Safaree Responds To The Game’s Meek Mill Diss By now you already know The Game and Meek Mill are beefing over some confusion around snitching and Sean Kingston’s snatched chains . But up to this point it’s mainly been meme banter, fun with photoshop, and Twitter shots. The Game finally took the battle off Instagram and onto a track — the same “Ooouuu” track Meek first dissed Game with — called “Pest Control.” Get it? Travis $cott Hospitalized For Dehydration Looks like Travis $cott has been riding the wave of his latest album’s success a little TOO hard. The rapper had to cool out in the emergency room for a little while earlier today. Apparently he just didn’t stop to drink quite enough water. Via Billboard : Travis Scott was hospitalized Sunday due to dehydration, according to an Instagram post by his manager, David Stromberg. Stromberg posted a photo of Scott asleep in a hospital bed, accompanied only by the caption: “sunday.” When fans expressed concern about the MC’s condition, Stromberg replied in the comments: “he’s fine. he was just dehydrated.” Scott’s sophomore album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight, was No. 1 on the Billboard 200 last week. Marc Jacobs Responds To Cultural Appropriation Criticism Marc Jacobs caught quite a bit of controversy over using faux locs on his white models in this season’s show. But of course, rather than lend an open mind and a concerned ear to the concerns of people of color or those familiar with the terrain of cultural appropriation …Marc decided to instead do a classic act of white people white peopling, and basically tell brown people to quit their whining and stop ‘stealing’ white folks’ straight hair if they feel such a way about it — before half-azzedly backtracking and saying he didn’t mean to offend anyone. SMH. The point he’s missing here is that society ROUTINELY tells Black people our hair is dirty , messy, “ghetto” and unprofessional, then turns around to use it for fun and call it “cool” and “edgy” when placed on fairer tones.
