Paul Wall And Baby Bash Arrested In Houston For Felony Drug Distribution Looks like Christmas is gonna be white, but it won’t be very merry… According to KHOU , Paul Wall and his product pushin’ partner Baby Bash were arrested in a Houston police raid today for the distribution and manufacturing of a controlled substance. The details of exactly what drug was being made and sold, but the charges are felonies so we’re not talking about nickel bags of weed. 8 other folks were arrested with Paul and Bash. In LHHNY news… Samantha And Erika Respond To Mendeecees’ Defense Of Yandy Mendeecees’ baby mamas are clapping back at him after he spoke out from behind bars in defense of his wife. As previously reported the Love & Hip Hop star who’s serving an 8-year drug trafficking sentence, snapped at his baby mamas Erika and Samantha for their “disgusting behavior” towards Yandy, and was heard on secret recordings denying EVER being in a relationship with Erika. Now Samantha, the mother of little Mendeecees, is clapping back. According to Sam, she’s disappointed… “What kind of man talks down about his child mother, who is only defending herself,” wrote Sam. “Go play with TrashCanYan.” and she’s threatening to release some real emails. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West apparently are staying together for the kids. Or they’re going to try to, at the very least. According to the Daily Mail , the couple’s public weekend outing was more than just a show of unity and “affection” for one another: It was a statement that things aren’t as rock-solid as some may think. The DM revealed that the fame-loving couple decided to attend counseling “for the sake of their kids” after putting their marriage and motivations under the microscope. If ever there was a time to go into therapy, now would be it, and the excuse couldn’t be better. Even if Kim is done with Kanye West — a thing that sources close to Kim vehemently deny — counseling for both parties for the sake of their kids is the best option. A healthy parent rears healthy children, after all. It was reported that Kim endured yet another battle — this time internal — and though reason told her the best thing to do was leave Kanye, her heart won, because she apparently still loves him. “They’re actually doing better ,” an insider, someone who claims to be a closer, personal friend, revealed. “It was obviously a bit tough when [ Kanye’s breakdown happened] and it was confusing … but they’re doing better now.” “Kim is so in love with him and love can be blinding sometimes — she just adores him and the family loves him as well,” the friend continued. “It’s a situation that she’s giving another shot, a second chance.” The source added: “She feels he’s been under a lot of pressure, so she feels like he deserves another shot.” First of all, a mentally ill person doesn’t “deserve another shot,” they’re mentally ill. They need help and counseling and caring — not to be treated like the family dog that peed on the rug one too many times. “They had a heart-to-heart about it and Kim is still deeply in love with him,” the friend said. Hard to believe, since she actually waffled about being with him after their darkest individual moments? Perhaps. “Despite the fact that logic tells her the best thing to do would be to move on, the other side of that is that she has children with him now,” the insider continued. “Kim told me, ‘It’s not just about me, it’s about the kids.’ So she wants to make it work.” For the sake of the kids. The loose-lipped friend of the couple claimed that the two were going to get through the hard times together. Kind of like, you know, how the marriage vows go. “She [Kim] wants them to get therapy, counseling and for them to get through this together,” the friend continued. “Right now, they’re both individually recovering — her from a traumatic experience and him from going crazy.” The insider somberly concluded: “But once they get through this and get back in shape, they’re going to do counseling to see if they can save this [their marriage] for the sake of the kids.” Hopefully they can just get it together period. All joking aside, it’s been a really rough year for Kanye and Kim. And hell, for all of us, really. Sevyn Streeter Sings National Anthem In “We Matter” Jersey Remember when Sevyn Streeter was barred from singing the National Anthem for the 76ers because she wore a Jersey that said “We Matter” in reference to BLM? Well, she finally got her chance to hit the hardwood and sing the anthem in the controversial jersey over the weekend. The 76ers apologized and rescheduled her performance and she was more than pleased with the outcome: “I’m really excited. I’m feeling great. I’m happy that we were able to turn an unfortunate situation into something positive. I’m singing the anthem tonight. I’m wearing my ‘We Matter’ jersey. The social media buzz over the latest Star Wars offering, Rogue One , may not be quite what it was for last year’s The Force Awakens, but we suppose that’s to be expected. After all, that film not marked the beloved franchise’s return to theaters after a ten-year absence, it had trusted sequel and reboot architect J.J. Abrams at the helm. And it didn’t hurt that TFA was the next installment of an ongoing saga, whereas Rogue One is something else entirely … The Gareth Edwards-directed film has been described as more of a spinoff than a proper sequel, tonally different from the rest of the franchise, as it offers a view of the rebels as a gritty band of guerillas. Does the risk pay off? Well, here’s what some top critics have to say: ” A tense, well-made spacefaring war movie about a desperate and demoralized band of insurgents standing up against a rising authoritarian regime .” – Chris Klimek, NPR ” Except for a few jocose, fan-serving moments, the movie is a dour affair, lacking the charm and chills of J.J.
