She decided it was the perfect time to reveal she learned about Janelle Monáe ‘s sexuality from the Internet. The “Pynk” singer, who Erykah calls her 20 (her twin), came out as pansexual this year and Erykah teased that she must have not been Janelle’s type — or else Erykah would have found out sooner. Today (June 23), the Harlem rapper took to Instagram to honor the mother of his son, who just graduated high school, and it was all types of heartwarming. Cam is a proud papa as his son—the same little dude from the Come Home With Me cover—is heading to college. But his IG post was to salute and honor his son’s mother, Toy, who he credits for the kid’s success, as well as his sense of style. “A Eastside story: so the first week When I got to 7th grade, I seen this girl that I automatically loved. She was cute, had swag, and fly jewelry. I found out her name was Toy and she was a grade ahead of me. And she was tuff. I mean could beat up boys, take it to the guns etc. I was like… what kind of 8th grader is this?!,” wrote Cam with a pic of the teenaged couple. He went on to detail how Toy got him fly, buying him Gucci gear, chains, and how until this day he’s not sure why. Considering how Cam loves to be a trendsetter, him giving kudos out like this is major. However, Cam admitted being Killa Cam was the doom of their romantic relationship. “When she became a junior in high school I noticed a big changed in her. She took school more serious and became a honor roll student. Went on to graduate from St. John’s, masters from Delaware st, and another masters back at St. John’s. And also the mother of my son.. We ended up breaking up when I turned about 26 (I think) because of my cheating, lying and trying to peruse a music career that she wanted nothing to do with. She wanted me to go to school and we live a family life. But she understood my vision but she wasn’t going to be a part of it.” Fast forward, and their son is a high school graduate, and the kid is so thorough, he wanted his dad to give his mother a gift for the milestone. “I didn’t have a father in my life so I could never tell my son no to anything. But because of her our son had 5 full academic scholarship offers. and she hates social media. she’s doesn’t have a page etc. So I asked my son.. what kind of car u want for graduating? He said “dad I don’t want a car yet. After I get my associates degree then I’ll rock. But we should get mom a new car. She likes that new Range Rover velar.” I said “WORD!!” So Cam’rom got her that Range Rover, and some new Gucci gear, too. How real is that? Big up to co-parenting. Apparently, the rapper had another life on the way at the time of his death. XXXTentacion’s mother, Cleopatra Bernard, shared a photo to her Instagram of an early-term ultrasound alongside the simple message “He left us a final gift.” Bernard included no further details on the matter. Now, it is unclear who the ultrasound belongs to , or how far along the mystery woman carrying this child is supposed to be. But until we have further details, we suppose congratulations are in order for the late rapper, his family, and for those close to him to have this good news on the heels of his murder. Joe Chea

The former “Platinum Life” star who welcomed her second son, Roman Alexander-Raj, with Ne-Yo less than a week ago, posted a precious pic of her baby boy’s face. In the caption, she also noted that her baby boy (who apparently has green eyes) has given her a sense of calm and she feels more connected to him than anyone else on the planet. “The sense of calm that has come over me and my emotions is all due to him!” said Crystal. “I feel more connected to this perfect little angel than I have anyone in my life.” Isn’t he precious???
Source: Instagram / Instagram Earlier this month, rumors about Instagram looking to take on YouTube by allowing users to upload hour long videos were in the air. Yesterday (June 20), we found out Instagram was dead serious about the idea. Via its blog, I Instagram announced they now have a global community of 1 billion users and a new standalone app, IGTV, that will allow users to watch and upload long-form content. The videos will be presented in vertical format catering to the fact that is how most people use their form. So you can expect hour-long content from your favorite IG creators. Now if you don’t want to download another app, Instagram will allow users to view the content from the original Instagram app. IGTV will be like turning on your TV; videos will play as soon as you open the app we are not sure that is super necessary. Hopefully, there will be an option to turn that feature off. IGTV will also feature channels just like TV but “the creators are the channels.” Instagram states “you can swipe up to discover more — switch between “For You,” “Following,” “Popular” and “Continue Watching.” You can also like, comment and send videos to friends in Direct.” You don’t have to a have a huge following to start your channel because on IGTV anyone fits the mold. Users will be able to upload videos via the app or web to launch your channel. It sounds like YouTube has a new challenger to worry about in IGTV and with a billion users behind it the opportunity to dethrone the video sharing platform is very achievable.
