Lamar Odom Sued by Photographer, Accused of Acting "Above the Law"

Lamar Odom isn’t just facing accusations of crack use by ex-mistress Polina Polonsky . He’s also now facing a six-figure lawsuit by a member of the paparazzi. Lamar Odom Attacks Paparazzi Stefan Saad is seeking at least $565,000 from the troubled basketball player after Odom attacked him in July , an incident that stemmed from the photographer questioning Lamar’s fidelity and which led to Odom destroying $15,000 worth of camera equipment. The altercation was caught on film, but no charges were filed. In his lawsuit, Saad actually takes aim at the entire Kardashian family, writing: “The Kardashian clan has apparently come to believe that it is above the law, and has some exceptional privilege to disregard the rights of others… The Kardashian clan are not only wealthy and attractive — but also deeply flawed.” Saad also mentioned that the sky is blue and the Pope is Catholic. Just kidding. According to the court documents, Odom acts like he’s “above the law” because he’s married to Khloe Kardashian. And Saad also brings Kim Kardashian’s baby daddy into the equation, alleging that Kanye West gave Odom advice on how to deal with the paparazzi as he would; i.e. in fits of rage. Stefan is suing for assault, conversion and trespass of property. He’s seeking money for the equipment Odom destroyed, along with punitive damages.

Kanye West Off the Hook in Paparazzi Beatdown; No Evidence of Crime Committed

Kanye West’s most recent attack on a photographer at LAX was pretty intense, even by his standards, but he won’t face criminal charges – yet. The L.A. County district attorney’s office declined to prosecute the 36-year-old father of Kim Kardashian ‘s baby, who is also working on a rap career. That rules out any felony charge against West, however the city attorney may still pursue misdemeanor charges after this happened on July 19: Kanye West Attacks Photographer Kanye West attacked a photographer who staked out LAX to take photos of him … just one week after he instructed the paparazzi not to talk EVER . A photographer followed the Yeezus rapper through the airport and outside, badgering West to talk to him. A silent Ye just have him the death stare. Then, just before getting in his car, he lost it on the guy. Video (above) shows West lunge at the man and his camera equipment, while photos (below) have also depicted the violent incident that played out. Paramedics were dispatched to the scene, but Kanye split. At the time, it seemed like this would result in certain criminal charges for West … but no. Prosecutors say the photographer in this case did not have a significant injury; his camera wasn’t stolen, and it’s not clear if it was even damaged. No weapon was used and West doesn’t have a record, so despite his hostile relationship with the media, there was no evidence of a crime committed. The news is good for West, who hates photographers as much as he loves Kim Kardashian and North West – and in part because of Kim and North. It’s unclear if the city attorney will come after him, but given the recent trend of celebrity complaints about the paparazzi, we would doubt that too.

I want to start off by thanking Justin, Alfredo, Kenny, Scooter, and the entire Bieber team. Without you guys, none of this would have been possible. I’ll try to make this as short as possible! It was our turn to go in to meet Justin, and the first two girls went in and stood next to Justin. I was pulling Jovana with me because to our luck, she was frozen in disbelief. I can hardly remember anything that happened, but here’s what I can recall. I went straight up to his ear, and I remember looking at his lips, his cheeks, and his ears. I put my arms all around him and I remember being centimetres away from him. I whispered, “I just want to thank you for making me believe in myself.” At this point I looked up at him and I he was looking down, he actually listened to what I told him. He whispered back to me, “Oh no sweetie! Thank you! Thank you for being here! Thank you and I love you.” By this point we are all in position for the guy to take our picture. I then see guy with a red shirt next to the photographer, and it was Alfredo! Now, a lot of you are going to hate me for this, or maybe laugh, but while I was holding Justin Bieber in my arms I looked straight at him and said, “OMG! I LOVE YOU FREDO!” Everyone in the room started laughing and I could hear Fredo’s sweet laugh and he replied, “I love you too sweetie.” They took our picture, and it was a matter of seconds when the security was all up on us carrying us out. However, while the guy was carrying me out of Justin’s side, I am pulling Jovana inside so that she could get to hug from Justin. She told him she loved him and he replied, “I love you too sweetie.” I went up to Fredo and he was already waiting for me with his arms wide open! I said, “I’ll see you tomorrow in Dallas okay!?” and he was so happy and excited and he said, “Yes okay, of course!” Jovana got to hug Fredo too. We go out, hugged each other and started calling our family members, we couldn’t believe it. We had just met our idol! The next day on July 3 rd in the Dallas, TX, Jovana was able to hug Alfredo again while he was running down the floor aisles. Scooter and Kenny went by us too and we were able to grab their hands. Justin of course gave the best show of my life. By July 4 th , we had post-concert depression and didn’t get out of bed all day. All we can say to everyone out there trying to meet Justin: never give up on your dreams. Just when you think it’s over, that’s when you should try harder. Always believe in yourself! Once again, we want to thank Justin for being the best idol on Earth. Alfredo, for being so supportive and giving out the best hugs in the universe. Since then, an insider told Us Weekly that Pattinson has been “hanging out and hooking up” with longtime pal, Riley Keough. “She’s the first girl he’s liked since Kristen,” a source said of the 24-year-old granddaughter of the late Elvis Presley. “[They’re] having a lot of fun.” But after taking some time apart from Stewart, perhaps a reconciliation is possible? A source tells Us, “They stayed friends and have always kept in touch.” If they do get back together, do you think it will last?
