Bethenny Frankel Posts Bikini Photo, Looks Skinnier Than Ever!

Earlier this summer, Bethenny Frankel wore her 4-year-old daughter’s clothing and posted a bizarre photo of her new look to Instagram. Naturally, some fans complained that Bethenny was glamorizing a dangerous body ideal, while others expressed their concerns about her health. In response, Frankel told them all to get a life .  Now, the former Real Housewife and current desperate divorcee has posted another worrisome pic to her IG page and, well…she’s certainly the perfect spokesperson for her line of Skinnygirl products: That’s Bethenny posing with a Ferrari that she’s apparently considering buying. Rather than commenting on the car, however, most of Frankel’s followers took notice of her worrisome weight loss: The hashtag “#WayTooSkinnyGirl” makes several appearances in the comments section of the pic, and with good reason. Frankel has been accused of being overly obsessed with weight loss in the past and in this photo – the most revealing that she’s posted in several months – the 43-year-old reality star and cocktail mix mogul appears alarmingly gaunt. Bethenny has yet to respond to the latest criticisms, but she’s been quick to dismiss haters in the past. Kendall Jenner to Be Cast in Fifty Shades of Grey Movie Sequel?!

None other than Kendall Jenner is reportedly under strong consideration for a role in the steamy Fifty Shades of Grey movie sequel, Fifty Shades Darker. According to Grazia magazine, she’s already in talks with agents, and director Fifty Shades of Grey director Sam Taylor-Wood is a fan of the youngster. Supposedly, the 18-year-old even had a meeting with Universal , the studio behind the project, and they were impressed with the reality star and model. Taylor-Wood, according to inside reports, is “fascinated by her” and “expressed interest in her appearing in the first film” as well, “but it didn’t happen.” “Universal is also keen for Kendall to be involved in the sequel. They put in a call to her people and arranged a meeting last month, which went really well.” “It wouldn’t be a major role but would certainly be a foot in the door,” however, “she’ll only sign on once Sam Taylor-Wood is confirmed as the director.” Kendall Jenner is going to turn down a part in Fifty Shades Darker if there’s a new director for the sequel? Somehow we don’t buy that little detail. As for the franchise bringing Kendall on board at all? We actually could see it. Rita Ora, despite zero acting experience, will be in the first 50 Shades . It’s also worth noting that in casting Jamie Dornan as lead Christian Grey and Dakota Johnson as Anastasia Steele, the producers are thinking outside the box. No word if Kendall would go by only one name , as she’s reportedly doing from now on in her modeling career, or use Jenner when it comes to acting. What do you think? Deadmau5, Disney Locked in Court Battle Over Mickey Mouse (Mau5?) Trademark!

Deadmau5 is being taken to court by a much bigger cartoon mau5. Disney is apparently ready to challenge him in court after the conglomerate determined that the DJ’s logo is too similar to its (trademarked) Mickey Mouse ears. We can’t decide if we’re shocked at this news or shocked that it’s taken them this long to file, but either way, the electronic music star is vowing to fight it out. “Landed home to some interesting news,” he tweeted this week. “Looks like Disney officially just filed in opposition of my trademark … lawyer up Mickey.” “Disney thinks you might confuse an established electronic musician/performer with a cartoon mouse,” he went on. “That’s how stupid they think you are.” Deadmau5 (pronounced “dead mouse”), real name Joel Zimmerman, uses oversized headpieces with rounded ears, while doing his thing live around the world. In a statement to E! News, Deadmau5 attorney Dina LaPolt further elaborated on the matter, claiming he has his own likeness trademarked , thankyouverymuch: “The deadmau5 front-facing mau5head is a registered trademark in 30 countries. In June 2013, deadmau5 applied to register the front-facing mau5head with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.” “Disney is now opposing the U.S. filing. Kim Kardashian is one of the most famous women on the planet, but she’s been notoriously unsuccessful with regard to befriending other A-listers for the simple reason that no one understands how the hell she got to be so famous. But that may have changed when Kim crossed paths with Jennifer Aniston at a recent event: “Jen couldn’t wait to meet Kim,” a source tells Life & Style . “She told Kim that she secretly watches Keeping Up With the Kardashians .” The insider adds that Jen paid the reality star the ultimate Kardashian kompliment by declaring that she loves Kim’s new haircut . “[Jen] was gushing to Kim about how much she loves her skin and hair,” says an onlooker. “Kim was like, ‘But you’re Jennifer Aniston. It’s your hair that’s famous.” It may seem random that Kim and Jen would hit it off so well, but they have more in common than you might think: They’ve both been married to mega-famous dudes; they both avoided involvement in the nude hacker scandal (although Kim released her own nude photos the same week); and most importantly – they have the same hairstylist! So maybe it shouldn’t be so hard to see why Jen was willing to overlook Kim’s complete lack of talent and personality in order to add a new member to her cast of friends. Oh, who are we kidding? Kylie Jenner Lip Injection Debate Re-Ignites With New Instagram Photo

Has Kylie Jenner had plastic surgery ? It’s a question that’s been debated since back in March when a plastic surgeon who had never treated or even met Kylie tossed some wild speculation at In Touch : “Her face has changed,” said the surgeon. “Considering the work her sister’s have had done, I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s had some work done.” Harsh words from a medical professional. Many pointed out that this doc sounds like another one-syllable d-word, and Kylie’s face has “changed” because she’s gotten older and she tends to wear a lot of makeup. A new semi-nude-faced photo that Kylie posted to her famous Instagram page  yesterday, however, has some people re-thinking their original stance and admitting that Kylie does seem to have received collagen injections in her lips: That’s Kylie with a piece of broccoli, for some reason. She tends to go heavy on the dark-colored lipstick so this is the first we’ve seen of her lips in their natural state in some time.  Now compare the pic above to the one below: That’s Kylie and 2010, and there’s really no denying that her lips seem significantly more plump nowadays, but the question that remains is whether or not that’s the result of a procedure or just a trait of adolescence. It’s like global warming – we know something has changed but there might always be intense debate as to whether man or nature is responsible. Kaley Cuoco Responds to Nude Photo Leak … By Posting Nude Photo!

While dozens of female celebs are trying to figure out how best to respond to the nude photo scandal that dominated the Internet over the weekend, Kaley Cuoco decided to keep it simple and beat the hackers at their own game. Nude photos of Kaley were posted along with those of Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Upton and too many others to list here. But rather than denying that they’re real, or vowing legal vengeance , Kaley simply shrugged and said, “Ya want some nudes? I’ll give ya some nudes!” Cuoco posted the above photo of herself and her husband today along with a caption reading, “What a fun day that was frolicking with my hubs on the beaches of Mexico. Feels like we forgot something?” KC censored the photo herself, so of course it’s not quite as revealing as the hacked images (and it doesn’t violate Instagram’s strict nipple policy ), but it’s still a fun, sexy response to a scandal that’s left Hollywood reeling. Clearly, the Cuoco-Sweetings aren’t planning on letting one group of obnoxious hackers take the fun out of public nudity. Of course, we think that if Kaley posted one or maybe even a few dozen uncensored nudes that would really teach those jerks a lesson. Justin Bieber Attorneys Respond to Arrest, Blame Incident on Paparazzi Harassment

In the wake of  Justin Bieber getting arrested for dangerous driving and assault in Canada last Friday, two lawyers for this singer have released statements on behalf of their client. As previously detailed, Bieber was driving an ATV (with Selena Gomez as his passenger) when he collided with a minivan and then got into a physical altercation with the driver, who was a member of the paparazzi. Police took Justin in to custody and he’s due in an Ontario court later this month. Justin Bieber Arrest: All the Details Attorney Brian H. Greenspan doesn’t specifically dispute these details, but he does point the finger of blame squarely away from Bieber. “Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez‘s peaceful retreat in Stratford this weekend was unfortunately disrupted by the unwelcome presence of paparazzi,” said Greenspan in a statement , adding: “This has regrettably resulted in charges of dangerous driving and assault. Mr. Bieber and Ms. Gomez have fully cooperated in the police investigation. We are hopeful that this matter will be quickly resolved.” Authorities in Los Angeles are in the process of gathering information themselves because the arrest could violate Bieber’s probation and land him behind bars. After egging his neighbor’s home in January (seriously, what is with this guy?!?), Bieber reached a plea bargain earlier this summer in which he agreed to two years of probation. Any further trouble with the law could violate the terms of this deal. Meanwhile, Justin‘s other lawyer, also blames the photographer for this latest dust-up… as well as the police. “Justin, like many celebrities are continually harassed by police,” Roy Black says. “Their privacy is shredded and these incidents can become dangerous. While the public is not particular sympathetic, they must realize how difficult these cameramen make their lives. “So I am not surprised there is a conflict. It happens quite often, and as long as the paparazzi are highly paid for their photographs, they will continue.” Still, the point must be raised: Bieber isn’t the only celebrity being trailed and photographed by the paparazzi. LeAnn Rimes celebrated her 32nd birthday yesterday, and the reality star commemorated the occasion with a bikini photo showing her slender physique. Yes, we said reality star. And we said it on purpose. Because these days, her train wreck of a VH1 show LeAnn & Eddie and celebrity gossip persona are almost more notable than her singing career. When she’s not beefing with Brandi Glanville, she’s giving absurd quotes about how she raped her boyfriend when she lost her virginity and so forth. It’s been an amazing few years for her, really. Anyway, back to the above photo. It was shared with fans on LeAnn’s Twitter page, captioned with “Starting 32 out healthy before it goes downhill lol.” “Lol”? Healthy is a good thing, and we encourage her to be. We just don’t trust that she actually is, and not because we’re judging her based on one pic. LeAnn’s struggles with her body and her self-esteem have been well documented, and we hope she isn’t going down the wrong path, that’s all.
