TV Nudity Report: Game of Thrones Premiere [PICS]

The hype machine surrounding the new HBO fantasy series Game of Thrones promised viewers a king’s ransom of nudity- and the first episode, which premiered last night, delivered. First, the episode featured full nudity from British babe Esme Bianco as medieval hooker Ros, who bared boobs, bush and butt before spit-shining Peter Dinklage ‘s small but mighty dinklage just off screen. Gorgeous Emilia Clarke then made a nude debut for the ages, baring full nudity as Daenerys, daughter of the deposed king. In a kinky bit of incestous suggestion, Emilia was stripped naked by her (onscreen) brother, baring it all in the bath before her marriage to warlord Dragos ( Jason Momoa ). After the wedding, the newlyweds did it doggy style on the beach, with another look at Emilia’s boobs as the party favor. Ah, the fantastical land of Westeros, where everyone from a lowly (cobblestone) street walker to a incestuous princess bares boob, bush and butt. The only game these ladies are playing is with your boner! More pics after the jump!

George Clooney Contracts Malaria

‘I guess the mosquito in Juba looked at me and thought I was the bar,’ actor jokes about the disease. By Jocelyn Vena George Clooney in Sudan Photo: Spencer Platt/Getty Images George Clooney reportedly contracted malaria during a recent trip to Sudan. Piers Morgan first reported the news on his Twitter page, writing, “George Clooney has contracted malaria following a recent trip to Sudan.” He later added: “More Clooney – it’s his 2nd bout of malaria. Taking medication but feeling rough.” Morgan sent out a slew of tweets about Clooney’s condition. He sat down with the star to talk about his trip to the country for an episode of his CNN show, set to air Thursday night (January 20). According to Morgan’s Twitter, Clooney said, “Well you know even with malaria, it’s just been fun. I guess the mosquito in Juba looked at me and thought I was the bar.” The talk-show host relayed part of the conversation he had with Clooney, tweeting, “Me: ‘Has President Bashir detached a detail of sickly, vengeful mosquitoes to target you whenever you arrive?’ George: ‘Yeah, I think so.’ ” Earlier this month, Clooney teamed up with MTV and the Satellite Sentinel Project, as well as Not on Our Watch, the Enough Project, Google, the United Nations UNITAR Operational Satellite Applications Programme, the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative and Trellon LLC, to ask young people to help prevent an outbreak of civil war in the country by sending the message that “the world is watching.” “Frankly, our team of policy wonks and super nerds could use an injection of MTV style,” he joked in signature Clooney style about the project. ‘Game Of Thrones’ World Is ‘Ruled By The Sword,’ Peter Dinklage Says

But his character, Tyrion, ‘uses his mind to equal other people’s swords,’ actor tells MTV News. By Kara Warner Peter Dinklage Photo: MTV News Any time a beloved book series is adapted from the page to the screen, readers inevitably find themselves hoping the adaptation will be faithful to the source material and anxious that it won’t be. With regard to HBO’s upcoming “Game of Thrones,” which is based on George R.R. Martin’s saga “A Song of Ice and Fire,” fans have been quick to jump onboard in support of HBO’s adaptation, particularly with the casting of Peter Dinklage in the pivotal and deeply complex role of Tyrion Lannister. In a nutshell, Tyrion, a disfigured dwarf, is the third child of one of the most cold, cruel and calculating families in “Game of Thrones.” Because of his appearance, paired with the fact that his mother died giving birth to him, he has been the victim of much cruelty from his family since he was born. MTV News recently had the opportunity to chat with Dinklage about taking on the role and how he came to love Tyrion as much as the fans do. “He comes from a very complicated family, and it really informs a lot of what he does,” Dinklage said. “He’s very intelligent, which is always a joy to play. In this sort of land where everything is ruled by the sword, he doesn’t take that. He doesn’t go through that door; he goes through door number two. He has a great facility with his mind, and he uses his mind to equal other people’s swords,” he explained. Given the actor’s experience with the fantasy genre, we asked him to explain how “Game of Thrones” is different from something like his work in “The Chronicles of Narnia.” “I wouldn’t be quick to even use the word ‘fantasy’ with this,” Dinklage said. “I know that’s what’s been used and maybe a lot of people would disagree with me, but I sort of don’t see it as a fantasy, at least from the stuff I’ve done that was truly fantasy. You know, where water creatures are coming out of the ground and lions are talking. That, to me, is a bit more fantastical,” he added. When pressed to categorize the show, Dinklage struggled to come up with one specific genre. “This is more of a human drama; human drama, that sounds a bit funny as well,” he said. “It’s hard to pinpoint what this show is, but that’s the strength of it. There are things lurking in the shadows a bit, which lend a fantastical element to it, but it’s more about humans, people, laughs, making each other’s lives a bit more complex.” “Game of Thrones” is set to premiere on HBO in April. Salt Gives Jolie a Sexist Makeover

How much did the upcoming action thriller Salt change when Angelina Jolie took the part meant for Tom Cruise? “In the original script, there was a huge sequence where Edwin Salt saves his wife, who’s in danger,” director Phillip Noyce told EW . “And what we found was when Evelyn Salt saved her husband in the new script, it seemed to castrate his character a little. So we had to change the nature of that relationship.” Yes, even gorgeous, imaginary action heroines have husbands who are threatened by their success. Thanks, Hollywood! [ EW ]

REVIEW: Scatological Stars Align For Death at a Funeral

There’s a theory suggesting that people who don’t like scatological humor harbor a fear of death, and it makes sense: Death is the ultimate example of our bodies turning against us, and in life, anything that reminds us how messily human we are — and how little control we have over our bodies — brings us one step closer to the ultimate flush. So in the movies, shouldn’t poo jokes and death go together like chocolate and peanut butter?
