Is Lindsay Lohan seeking a restraining order against her dad Michael Lohan? Dina Lohan, Lindsay’s mom and Mike’s ex-wife, wants her to like yesterday. Dina’s war with Michael – a nuclear situation that trumps last week’s fight with Lindsay – has reached scored earth proportions, and she’s urging Lindsay to take her side. And to ask a judge for the protection order to stop her often-estranged father from having any contact with her whatsoever – phone calls, texts, emails, anything. Dina Lohan’s push to legally freeze out MiLo comes on the heels of Lindsay’s tearful statement that Michael is dead to her now after selling her out last week. Michael Lohan may be a detestable human being, but terming him a dangerous one may be an exaggeration. Why not just ignore the guy, ladies? Even Lindsay admitted she shouldn’t have called him to say her mom was coked up and acting like the devil , but she did, and won’t make that mistake again. Isn’t that enough?

I still can’t believe it. October 2nd 2012, the best day of my life. I met Justin. I’m going to tell you how it happened. I live in Mexico but my dad lives in the US. It was Tuesday, September 24th, when I saw a tweet that said, “If you are a bieberfever member submit your bieber fever collection.” I ran up to my mom and told her about it and she told me to call my dad. I called him and he said that yes, but only if I win. The next day I went to school and I was telling all my classmates about it and they were like, “Get over it, you are not going to win.” Saturday arrived, Sunday arrived and there was still no answer. Monday I went to school and my friends were like “Told you!” When I got home, I checked the tour dates. I was really annoyed, the concert was on Tuesday. I checked my email and there was nothing, I gave up. Monday night I ran downstairs to call my mom. I was crying. I told her that I won and she said, “Send me the email,” she didn’t believe it either. The next day, I went to the airport, got on the plane and left. After 2 long hours, I arrived. I met up with my dad and at 3:40 p.m., we walked to the Staples Center. I started looking for the tickets box, there was a really big line. The M&G started at 4:30. I was not going to the concert cause the tickets were too expensive, so I asked my dad if I can buy tickets but if they were not that expensive. After I got the wristbands and the concert tickets, I got in line. I was standing there when suddenly Moshe comes out, I was freaking out!. I got in another line. Then I saw Scooter, Kenny, Allison, Alfredo, Pattie, Jaden Smith. All the crew was there. I was shaking. I got in another line, then it was my turn. I was walking towards Justin, he was talking with Kenny, I was quiet. Kenny was gone and I brought a book for Justin to sign. After they took the photo, he signed my the book. They didn’t even give me a chance to hug Justin but at the same time I was really happy cause I met him. By the way, he smells like heaven. At around 7pm, we got in the Staples Center to the concert. Cody Simpson opened the show, the Carly and the Justin. I was really enjoying the show. I looked back, all the crew was there. I saw Selena Gomez, I wanted to take a picture with her and she had a look on her face like, “Oh God, not again,” but I did take her picture. I can not describe the feelings I felt. I wanted to let you know to actually never say never, your day will come, the one you were waiting for to meet Justin. Ever since I started obsessing over Justin in 2008, I had that dream to meet him. I never thought the day would actually come. My first concert was August 29, 2010, when he preformed at Madison Square Garden, where he shot his Never Say Never. It was actually the best night ever. After that concert finished I wondered if I would ever be lucky enough to see him perform again. Luckily over this summer of 2012, I saw him perform twice in a span of 5 days. On June 15th I went to the Today Show with my friend, and we saw Justin perform and were front row. We could make eye contact and scream his name, when he could actually see and hear us. At the Today Show performance my hand touched his, and I thought it was the most amazing thing ever. I was so happy to be that close, and see his perfection right before my eyes. Five days later on June 20th, me and my sister got into Bieber’s rehearsal for the David Lettermen show that he was performing on that weekend . Me and my sister went into the theater to find ourselves sitting in 8th row, with only staff, and 4 other random people. After waiting for some time, a familiar figure walked on stage . The figure walked into the light on stage and there standing 8 rows away from me was Bieber. Looking hotter then on the Today Show. Me and my sister freaked out, but in silence because staff told us Bieber didn’t like it when people came and watched his rehearsals. We sat there for about another half hour, watching Justin sing and dance to ‘Boyfriend’ about 5 times, until our small performance ended. Still in shock of how amazing Justin sang we walked out the backstage door and talked with his dancing crew. His dancing crew was really nice, and very cool. After talking with them for about 10 minutes, Justin walked out the backstage door. He took pictures with the 4 other people then finally walked over to me and my sister. Amazed of how close I was standing face to face with Justin, he motioned for me to come closer so we can take the picture because he was in a rush. Noticing how this would probably be the first and last time for awhile I asked, “Can I kiss you on the cheek?”, he said “Yeah, sure.” So there I went, my lips touching his soft cheek. Legit the best moment of my life. I wish it lasted more than 2 minutes, but whatever I finally got my moment with Justin. No matter how long it takes Never Say Never. You’re chance will come. Heya, I’m Lindi and when it comes to Justin, I like to just go for it and try my hardest. Once news came out that Justin was returning to the UK to do some more promotion, I told myself I wouldn’t let anything stop me from meeting him. When Justin was set to come to London (Wed 11th Sept) we headed straight to his hotel before he had even arrived. After hours of waiting and his flight being delayed, he finally arrived at the hotel. However since he had just came from a flight he didn’t come out to see us yet addressed us with a wave from the lobby. This was enough to start my week off as one extremely happy girl. The following day (Wed 12th Sept) was his book signing and I was extremely lucky to be able to get a wristband, after serious stress, and confusion. The atmosphere was amazing and it was so exciting knowing Justin was just around the curtain. Once behind it, we greeted Kenny was a handshake before moving over to Justin, the whole thing went by so fast, I can hardly remember it. I Just remember him saying “Hello”, and seeing his beautiful face before I squeaked out a “Thank you” when he gave me my book. I was very grateful for that moment cause i knew if all else failed I still had that memory. However the next day (Thurs 13th Sept) we spent the whole day outside his hotel, with a detour to The Jonathan Ross Show, where we was able to see him run past the gate to greet everyone. Once we knew he was in filming we decided to return to his hotel and await his return. More hours of waiting went by and still now show. Come around 10pm Justin arrived back, and met some fans/my friends at the back door, however I was round the front and missed him. We carried on waiting and waiting hoping he would pop out to come see us all. Come some time around 12am we heard commotion at the front, and Justin had in fact come out for photos. Lots of people were trying to get close and get their photos not wanting to miss the opportunity. But even after Justin asked for everyone to get in line multiple times, people didn’t cooperate and so he went in. To say I was disappointed was an understatement. We were all positive after that he wouldn’t come back out and we’d all blown our chance. We decided to stick it out in hope and after even more hours, and a few chants up to his hotel window to say how sorry we were, Justin re-appeared around 2am (Fri 14th Sept) coming out of his hotel on Alfredo’s shoulders shouting “I AM LORD BIEBER.” We all headed over to him, the time making sure to stay behind the barriers. I handed my camera over to Alfredo and it was finally my time for my photo. My face in my photo pretty much explains my emotions at that moment in time. I was over the moon! Justin then moved to my friend Jess next to me, however her camera was not ready, so I offered to take the photo, but Justin told me not to worry, and that he would take it himself. Somehow he managed to hit the view button on my camera, and as I was trying to sort it out for him, he noticed a photo I had taken of him. He instantly laughed and told me to delete the photo. It was a cute adorable photo of him with his tongue sticking out. So cute I even asked him if I could keep it just for myself (only now I realize how creepy that sounded), but he insisted I deleted it cause he didn’t like it. Justin and Jess then took their photo and I jumped in. Once Justin was making his way back down the line I stopped him again and asked if I could have 1 more photo and he was like “Of course.” He then took the photo of me and him, before looking at it and apologizing that his eyes were closed. I couldn’t believe that I’d actually spoken to Justin. It was the best feeling in the world. I then moved round to Alfredo to have a chat while everyone else was with Justin. He was cute saying how tired he was and couldn’t wait to sleep. We got a photo together and then I decided to just go for it and asked him to follow me on Twitter and he told me to tweet him and he would, so then I asked what should I tweet? He then said “Give me your phone, I’ll do it.” Alfredo then processed to tweet off my phone to himself saying, “Omg I love @AlfredoFlores so much. He is my everything in life. #Rockstarshit” He was laughing like crazy and all I could think was that Alfredo just tweeted ON MY ACCOUNT! We were all so grateful Justin had taken the extra time to come out and taken photos with every single ones of us, it was so sweet, especially after his long day. It was incredible. Shortly after while we were all still on our Justin high, I got a twitter notification telling me Alfredo had just followed me . I just couldn’t believe that he’d actually followed me, so quickly as well. My happiness at that point was through the roof. Everything that happened in those early hour of Friday morning is something i will never forget. Everything was perfect. I couldn’t of asked for a better ending to Justin’s visit to the UK. A photo of a little girl gasping at Mitt Romney is making the rounds online and has resulted in an apology for the AP for not using its caption to put it in context. The AP’s original caption said that he was posing for pictures with schoolchildren, which was true, but the wire service later updated its caption with more detail. The Virginia girl was reacting to Romney’s decision to kneel down and pose for a picture with her and her classmates, having just learned he was doing so. On Wednesday, AP executive editor Kathleen Carroll issued a statement: “The original caption on the photo of Gov. Romney taken Monday at a Virginia school was literally correct – it said the governor was posing for photos with schoolchildren.” “But it was too generic and missed the boat by not explaining exactly what was happening.” “The student with the surprised expression had just realized that the governor was going to crouch down in front of her for the group photo.” Unflattering photos do happen (see 2009 classic below), but they also don’t get published by accident, and the AP is deservedly taking heat for the Romney debacle.
