Phaedra Parks, Apollo Nida to Divorce: It’s Officially OVER, Rep Confirms

It’s officially over for Phaedra Parks and Apollo Nida. The reality star says she has retained counsel and will be amicably ending the couple’s marriage. The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member “has retained an attorney with the intent of amicably ending her marriage,” her rep, Steve Honig, confirms. As rumored earlier this week, Parks was gearing up to break her silence on Nida, who recently entered prison to begin serving an eight-year sentence. Like Teresa Giudice but even guiltier, he is off to the big house for fraud, but not before allegedly RAGING at Parks the day before he checked into lockup. If you watch The Real Housewives of Atlanta online , you’re going to see some major fireworks this coming season, which begins next month on Bravo. Nida, who was in jail for six years between 2003-09 for car theft charges, got out and quickly married Parks, with whom he has sons Dylan and Ayden. Not surprisingly, the consensus has been that Phaedra would divorce Apollo while he’s behind bars. Not the model husband you wait around for, honestly. Phaedra will be doing an exclusive interview with Ellen DeGeneres on October 14 to air October 15, her rep said, noting that she will be “very candid.” There will certainly be plenty of questions to answer during that sit-down. Amanda Bynes to File For Restraining Order Against Father; Parents Respond to Sexual Abuse Claim

On Twitter earlier today, Amanda Bynes accused her father of sexually abusing her in the latest display of bizarre and shocking headlines involving the actress. Amanda went into graphic detail about the nature of the molestation that she allegedly suffered at the hands of her parents, stating that her father routinely “fondled himself” in front of her and her mother knew of the abuse but refused to intervene. According to the latest tweets from Bynes, she is meeting with a lawyer today in order to secure a restraining order against her father so that she’ll never be forced to “hear the sound of his incestually charged voice ever again.” She may have abandoned her plans to take legal action as early as today, however, as TMZ reports that Amanda is attempting to flee New York because she’s received word that her parents headed to the city in hopes of confronting her. Bynes was reportedly kicked out of LaGuardia airport just hours ago after shouting at a ticket agent. In fact, if you watch Couples Therapy online , you’ll wonder how the heck these people are even together … which is what we thought on The Bachelor, too. That card didn’t work on The Bachelor, but one could at least buy the notion that behind closed doors, perhaps they were private people who were truly happy. No longer. It’s as bad as we thought, if not worse. Dating Nikki Ferrell doesn’t seem like a lot of fun. However, the way Juan Pablo treats his girlfriend and their relationship defies any and all comprehension. Watch Couples Therapy Season 5 Episode 5 Online In a rare moment of honestly and vulnerability, Ferrell broke down on last Thursday’s episode, admitting she is still waiting to be chosen, to be picked by him. She would love to hear that he loves her, basically. Does he? Asked point blank if he does on Couples Therapy , Juan Pablo tried to beat around that bush like nobody’s business, but had to answer eventually: No. His way of handling things – namely blaming their communication gap and his own ridiculous behavior on cultural issues – is the biggest cop out of all time. If you took what he said at face value, he’s not going to move in with her and doesn’t love her and she just doesn’t get it because she’s from America. It’s insulting, honestly, and borderline infuriating. Just break up, already. Move on with your lives and save us any more reality shows. Seriously you two, esss okay. For weeks now, we’ve been hearing rumors that  Kylie Jenner and Tyga are dating . Both parties have denied it, and with good reason.  Kylie just turned 17 , whereas Tyga will be 25 in a matter of weeks. So yeah, there’s some seriously creepy cradle-robbing going on, but regardless, these two seem to be an item. In fact, it looks as though  Kylie and Tyga are getting serious . That’s a photo of Kylie that Tyga posted on his Instagram page. So he’s just watching her from across the room and posting photos of her online – why would anyone think there’s anything romantic going on? Okay, the photo itself isn’t exactly hard evidence, but there’s a lot more to suggest that Kylie and Tyga are doing all sorts of barely-legal things together. They’ve been spotted out in public together on several occasions. At first, they would bring Kylie’s sister Kendall with them to make it look like an innocent hang session, but they recently dropped that charade and have taken to holding hands in restaurants Now it seems Kylie and T-Raw might be on the verge of actually going public. Amanda Bynes Claws Fan at Club, Limps Around Store With One Shoe on, Mumbles Incoherently

Amanda Bynes is totally out of it and in desperate need of mental help, as dispatches from the last 48 hours of her strange life in New York City prove. The 28-year-old reportedly assaulted a woman who got too close to her at a nightclub, where she rolled in solo Monday night in NYC’s Chelsea neighborhood. Bynes showed up at an event at the Gilded Lily nightclub, and witnesses reported that she was dancing alone, wearing sunglasses and keeping to herself. That is, until random people started taking photos of her, which she doesn’t like. The possibly engaged Amanda Bynes started yelling at fans (or whatever they were), but when one of them crossed the line, she went on the attack. According to witnesses, Bynes came at her violently, scratching her neck and arms . The woman tells TMZ she doesn’t plan to press charges, however. She’s still a fan who really loves and supports Amanda. That’s good at least. One nice break isn’t likely to stem the tide of this brewing storm, of course, and after leaving the club, her odd behavior picked up again the next day. Amanda Bynes Demands Fan Delete Pic The following morning (Tuesday), several Bloomingdale’s shoppers saw her limping around the department store for hours, wearing just one shoe. All the while, she was mumbling incoherently or talking to inanimate objects . Bynes’ family, despite the fact that they’ve been in denial of her condition to the point where they had a conservatorship in place and let it lapse, is concerned. Her friends, too, are panicked after her DUI arrest late last month set in motion the bizarre series of events that become ever more so on a daily basis. Reportedly, her mom made an emergency trip to NYC in fear that something tragic is going to happen before she gets the help she obviously needs. Not a moment too soon. We just wonder if it will take.
