An older music video attributed to Australian rap diva Iggy Azalea and entitled “Nothing Like Me” has hit the web this week, and it’s appropriately titled. First thing’s first … this is not the realest Iggy you know now! Iggy Azalea – Nothing Like Me Apparently one of Azalea’s pre-fame attempts at music stardom, “Nothing Like Me” sounds quite a lot like the 2008 Britney Spears hit “Womanizer.” She sings instead of raps and dances in a room that appears to be empty and the production quality is (sorry) nothing like what she’s used to nowadays. The track is not terrible by any means, it’s just (obviously) nothing that made the aspiring star, now 24 and on top of the world, stand out at the time. Clearly, her subsequent genre shift served the “Fancy” Azalea well. When Nicki Minaj is feuding with you , that alone tells you you’ve made an impact. Her emergence in the rap game over the past year has given her a near-constant presence on the radio, and on celebrity gossip websites like this one. Cute prank or child abuse? Woman Investigated By Child Protective Services For Viral Photos An Ohio woman thought she’s take some “funny” pics of her baby granddaughter getting ready to be roast for dinner last week. Apparently her Facebook timeline didn’t quite catch the joke. Via MailOnline : An Ohio woman thought she was being funny when she photographed her baby granddaughter with duct tape on her face and lying in a roasting pan – but Facebook users who saw the images disagreed. The grandmother, Jackie Sheaks, of Columbus, Ohio, set off a firestorm online that drew the attention of the local sheriff’s office when she shared the prank photos of her granddaughter. In one of the image, the child’s pacifier had been secured to her cheeks with two pieces of duct tape. In another, the infant is resting inside a large turkey roasting pan next to some potatoes. Mrs Sheaks explained this week that she uploaded the snapshots online hoping to amuse her Facebook friends ‘It started as just a joke,’ she told 10TV. ‘We put a little tape on the pacifier because we were being silly.’ But instead of compliments on her sense of humor and photography skills Mrs Sheaks got a visit from the sheriff and Child Protective Services, who expressed concern for the well-being of the little girl in the pictures. Speaking to local media outlets with her granddaughter in her lap, Jackie Sheaks insisted that she an her husband are not horrible people and would never harm their little girl. Tommy Sheaks said their family have been subjected to harassment online since their unusual baby photos went viral. Mrs Sheaks added that although she has been photographing her relatives’ children for many years, she learned her lesson about sharing her prank snapshots online. ‘What we think is funny other people don’t (and) it will never happen again. It’s definitely taught us a lesson,’ she said. The little’s girl’s mother, who is not being named, said that she did not find the photos taken by Jackie Sheaks objectionable. What do you think? Kylie Jenner is back with yet another hair-raising Instagram picture. Only this time, unlike her past efforts, we only mean that literally. To celebrate her 17th birthday Sunday, the reality star shaved herself an undercut. Which we didn’t know was even a thing until she helpfully enlightened us. “So this happened yesterday,” she captioned the below photo: Referencing a small buzzed section right above her neck, Jenner also mentioned her cut at the Teen Choice Awards before she provided the close-up. “I shaved the back of my head for my birthday,” she said on the red carpet. “I was just doing my hair and I was like: ‘Why not shave the back of my head?” This was actually more subtle than we expected based on that tease, and the fact that she’s tried out some rather bold colors and short cuts in the past. In any case, the youngest member of the Kardashian-Jenner family of celebrities seems to be trending shorter with her locks each trip to the salon. She also seems to be morphing rapidly into a 35-year-old. Jon Koppenhaver, an MMA fighter who goes by War Machine, is wanted by Las Vegas officials for the alleged beating he gave his girlfriend Christy Mack. If the cops can’t catch the fugitive, we know one man who is all over it. Duane Chapman, a.k.a. Dog The Bounty Hunter, is coming after Koppenhaver, the target of SEVEN arrest warrants after beating Christy Mack beyond belief: “@WarMachine170 better 2 Give All You Excuses To The Judge,” he wrote yesterday. “You got 24 hrs to turn your self in or I am Coming After YOU! #CMTDogAndBeth” Those 24 hours came and went. In the latest issue of Glamour, which has received attention for its depiction of Olivia Wilde breastfeeding her son, Zosia Mamet makes a serious admission: She used to suffer from an extreme eating disorder. The 26-year old Girls star says she was called “fat” for the first time at the age of eight and a “monster” on her brain subsequently convinced her that her clothes didn’t fit or she had eaten too much. Just how bad did it get for Mamet? “As a teenager I used to stand in front of the refrigerator late at night, staring into that white fluorescent light, debilitated by the war raging inside me: whether to give in to the pitted hunger in my stomach or close the door and go back to bed,” she recounts. “I would stand there for hours, opening and closing the door, taking out a piece of food then putting it back in; taking it out, putting it in my mouth, and then spitting it into the garbage. I was only 17, living in misery, waiting to die.” How did Mamet overcome this disease? Her dad finally made it clear what her disorder was doing to her loved ones. “He came home one night from a party, took me by the shoulders, and said, ‘You’re not allowed to die.’ It was the first time I realized this wasn’t all about me,” Mamet says. “I didn’t care if I died, but my family did. That’s the thing about these kinds of disorders: They’re consuming; they make you egocentric; they’re all you can see.” Mamet is now at a healthy weight and feeling better about herself, but she says the “obsession will always be with me,” adding: “For years the voice inside me has gotten louder or quieter at times. It may never disappear completely, but hopefully one day it’ll be so quiet, it’ll only be a whisper and I’ll wonder, ‘Was that just the wind?'” Like other stars before her, such as Demi Lovato , let’s hope this is the case. Jenelle Evans is back in the news again, this time regarding her mistreatment of dogs on Teen Mom 2 and her response to critics of said animal abuse. Seriously. Girl cannot go a week without some new controversy. Concerned viewers saw her dogs – specifically Nathan Griffith’s dog Moogan – basically living in their own filth on a recent Teen Mom 2 episode . Seeing Jenelle drag Nathan’s dog by the collar and lock him in a crate with her own dog, cramming them in so tight that they could barely move? It was hard to stomach. Some people even stole her dog recently, claiming they were protecting the animal; they were arrested and face criminal charges. Thievery aside, fans took to Twitter to express concern. Even PETA got involved, writing an open letter encouraging Jenelle to find a new home for the dogs. “Please understand that dogs are not toys or amusements or possessions just to have around,” the group wrote. “They are full of feelings and needs, just as you are.” “You may not have realized that keeping dogs crated for long periods of time deprives them of everything that is natural and important to them.” “When you scream at them, it clearly frightens and upsets them.” “We urge you to be strong and do what’s right,” they told Jenelle Evans , urging her to “please immediately make the commitment to finding them a new, suitable home.” Instead of being “punished and yelled at for relieving themselves,” PETA adds, dogs deserve to be treated as valued family members, not inconveniences in a busy life.” Jenelle seemed concerned and sincere in sitting down with MTV and said she regretted her dog-related actions, which looked pretty bad on TV. She didn’t take kindly to PETA’s letter, though. She’s been re-tweeting supportive messages from fans, basically saying she didn’t do anything wrong, and sending the above Geico-themed meme directly to PETA. Keep it classy, girl. A thief robbed Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick of a briefcase full of cash earlier this summer, because they obviously have those sitting around. Southampton, N.Y. law enforcement officials say it was Scott who reported the case filled with $4,000 was jacked from their bedroom between July 1-4. No word if Disick had alcohol poisoning during that stretch and that’s why he can’t pinpoint the exact day of the theft. We’re kidding. And sorry. Mostly. They reportedly think it may have been an inside job, as these sort of incidents are seemingly happening to the famous family with startling regularity. If you watch Keeping Up With the Kardashians online , you know Khloe got robbed in similar fashion, and Kourt feels the burglar is someone close to them. Nothing else was reported stolen and there was no indication of forced entry, furthering the belief that this person knew what to look for and where. Kourtney reported a similar theft in February at her home in Calabasas – in which someone pilfered $50,000 (!) – and this was after the Khloe robbery . In that case, someone ripped off around $250,000 worth of jewelry from Khloe’s home. That krime was also never solved, but the krew was suspected. Between Keeping Up With the Kardashians , and now Kourt’s Hamptons spinoff, the support staff working for the Kards has become a massive enterprise. Definitely sounds like an inside job to us.
