(Photo by Gotham/GC Images) Chrissy Teigen Responds To Criticism Over Magazine Cover Chrissy Teigen is gracing a Glamour magazine cover for their “Women Of The Year Issue” and at least one fan didn’t think she looked good enough for it. Chrissy along with several other women had their shot as cover girls for the December issue. Other versions of the Glamour cover include Janelle Monáe, Viola Davis, Senator Kamala Harris, Betty Reid Soskin and Manal al-Sharif (she testified against sexually abusive gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar), to name a few. When Chrissy shared the news, a vocal follower named Heidi shared her disgust, calling the cover “awful”. Mom-shamers like to slam Kim Kardashian for posing nude , but she poses with a purpose, and usually with a professional photographer. Tragically, Kim’s photographer, Marcus Hyde, has been in a truly horrific car accident. Kim shared the news and is asking fans to pray for his recovery. On Tuesday, Kim Kardashian tweeted out the news about Marcus Hyde’s terrible accident. “Please pray for my friend @MarcusHyde,” Kim tweeted. She also included an image, appearing to show the two of them, with words imposed over it. “I’m trying to find the perfect picture but I don’t want to share them,” Kim writes. Kim explains her reluctance: “We were saving these for our book.” Clearly, she doesn’t want to signal that there’s no hope by sharing the photo. She’d rather believe he’ll recover. Her comments go on, now directly addressing Marcus. “Angels are surrounding you,” Kim writes. She continues: “I’m praying so hard for you.” “Please be ok,” she begs. Kim’s message concludes: “Please come back @marcushyde.” This is truly heartbreaking. Marcus Hyde is a photographer known for his work with tasteful, artistic nudity. He is especially famous for his work with Kim Kardashian and her sisters, including Khloe and Kendall. TMZ reports that Marcus’ terrible accident took place Monday morning, October 29. He was on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu when he apparently lost control of his vehicle. Marcus went over an embankment. From the looks of things, the Mercedes AMG CLS that he was driving has been totaled. He himself was airlifted to the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. He had a female passenger in the vehicle at the time. TMZ reports that, per their sources, this unidentified woman was also hospitalized. We don’t know Marcus’ exact condition — but he reportedly suffered a critical head injury. Sources also say that Marcus Hyde was suffering seizures as a result of the crash and the head injury. That is devastatingly serious. Marcus has traveled the globe with Kim and with Kanye. He has been the man behind the camera for some of her most famous photos. He was also the photographer for the Kardashian (and Jenner) Calvin Klein photos late last year. This man’s artistic vision has been a part of Kim’s brand for a long time. Kim is clearly reeling from this news. It’s no wonder that she’s asking fans for prayers. As we mentioned, the fact that she’s unwilling to release photos of the two of them means that she’s clinging to hope. She wants Marcus to survive, recover, and then release that book with her. If she were to release a photo now, it would feel like she was giving up on him. We absolutely understand the way that she is thinking. We here at THG sincerely hope that Marcus Hyde and his passenger make a full and speedy recovery from this horrific ordeal. Email Submit A lot of people watched in shock as Dr. Phil and Treasure Richards discussed why she hated Black people so much. “Most African-Americans speak ghetto, and when it comes to Black people, I think they’re all ugly, and I have nothing in common with them. I act and think like a white person, instead of a Black person,” the obviously Black girl said. Treasure’s mom Monique Richards was also on the show and blamed herself for Treasure’s mindset. According to their story, Treasure grew up thinking she was biracial because her mother lied to her kids about their biological father (a white man). Somehow, Treasure dismissed her other roots, but her sister, Nina, says it’s all a lie. She also spoke with Essence.com who reports: What pisses Nina off even more, is that her deceased father’s name and reputation was ruined. William Richards, who was a white man, died in 2006, and had his photo shown on national television. Monique apparently lied about the fact that Treasure never knew he wasn’t her biological father. According to Nina, her siblings always knew he wasn’t their biological father, but he was the one who raised them. “They disgraced my dad who I loved dearly. I haven’t spoken to my mom since the episode aired. My mom and I have had a relationship very rocky, because she’s done a lot of evil stuff,” Nina said. “Treasure always knew who her biological dad was, when it came to daddy (William), he was a very loving and kind man. All of that narrative of her not knowing she wasn’t white, is fake. He loved us and was such a loving person and seeing his picture his picture slapped all over television was a disgrace.” Nina doesn’t understand why her mother went along with the alleged scam. “It’s a disgrace to our family and our race. We are a Black family. Very Black. We’re Detroit Black,” she said. “For my mom to allow this, is a mind f-ck to all of us.” She believes the Dr. Phil team is racist and plans to call CPS on her mother. “Dr. Phil’s people did not care. They wanted to spin this narrative. This is why I believe everyone on that show’s staff is a racist. Dr. Phil corrected my sister for saying “retard” is a derogatory word, but never corrected her on saying ni–ers,” Nina continued. “As a proud makeup artist, who promotes Black beauty, it offended me to hear my sister talk about Black women the way she did. My mom raised me to be a proud Black woman, and the love of Black culture was always there … I’m calling CPS today. She needs to do some hard time in juvvie and sit down and be in a controlled area. The former RHOA star who’s due around Thanksgiving shared pictures of her swollen feet after partying at Cynthia Bailey’s Seagrams Gin bash. According to Kenya she gained nearly 20 pounds in a week and might have preeclampsia, excessive swelling, and high blood pressure. “I made fun of my swollen feet at @cynthiabailey10 party. Next day my tests came back for possible preeclampsia… I gained 17 lbs in ONE week due to severe swelling and water retention, high blood pressure, and excess protein in urine. This is NOT normal! I took more tests. Baby is fine but if they come back higher #babydaly will have to come same day.” We hope Kenya’s okay, preeclampsia symptoms include severe headaches, nausea, impaired liver function and upper abdominal pain. She also previously shared that she now weighs 200-pounds. Feel better Kenya!
