole ending part, I loved it. I loved her. That’s another recent film revolving around a young heroine – add that to Snow White and The Hunger Games and they’re all stories about young women following the hero’s journey as the Chosen One. That’s right, and that’s always been the domain of men. I remember feeling that about Silence of the Lambs ; you look at that character and it’s a quintessential archetypal character. The young boy has to go find the panacea and they have to go through the Forest of Experience and meet gnomes and demons along the way and then slay them, and then he finds out in some way the things he didn’t know about himself were actually the demons that he had to slay… it’s always been reserved for men, and that’s changing. When you look at Hunger Games , there’s a lot to like, but I will say the thing I liked the most about The Hunger Games was seeing a woman in the number 1 point of view as the protagonist who changes and finds her strength, who you’re rooting for, and who saves the men – it’s fantastic. I’m so happy for her. A few years ago there was word that you wanted to make your own science fiction film. It didn’t work out! I do lots of things and develop lots of movies that don’t get made. It’s hard making personal films and the kinds of movies I like to make – very verbal, intelligent films – are hard to get off the ground. Because we’re here at Comic-Con where fandom is celebrated, are there any geek properties that you’re way, way into? I love True Blood . Are you into vampire stories in general? I like them all – zombies, all those stories. I just like A) that he does it with humor and that the writing is so good, and I think the characters are so fantastic. I just love them. Elysium hits theaters March 1, 2013. Read more from Comic-Con 2012 here. Follow Jen Yamato on Twitter . Follow Movieline on Twitter .

I’m Julia, I’m 16, and from New Jersey. My Bieber…

I’m Julia, I’m 16, and from New Jersey. My Bieber Experience started June 15 when Justin was at The Today Show. I got to the city at 12 am, just to see him perform. I had hopes of possibly having a chance to meet him, but I was unlucky. As my friends and I were walking around the city afterwards, he tweeted about a signing at J&R the following Tuesday and we had to preorder to get our wristbands! We took a 2 hour walk there and got the wristbands, being told we were in the first 200 people to get it. I couldn’t believe I was actually going to meet Justin. Fast forward to Tuesday morning. I woke up at 4 in the morning and got ready, and my mom drove us to the city. We got there at almost 6:30 in the morning and there was already about 25 people in line with there wristbands so I got in line right behind them and waited for what seemed forever. As hours passed, the lines got longer and I was thankful I was in the front. Then 2 pm came. I had knots and butterflies in my stomach. I was so nervous, I had no idea what to say and I still couldn’t believe I was finally meeting my idol. They were running a little late, as Justin being the kind, amazing person he is, was with a cancer patient having a special meet & greet up stairs. At almost 2:30 they allowed some people in. As we were waiting for Justin to come downstairs, Ryan and Alfredo passed by the line. Alfredo was waving to everyone and I screamed, “HI ALFREDO” and he turned around and said “Wassup!?” I couldn’t believe he said something to me. Shortly after, Justin came down stairs and walked to the platform where the table was. The press and paps was everywhere, and all of a sudden Justin left. Everyone was confused, and as the pap started to leave we understood, Justin didn’t want them there. He wanted time with US. As I was getting closer Alfredo walked past again and came over and shook my hand and said hello. I must say Alfredo is one of the coolest people I have ever met. Anyways, before I knew it I was 10 feet away from Justin. I couldn’t believe it. He looked perfect, absolutely flawless. But seeing him gave me confidence, and I suddenly lost the butterflies. I walked up to the platform and handed him the CD/booklet. Instead of grabbing the cd, he grabbed my hand, and looked at me and had the biggest smile. Having that eye contact while he was holding my hand was amazing. I said hi, and he was like hello and smiled again and signed the booklet. I looked at him and asked for a hug. He looked at me and I jumped up on the platform and leaned across the table and he stood up and hugged me. Having him in my arms for 3 seconds was amazing, the best feeling. I told him I loved him and I thanked him. Right after that the security yelled at me and made me leave, so I’m not sure if he said anything back. As I was leaving, I was shaking as I held the CD in my hands. As I was one of the only people who got a hug, I was interviewed, but I was in such as loss of words. I couldn’t even explain the feeling. I never in a million years thought I would have met my idol, the person I look up to the most, and would be writing my own experience.  After 3 years of supporting him, going to concerts, trying to find him in the city, and believing, it happened. Never Say Never guys, always believe, because one day everyone will have their own Bieber experience. – @juliaadams3 Go here to read the rest: I’m Julia, I’m 16, and from New Jersey. My Bieber…
