Juan Pablo Galavis and Nikki Ferrell appeared on the premiere of VH1’s Couples Therapy Wednesday night, and it was literally painful to watch. Seriously, if you watch The Bachelor , you know how indescribably bad he was on that? Well, this is probably worse, because he’s almost more earnest. Normally that’s a good thing, but with Juan Pablo? Being more earnest just means being even more open and honest about what a douche he is. Well, that was then and … it’s also now. On Couples Therapy , we learn that he still hasn’t done so, and still has no idea (or concern) about Nikki’s feelings. Dr. Jenn Berman, the soothing counseling and reality show host, asked Juan Pablo gently on the premiere what he thinks about the duo’s future. “I haven’t thought about it,” he says. Words fail us at this point, honestly. “I feel like he’s so nonchalant about things,” says Nikki. “I don’t think I’ve ever seen something be a big deal to him, and I feel like a lot of things are kind of a big deal to me.” You mean you’re a normal person?! Kanye West is okay, folks! We mean… he’s crazy egotistical and he’s stuck being married to Kim Kardashian and everything. But he’s okay health wise at the moment. The rapper was taken to a hospital in Australia on Wednesday after suffering a migraine, sources confirm to E! News. But it was only a “precaution” and West is now doing “fine.” Kanye “didn’t have a major health scare or seizure,” the insider assures E!. In fact, Mr. Kardashian even went on to perform for his Yeezus tour just a few hours after getting an MRI and leaving doctor’s care. We’ve heard he’s now resting comfortably at a Sydney hotel with Kim and daughter North West , as Kanye has two more concerts to perform later this week in that city. The world famous couple was spotted shopping in Sydney’s central business district a couple days ago, hitting such stores as Zambesi on Flinders Street. Kardashian momager Kris Jenner wants to send daughter Kourtney’s partner and baby daddy, Scott Disick, to rehab for alcohol abuse, but he’s not buying in. She even picked out a location, in Arizona, only to receive a flat-out rejection from the hard-partying reality star and soon-to-be father of a third child. “Everyone knows Scott has a problem with alcohol, including himself,” an insider said. “Kris has been researching rehab facilities that would be a good fit.” “A bed could be ready for Scott with less than 48 hours of notice. However, Scott is simply refusing to go. He truly believes rehab isn’t the answer, “He’s talked about outpatient treatment. According to multiple reports, Khloe Kardashian dumped French Montana this week. Sources confirm that the relationship is over, though the basis for the break-up is under dispute. Was Montana really too “needy,” as many insiders have claimed? Did he really grow overly “dependent” on Khloe? Or, as TMZ now alleges, is Khloe simply not over her ex-husband? Khloe Kardashian Splits from French Montana Indeed, the site writes that her relationship with the rapper moved too quickly for Kardashian and that she “can’t emotionally handle” being so close to someone… when her heart still belongs to someone else. That someone else, of course, being Lamar Odom. Khloe filed for divorce from Lamar in December after the power forward’s long battle with drugs and admission of infidelity. He constantly tried to win his estranged wife over in the weeks that followed, but Khloe started to date Montana in April and Odom has rarely been heard from since. Ray Rice’s abuse of hard liquor was a big factor in him knocking out Janay Palmer, according to a new report, and he’s sworn off the stuff as a result. He still drinks, though. Just not the hard stuff. The NFL star told the Baltimore Ravens he and his then-fiancee were drinking A LOT before the altercation in which Ray Rice knocked out Janay Palmer . Rice told his employer and his friends that this was a catalyst, and he becomes a different person when he hits the bottle, so he decided to “change his life.” Not that much. He still drinks wine and other alcohol … just no spirits . Whatever his reasoning, she stood by him; Palmer married Rice after the attack. Moreover, Ray and Janay Rice say that they’ve become immersed in religion since the ugly February incident; they were both baptized in March. They decided to become Born again Christians, and have even done religious mentoring with other couples, including NFL players and their wives. If that’s true, it’s as far from this as you can get: Ray Rice-Janay Palmer Fight While Rice was initially suspended for two games under the NFL’s personal conduct policy after the abuse occurred, the video of it surfaced only this week. At that point, the Ravens cut Rice on the spot and the league suspended him indefinitely, but faces intense scrutiny over how it didn’t see this before. There are conflicting reports over whether the video was sent to the NFL in April, and how it found its way into the hands of TMZ just a few days ago. One thing that is clear? The Rices’ united front. Ray issued a statement after his release, saying he is staying strong for his wife and family are they “work through this” and “have a lot of people praying for us.” Meanwhile, Palmer put the media on BLAST with a stinging Instagram post, standing by her man as adamantly as one could under any circumstances.
