GURL, take care of yourself. Khloe Kardashian was forced to pull out of book signings for Strong Looks Better Naked, citing a mystery illness that doctors are looking into. It’s no secret that Kardashian has had a very stressful fall having to care for estranged husband Lamar Odom after he was found unconscious at a Nevada brothel on October 13th. Add that to Kardashian’s demanding press tour filled with questions about her relationship status , and you’ve got yourself a rundown Khloe. “Dolls! So sorry I needed 2 re schedule my book signing. I’m sick &dr’s orders are that I need to lay low until we narrow down what’s wrong,” Kardashian tweeted to fans earlier today. “I’ll be going for more testing today. I’m very sorry again. “Stress can run our bodies down so please everyone take care of yourselves.” I have to hand it to Kardashian for handling both the book tour and her personal life like a champion. She’s been asked several times whether or not she still loves Odom, how his recovery is going, and if she’s still dating James Harden. Vincent Margera – the uncle of Bam Margera, who frequently appeared in the Jackass TV show and movies – has passed away at the age of 59. Known as “Don Vito” to fans of the franchise, Margera had reportedly been struggling with kidney and liver damage for several years. Sources say he slipped into a coma last month and never fully recovered. According to a statement from Bam’s mother , April Margera, Vincent quietly passed away at home this morning. This is the second tragedy in four years for Bam, whose best friend Ryan Dunn died in a car accident in 2011. Sadly, in his later years, Vincent Margera became as famous for his troubled personal life as for his on-screen antics. Margera was convicted of sexual assault in 2007 after an incident in which he allegedly groped two young girls at an autograph signing. He avoided prison time after reaching a plea deal. As part of his sentence, Margera was forbidden to participate in televised portrayals of the “outrageous and profane” Don Vito character that he created. Margera complied with the court’s order, but continued to make public appearances until his health issues began to make travel impossible last year. “Don Vito” became a trending topic on Twitter within moments of the announcement of his death, with thousands of fans paying tribute to a troubled man who lived to make others laugh. Khloe Kardashian would like to set her plastic surgery record straight. A recent gossip story alleged that Khloe has gotten liposuction done multiple times over the past few months, claiming this procedure is the reason for the reality star’s impressive weight loss. But Kardashian has now responded to this chatter via Twitter, clearly irate over the idea that she’s had any unnatural help at all. “I find it disgusting but maybe a compliment that I’m being accused of getting Lipo done,” Khloe Tweeted today. “I work out 5 days a week. I bust my ass!” It certainly is true that Khloe Kardashian is skinnier than ever these days, but she’s rich enough to afford a personal trainer. She has no job, so she has time to hit the gym. Is it really so hard Khloe shed those pounds on her own? “This is documented by the paps,” Khloe added of her gym visits. “I’m assuming if I’ve had any sort of surgery I would need 6-8 weeks off of any intense workout. “Why is it so hard to give credit where credits due? I work my ass off in the gym. Again maybe I should be flattered?!?! Johnny Depp turned 52 today, and normally we get a bit wistful when a former teen heartthrob exits Middle-Age Town and starts making the slow trip toward Seniorville, but watching Depp approach the Silver Fox stage of his life fills us with hope and wonder. For one thing, despite his notoriously hard-partying existence, he's barely aged since his Edward Scissorhands days. Hard to believe this guy will be taking his daughter to look at colleges next spring. Even better, despite having passed the half-century mark a couple years ago, Depp lives a life most 20-year-olds would kill for. He's banging a hot actress several decades his junior; he gets drunk at swanky events and people think he's hilarious; and he rocks more scarves than a magician's pocket, but somehow pulls it off. Oh, the tens of millions of dollars and the private island are probably pretty cool, too. Depp married Amber Heard last year, and many believed that the combination of age and married life would finally lead the eccentric pirate to seek calmer waters. On the contrary, in the months since becoming a married man Depp disappeared from the set of Pirates 5 (reportedly to go on a bender), and got into a weird legal spat after he decided to smuggle his dogs into Australia . It sounds like we have many years of Depp's signature brand of weirdness ahead of us. Khloe Kardashian is running out of time to divorce estranged husband Lamar Odom or a judge will dismiss the filing, according to a surprising new report. As you know if you watch Keeping Up with the Kardashians online and its assorted spinoffs, Khloe has been apart from Lamar for a year and a half. At the same time, she remains technically married, perpetually in a state of flux and emotionally sandbagged by how things ended, yet won’t legally end. Khloe filed in December 2013, in the wake of cheating rumors, a confrontation with one of his various hoes and that bizarre Lamar Odom crack video . The basketball star never responded, however, and has been dragging his feet – while largely AWOL and MIA in life – in pretty much the entire time since. Fast forward to this week, and TMZ confirms that a document was just filed by the court in Khloe’s divorce, telling the reality star to move it or lose it. Unless she files the papers to seal the deal and make the split official, the whole case will be tossed and she’ll still be Mrs. Odom. Sorry, French Montana. Khloe can seek a default judgment. In other words, she can ask a judge to finalize it, arguing that Lamar has had ample time to respond but has not done so. But Khloe has yet to do so. Despite rumors of Khloe and Lamar getting back together , family sources say she simply shelved the divorce because she got sick of thinking about it. She may need to rethink that non-strategy, though. It’s become major baggage, and not just mentally. Khloe and Lamar’s house sold for $5.5 million in 2014. That money, like the legality of their once-treasured union and the state of Khloe’s personal life, is in limbo. No one knows what do make of any of the above. Kevin Hart has been in the headlines a lot lately , mainly because of the hacked Sony email where an exec called him a ho basically , for wanting more money to tweet about his projects. He talks about those comments as well as his upbringing, his thoughts on the Bill Cosby controversy and not being political or an angry black man. We culled the best excerpts for you. Check them out below via The Hollywood Reporter On his goals: Forget any notions that Hart, 35, isn’t serious about his work. His aims are great, his ambitions unlimited. He wants to equal his heroes (Bill Cosby, Eddie Murphy, Chris Rock) and dwarf them by building an empire even larger than theirs. “I want to be a mogul, like Oprah or Jay Z or Tyler Perry,” he says. His 2012 tour, Kevin Hart: Let Me Explain, was seen in 10 countries and 80 cities, and sold more than 540,000 tickets, making it one of the most successful comedy tours to date (he also does many dozens of stand-up performances every year in smaller venues). Hart also sold out Madison Square Garden (only the sixth comedian ever to do so) and earned more than $1 million in Los Angeles on one evening alone. These tours are funded by Hart, too. “I invest in myself,” he says. “I spent $750,000 on [the 2011] Laugh at My Pain [tour], and it did $15 million. I spent $2.5 million on Let Me Explain, and it did $32 million. I’m about to spend maybe $4 million on this next one [What Next?], and the goal is to get to $100 million.” On Being Called a “Ho” By Sony’s Clint Culpepper: Hart swats away critiques, even when they come from his occasional boss, Sony’s Screen Gems president Clint Culpepper, who, referring to Hart’s desire to boost his $3 million salary, noted in a hacked email made public, “I’m not saying he’s a wh***, but he’s a wh***.” Hart shot back on Instagram: “I worked very hard to get where I am today. I look at myself as a brand and because of that I will never allow myself to be taken advantage of. I OWN MY BRAND … I MAKE SMART DECISIONS FOR MY BRAND … which is why I’m able to brush ignorance off of my shoulder and continue to move forward.” A month after that volatile exchange, Hart takes a more muted view. “I’ve talked to him,” he says of Culpepper (who did not respond to a request for comment). “Clint called right after. It’s not like I wanted to challenge him — that’s just how he talks. He did [apologize], but there was no need. When you negotiate, you say whatever you say.” He adds: “Nothing affected me. It’s very hard to put me in a negative position, man. I’m happy. And I’ll continue to be happy.” Happiness isn’t always the greatest source of laughter, of course, and one wonders whether Hart is being disingenuous when he says he has “no demon. I’m not an angry person. I left those years behind.” On Social Issues: Expletives pepper his routine, but he’s never salacious, never tawdry and never makes comments about women or gays that might offend some or even all. He seems almost genetically inoffensive, in fact, and avoids anything controversial, from the death of Eric Garner to Ferguson, Mo. “I’m not interested in politics,” he shrugs. On Bill Cosby: Downstairs, giant portraits of the comedians he most admires — Cosby, Rock, Murphy, Richard Pryor, Martin Lawrence and Dave Chappelle — line the walls. I ask if he’s thinking of getting rid of Cosby in the wake of allegations about the 77-year-old’s conduct. “I’m not going to take the picture down,” he says. “The picture serves a purpose for me. These were the men who built a legacy doing what they love to do, which is telling jokes.” Does he think Cosby is guilty? “Right now, it’s a lot of speculation,” he says. “All I can do is just say my prayers, and my wishes go out to all of the women who are potentially involved. His personal life has nothing to do with me. I can’t control it. I will never try. It doesn’t stop me from being an admirer of his work. His work and his personal life are two separate things.” On Discrimination In Hollywood: He doesn’t dwell on prejudice, or wonder if he might have had more opportunity if he were white. “That’s not for me to say, because I’m not white,” he says. He agrees with his mentor, Top Five co-star Rock, who lambasted the industry’s insistence that African-American performers “cross over” and find a white audience in a recent essay for THR. Hart insists he doesn’t get hung up on such things. (Said Rock: “If we’re going to just be honest and count dollars and seats and not look at skin color, Kevin Hart is the biggest comedian in the world. If Kevin Hart is playing 40,000 seats in a night and Jon Stewart is playing 3,000, the fact that Jon Stewart’s 3,000 are white means Kevin has to cross over? That makes no sense.”) “The point he was making was very valid,” says Hart. “It’s always about us crossing over. You never hear about it going the other way. You look at concerts and the touring industry, and the people who buy those tickets are urban crowds. It’s crazy the numbers I’ve done on tour: You’re talking about a guy who does 40,000 to 50,000 people a weekend. What he said, I agree with 110 percent.” Still, he continues: “I don’t feed into the race game. I don’t give it that much thought. I never have and never will.” “You know, a lot of people make it and then stop,” he says. “Why? When I look at Eddie Murphy, when I look at Will Smith, when I look at Denzel Washington, when I look at what all those people have achieved, why would I stop when you can keep going and keep achieving? There’s so much more that I can do. And I’m getting close. So why stop?” Do you think Kevin Hart is winning right now because he plays it so safe? We couldn’t help but think of fellow comedian, and sometimes critic Mike Epps saying the wrong blacks are getting opportunities. Kevin isn’t an angry black man, he’s not political and he shies away from saying anything controversial. Is he playing it too safe? Still, there’s a new and interesting aspect to her latest Instagram photo, as Gaga apparently decided to give “topless” a whole different meaning: That’s Gaga without the giant hairpieces she’s been rocking lately. It’s impossible to tell if her head is shaved or her hair is just pulled back in a really tight bun, but either way, we feel like we shouldn’t be seeing this. Catching the singer without one of her trademark fright wigs is like seeing Stephen Colbert break character. But perhaps we shouldn’t be surprised, as Gaga has been reaching Madonna-like levels of late-career desperation recently. Gaga’s latest album did alright on the charts, but she’s is nothing like the pop cultural force that was Lady Gaga just a few short years ago. That’s why we’ve had Gaga flashing her naked butt on Instagram . That’s why we’ve been receiving subtle social media hints that Gaga married Taylor Kinney . It’s all part of an effort to keep her personal life interesting, as her music continues to grow stale.
