Back to being besties! Porsha Williams Attends Shamea Morton’s Wedding Porsha Williams and Shamea Morton are apparently back to being besties after nearly falling out on RHOA. As previously reported Phaedra Parks alleged that Shamea’s been sleeping with Kandi AND Todd , and Porsha seemed to confirm it when she added that Shamea’s “really close” with the couple. Now after admitting that she felt betrayed by Porsha , Shamea’s apparently back on good terms with her buddy because Porsha was recently spotted at her wedding. On Saturday Shamea tied the knot with Gerald Mwangi in a traditional African ceremony and Porsha was by her side. Ain’t that sweet? And while she’s forgiven Porsha, Shamea admitted that it’s too late for “devil in a dress” Phaedra to apologize. “I was cordial to Phaedra because of Porsha even last season in Miami, I tolerated Phaedra just because of Porsha’s new friendship with her,” She tells Bravo’s The Daily Dish: “But now, after her making those types of accusations, she just went too far with her chubby a**.” Just a few weeks ago Shamea said that she needed closure with Porsha. “I’m very neutral but I am concerned because I felt a sense of betrayal, I need closure and I need understanding,” said Shamea. “I didn’t understand why her loyalty wavered and why she chose a side.” Looks like these two got that closure! It’s been a long time since the general public actually cared about what the cast of Jersey Shore is up to, but remarkably, the Seaside Heights gang appears to be holding up pretty well post-fame. Well, most of them are, anyway. While Snooki, Vinny and the rest have carved out careers for themselves doing podcasts and appearing at “Hey, remember this guy?” conventions, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino hasn’t fared quite as well. The Sitch still makes the occasional headline these days, but it’s never for anything good. In fact, when we see his name these days, it’s usually because Sorrentino was arrested again. Most recently, Mike was locked up for his involvement in some sort of tanning salon melee , which is either the most appropriate or most ironic arrest in history. We can’t decide. But it was the arrest prior to that that’s still giving Mike legal headaches, and it could wind up landing him behind bars of a very long time. Mike was busted for tax fraud back in 2014, and it seems he still hasn’t sorted the issue out with the feds. Today, TMZ is reporting that Mike is still facing decades behind bars for tax evasion. The IRS claims that Sorrentino conspired with his brother (who’s also facing jail time) to conceal a significant portion of the $8.9 million that Mike made between 2010 and 2012. Yes, the freakin’ Situation made $8.9 million in two years. And you thought today’s political news was depressing! Anyway, far from backing down and working out a restitution plan, the U.S. Attorney in New Jersey is going hard on Sorrentino, adding a handful of new charges this week. Mike now faces allegations of tax evasion, as well as structuring and falsifying records to avoid detection of assets. Prosecutors maintain that the Sorrentino brothers filed false income tax returns and made fraudulent deductions. No trial date has been set, but it sounds like Mike may soon have quite the situation on his hands. Hey, at least if he goes to prison he’ll have plenty of time to work on his abs. And that’s it. We’ve exhausted out supply of The Situation jokes. If you’re keeping score at home, there were exactly two. Any more than that would require remembering more about The Situation than his stupid nickname and ab obsession and frankly, we can’t spare the brain real estate. “Obsessed” Fan Passed “Hot N***a” Rapper A Shank During Visit In 2015 A judge has sentenced Bobby Shmurda in his prison knife and perjury case. A judge ruled that the “Hot N***A” rapper would serve 1.3 to four years in state prison in exchange for pleading guilty to attempted promotion of prison contraband, a nonviolent felony. Shmurda, dressed in a rumpled white button-down shirt, khakis and his hands shackled at his side and covered with mitts, kept his head down during the five-minute hearing Friday at Bronx Criminal Court. The sentence will run concurrently with his seven-year sentence for gang conspiracy and weapons charges. When the judge asked him if he’d like to make a statement, he replied, “No sir.” Flanked by three court officers, the rapper was immediately remanded and was led back to the cells. Shmurda, who was born Ackquille Pollard, told Bronx Supreme Court Judge Marc Whitten in February that an 18-year-old woman named Kimberly Rousseau tried to pass him a “sharp metal object” on during a jail visit in 2015 before cops caught him. But London his lawyer, and family spokesman, Allen Dewayne, told BOSSIP that Rousseau wasn’t his girlfriend, which was previously reported, but an “obsessed” fan. Bobby Shmurda fan Kimberly Rousseau, 18, was accused of passing him a homemade knife in jail last month “He doesn’t know her,” London said. “She was an obsessed fan. She has no connection to him.” London said the visit lasted about 15 seconds, and several fans had tried visiting him while he was locked up at New York’s notorious Rivers Island jail. “He admitted his guilt,” Paul London, Shmurda’s lawyer said. “We’re not taking that back. He told the truth. He was in possession and he accepted it. We all make mistakes, but it’s how you bounce back.” Shmurda’s mother, Leslie Pollard told BOSSIP after the hearing that her son was now focused on putting the crimes behind him, turning his life around and being a role model for others. She said he was learning a carpentry trade, working in the prison’s commissary and attending school while incarcerated at Clinton Correctional Facility in Upstate New York. “We just look forward to him finishing up and the time being over,” Pollard told BOSSIP. “He’s hanging in there. He’s doing flooring and working in the store.” Under the deal’s terms, Shmurda can’t appeal the sentence, and he’ll be barred from voting or serving on a jury once he gets out. The 21-year-old has been locked up since late 2014 on charges of criminal possession of a weapon and conspiracy. In that case, prosecutors alleged he was the leader of the GS9 street gang, which terrorized Brooklyn with drug sales and shootings. He has to serve at least six years and will be eligible for parole in 2021.

Through all the couples up and downs and back and forths, Chyna has consistently rocked the 7-carat stunner Rob gifted her with that fateful night inside the strip club. Even with rumors that Rob had been conspiring with her other baby daddy Tyga to spread lies and rumors about her…the couple still managed to pick up right where they’ve left off dozens of times last week: But now, according to E! A source confirmed that despite whatever stunt and show shenanigans Rob & Chyna get into on social media, they’re 100% over. “Chyna and Rob are certainly not together or engaged, In fact, Chyna gave the engagement ring back to Rob when they broke up last month…Something caused them to have a blowout fight, and Chyna gave the ring back and it was done. They officially are not engaged. There is no wedding.” But what about baby Dream? “They are amicable and get along when it comes to Dream. Sweet black love! Jessica Dime Engaged One of our fave “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” stars is engaged. Jessica Dime who recently spoke with our “Don’t Be Scared” podcast about her music and her love life is revealing that she’s a wife to be. Dime is currently in Jamaica with her castmates Mimi, Rasheeda, Karlie Redd and Tammie Rivera as well as her man Shawne Williams formerly of the Detroit Pistons, Waka Flocka and Yung Joc. And in between partying and filming Shawne apparently popped the question and she said “yes.” Dime posted and deleted a picture of her big ol’ ring but TheShadeRoom caught a glimpse of her gorgeous diamond stunner. “God is so good. As well as with some of her siblings … one of whom he was previously rumored to be in a romantic relationship with. Remember that?! Rumors of Jinger Duggar courting Lawson in secret set the web on fire back in 2015 after they were cozying up at Amy Duggar’s wedding. Obviously, Jinger went on to marry Jeremy Vuolo and not Lawson, but has her sister Jana officially found love with this great catch? According to the Bates Family Blog, which is run by friends of the family, parents Gil and Kathy Jo said that would be news to them. Kelly Jo Bates said, “I think that probably Lawson and Jana would both be shocked by that news, although we have heard that rumor.” “They are very good friends,” Lawson’s mom added, but: “No courtships that either of our families are aware of.” The Duggar family trip to see the Bates last month in Tennessee likely sparked the rumor, as both sides have been sharing many photos. Lawson personally added fuel to the fire when he posted an April Fools’ Day pic of himself wearing a suit and a wedding ring. He captioned the image, “If guys acted like girls.” None other than Jana’s twin brother John David appears to be in that photo (above), so it’s easy to see how this whole thing got started. Alas, Jana is still single , which she admits is hard. “When all the married siblings are getting together and you can’t go along because you’re not part of ‘that’ group,” she recently lamented. “I know how it feels to wait for ‘Prince Charming’ to come along. I’m still waiting,” she said, a hint of real emotion starting to break through. “Waiting is not always easy. Especially in those times.” “But waiting doesn’t mean sitting and literally waiting. My parents have always encouraged each of us to serve those around us.” “Whether you are a young kid waiting to be finished with school, a young person waiting to get married, then once married.” “Waiting to have a child, waiting for your children to go up.” “No, we need to be busy with wherever God has us and being content and joyfully serving Jesus,” Jana told Crown of Beauty magazine. Shortly after the world learned that Josh Duggar molested five young girls when he was in his teens, the Duggars were beset by yet another scandal involving their eldest son’s sexual impropriety. When the infidelity-facilitating website Ashley Madison was hacked in August of 2015, Josh was revealed to be its most high-profile client. We still don’t know if Josh succeeded in his efforts to cheat on his wife, Anna, but we do know what his intentions were. In the wake of Josh’s second scandal, the Duggars went into damage control mode. Josh was sent to rehab to undergo a “faith-based” course of treatment for his sex addiction, and when he returned home six months later, his family basically kept him hidden from sight. So it would appear that though he avoided jail time for his adolescent sex crimes, Josh learned a hard lesson about fidelity after getting caught cheating on his wife. But as we’ve seen before, the Duggars are in object lesson in the many ways in which appearances can be deceiving. Less than two years after Josh checked into rehab, everything in his life has basically returned to normal. Josh and Anna are expecting their fifth kid ; the rest of the Duggars are back on TV; and while his career as a lobbyist/reality TV star may have come to an end, Josh is reportedly making a fine living for himself as the proprietor of several used car dealerships. Needless to say, fans are growing concerned that any lessons learned might now be forgotten. And their worst fears seem to have been confirmed by recent comments from Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar regarding their views on infidelity. The couple frequently speaks at marriage retreats and in a video uploaded yesterday, Colorado-based pastor Kenny Batson recalled an encounter with Jim Bob and Michelle at such an event. Addressing his congregation, Batson recollected: “ At the marriage retreat — Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar helped us do it, and at the end of it, they were getting ready to go home, and Jim Bob caught me out in the hall and says, ‘You know what,’ he says, ‘I have to go back in here and do a little more teaching.’” “What they talked about was this matter right here. Intimacy in marriage. And Michelle said something that I’d never thought, I mean I knew of it but I never thought like she put it. “She said ‘Ladies, your husband can get his laundry done by other women, he can have his meal cooked by other women, he can have all kinds of things done for him by other women, but there’s only one woman who can meet that strong need he has that God put in him, and its you. Only you, lady .’” In the past, the Duggars have been accused of blaming Anna for Josh’s infidelity, and many fans see these latest comments as Michelle’s way of doubling down on those views. Michelle seems to be implying that Josh was simply acting on the “strong need that God put in him” and that Anna wasn’t satisfying his needs in the bedroom. Batson puts an even finer point on it, summing up Michelle’s comments thusly: “It is one of the greatest sins of women today, is a self-centered narcissistic view of how they are to have control of their bodies. The Bible says your body is not your own, sister. It is your husband’s.” They may have figured out a way to present themselves to 21st century television audiences in an inoffensive fashion, but the Duggars views on marriage and a woman’s place in the world remain deeply problematic. The Josh sex scandals briefly brought those views to the surface, and fans were justifiably outraged. But like Jim Bob and Michelle, the Duggars’ most loyal viewers proved very eager to forget.
