Over the weekend, 90 Day Fiance star Larissa Dos Santos Lima was arrested for domestic battery against her husband, Colt. After Larissa's panicked messages to fans, sent while locked in her bathroom, many expected that it would be Colt who was arrested. Now that we've heard both sides of the story, we understand a little more of how this arrest went down, and what led to it. Also, this is not Larissa's first arrest in the last five months. It sounds pretty toxic, folks. And parts of this sound a little terrifying. Beware that there are, obviously, some 90 Day Fiance spoilers here. 1. Colt and Larissa Had a Huge Fight We have both sides of their argument 2. Larissa locked herself in a bathroom She issued what looked like a frantic plea to her followers, saying that Colt had taken her phone and encouraging them to message him to reconnect her. 3. She also seemed afraid that he would call the police When the police arrived, it was Larissa who was arrested, not Colt 4. it started with Larissa being upset Apparently, Colt (probably to avoid spoiling 90 Day Fiance) asked her to not interact with him on social media, which she took personally, and went on an Instagram rant about how it was selfish and hurtful. 5. Colt came home with flowers This apparently did not have the intended effect upon Larissa, which she says that Colt took poorly 6. Karlous Miller of the 85 South Show podcast recently announced on “The Breakfast Club” that he was let go from the cast without warning. After all, there are lots of reasons to perform your civic duty, not the least of which is that all the cool kids are doing it, including a freshly-rehabbed Demi Lovato! Yes, Demi posted on Instagram for the first time since July today. The singer broke her silence in order to encourage her fans to get out and vote! As you’re probably aware, Demi suffered a near-fatal overdose over the summer, and she spent the three months that followed hospitals and rehab facilities. As far as we know, Lovato left rehab late last week. Over the weekend, she was spotted out and about with new boyfriend Henry Levy, marking the first time that the singer has been seen in public since she nearly lost her life in July. There has been concern about Demi and Henry’s relationship , as Levy is a newly-rehabbed former addict himself. Sources close to Demi say there’s nothing to worry about, as Henry has been sober for the better part of a year, but like Demi, he’s also been in and out of rehab numerous times. “He used to have a drug problem,” one insider recently told Radar Online. “He used to like to party.” The source adds that these days, Levy is “sober and straight-edge.” It’s great that he’s taking the necessary steps to regain his health, but there are many good reasons that addiction specialists caution their patients against forming close relationships early in the recovery process, particularly with fellow addicts. The long, ugly, messy custody battle between Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie isn’t ending any time soon, folks. The two have been arguing over Brad’s unpaid child support , and it looks like they’ve given up on resolving this without a judge. The exes formerly known as Brangelina are going to have a custody trial. It’s been two years since this once-famously in love couple split. Apparently, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt haven’t been able to settle custody issues themselves in all of that time. TMZ reports that these bitter exes are going to have a custody trial. Brad and Angelina have filed documents with an L.A. Superior Court Judge. They will have until June of 2019 to work out a custody arrangement for their shared children. And they will have the help of a private judge. According to TMZ , the custody trial is scheduled to begin nearly a month from now, on December 4. Angelina and Brad haven’t been able to reconcile their different views of how custody should be arranged. It seems doubtful that a few more weeks will give them time to see eye-to-eye. See, Angelina is seeking sole physical custody of their six children. In the mean time, Brad wants a fifty-fifty split — joint custody. Apparently the custody trial itself is expected to last anywhere from two to three weeks. But that is only part of the process. The judge will have to pour over the evidence and arguments presented at trial and reach a verdict regarding custody. It also falls to this judge to handle the couple’s property settlement. Angelina and Brad did not have a prenup. Given that they are both intensely wealthy and extremely bitter towards each other, this is one of the worst situations for not having a prenup. Brad has been seriously bitter and complained that Angelina has denied him access to his own children. Recently, the court forced Angelina to allow Brad some time with the children. She was also required to give him their phone numbers and allow them to communicate with him. If Brad gets his way in court, he’ll get them with him half of the time, and there will be little to nothing that Angelina can do about it. If Angelina gets her way, it’s unlikely that she’ll be forced to hand over access to the six children. If you recall the circumstances of their divorce in the first place, it’s no mystery why Angelina is so reluctant to expose her children to Brad. It was only two years ago that something happened on the couple’s private plane. Whatever the specifics of the reported altercation between Brad and the couple’s son, Maddox, it led Angelina to file for divorce the next day. She also reported Brad PItt to the FBi — for child abuse. Maddox is old enough that this custody ruling is unlikely to impact him. But it seems likely that, after whatever she witnessed, Angelina is afraid that history will repeat itself. She can’t risk it. But she may have no choice, depending upon what this judge decides. Courts tend to err on the side of giving parents access to their children, out of a belief that this is ultimately best for the child. If Brad convinces the court that he’s probably not a danger to their children, Angelina will be hard pressed to get anything more than joint custody. Whatever happens, we hope that the court makes the right decision for the safety and well-being of the children. That, in the end, is all that matters. Her and husband Marc Ealy named the child Brooklyn Doris Daly and she came into the world at 5 pounds and 5 ounces. It’s the couples first child. The complication caused her to gain 17 pounds in ONE WEEK due to “severe swelling and water retention, high blood pressure, and excess protein in urine.” Moore first announced her pregnancy during the season 10 RHOA reunion. “I’ve waited 47 years for this moment,” Moore said. “I didn’t really want to announce it too soon because I feel it’s very early on in our pregnancy. But I have suffered so much in my life when it comes to wanting a family around me. So this is the day I’ve been waiting for my entire life. (Photo by Aurora Rose/Patrick McMullan via Getty Images) Victim’s Sister Accused Shannade Clermont Of Helping To Kill Her Brother Reality starlet Shannade Clermont admitted that she treated a deceased man’s debit account as her own personal piggy bank when he died after what the feds called a “prostitution date.” Clermont pled guilty to one count of wire fraud Thursday in Manhattan Federal Court. As her twin sister Shannon sat in the front row, the former “Bad Girl’s Club” cast member and Yeezy model said she stole her victim’s debit card in order to go on a nearly six-month-long shopping spree and racking up about $20,000 in fraudulent charges. “I knew my conduct was illegal and wrong,” Clermont, 24, clad in leather pants, a linen shirt and platinum blonde wig, told the judge after admitting that she “knowingly and willingly executed a scheme” to defraud. Clermont had initially faced four felony charges, but under a deal with the government, she only pled guilty to one charge and had the others dismissed. Although wire fraud carries a sentence of up to 20 years, the judge told Clermont that the government agreed to a sentence of 12-18 months in federal prison, restitution and up to $55,000 in fines. The model was not accused of being responsible for the victim’s death, something that incensed the more than a half dozen family members at the hearing. “My entire family I lost because of you!” the victim’s sister raged at Clermont as the twins passed by the family after the hearing. Cunningham The sister, who asked not to be identified, said that her entire immediate family died following her brother’s death. Her father died of a heart attack three months to the day after her brother’s passing, and her mother died of cancer three months after that. “I will never forgive her for that,” the sister said, her eyes welling with tears. “I stand here as the sole member of my family.” Others in court with ties to the victim questioned why Clermont didn’t do more to help their loved one as he expired. “There was a possibility that when he got sick, all she had to do was pick up the phone and call 911,” family friend Pat Argenti told BOSSIP. “She could have saved his life. The heartlessness of this human being to just walk out – she’s an animal.” Clermont will be sentenced in February 2019. The twin declined to comment outside of court, but her lawyer Jeffrey Lichtman said that she regretted her crimes and wanted to move forward. “This is a sad day for Shannade,” Lichtman told BOSSIP. “She is remorseful for her conduct. Everybody feels bad, but we know she’s not responsible for his death.”
