Pharrell Williams has been tapped as a coach for The Voice Season 7 on NBC, the network announced with an appropriately #happy Tweet today. NBC posted: “Okay, we can OFFICIALLY say it! WE ARE SO #HAPPY to announce PHARRELL WILLIAMS = #NewVoiceCoach for SEASON 7.” Pharrell added, “This is going to be so fun.” Adam Levine, who has been a coach on all six seasons thus far, replied “Welcome to the circus dude!” NBC boss Paul Telegdy added that “he has already made a considerable impact as a mentor, drawing on an impressive track record as both a producer and performer.” “It is a perfect fit for The Voice as we evolve and reach for new heights with this franchise. It feels like we are welcoming an existing family member home.” Executive producer Mark Burnett also chimed in on the hit show’s latest hire , writing, “I am thrilled to have Pharrell come back to The Voice family.” “This time, as a coach. Continuing in The Voice tradition of having the biggest and most current music stars as coaches, Pharrell fits perfectly.” Pharrell served as Usher’s guest mentor back in Season 4, but will likely fill in full-time for Cee Lo Green, who will not return to the show next season. With her TV show in decline and her debut album tanking with critics and consumers alike, Lea Michele is doing everything she can to stay in the spotlight these days. William released the latest family photograph, a charming and stunning snapshot of their 8-month-old baby boy with the family dog Lupo, on Saturday: The Duke, 31, and Duchess Kate Middleton , 32, are seen perched by a windowsill at their home, Apartment 1A at Kensington Palace, with their son. Benzino, best known for his role on VH1’s Love & Hip Hop, was shot yesterday afternoon en route to his mother’s funeral in Atlanta. Law enforcement officers tell WCVB that the reality star (and former owner of The Source magazine), took a bullet from his nephew after an argument erupted between relatives in the funeral procession. “There has been growing family tension,” the local district attorney told the station, via TMZ. The D.A. explains that Benzino and nephew Gai Scott were in different vehicles that ended up side-by-side at one point and that’s when the latter died his gun. He has been charged with assault with intent to murder. The funeral continued without Benzino and his nephew, with the preacher saying the hearse and accompanying limo were covered in blood when they arrived on the scene. Benzino has been hospitalized and is stable condition. Co-star Stevie J posted the above photo of the pair on Instagram, making it appear as if Benzino got hit in the arm. Nikki Reed and Paul McDonald have announced they are separating after two years of marriage. Said a rep for the actress via statement: “After much consideration, Nikki Reed and Paul McDonald are ending their marriage. They have been living separately for the past six months due to work obligations.” Reed is best known for her role in The Twilight Saga, while McDonald was a finalist on American Idol Season 10. “They will continue to share their love of music, and are still working on their debut album, I’m Not Falling, releasing in 2014,” continued the statement. “They remain best friends and look forward to their continued journey together.” Reed and McDonald were married in October 2011. Later, Nathan shows up at Jenelle’s mom’s house to share the news that Jenelle has been arrested. Barbara Evans, Jenelle’s mom, is flat out furious. Barbara admits that she’s glad Jenelle went to jail, and warns Nathan that she’ll ruin everyone’s life (his included). At least she didn’t blame him … After 48 hours in jail, the Carolina Hurricane is cut loose to serve eight months of unsupervised probation, so nothing TOO bad came out of this somehow. There’s more drama in store for her, though. When she gets home, she finds that Nathan was talking to another girl on Facebook and starts flipping out, despite his claims that she’s just a friend. It results in a huge fight, despite the fact that Nathan got her flowers, fixed up the house, went to Barbara’s straight from jail, then picked up Jenelle. In the end, Jenelle calms down and seems to realize that his actions didn’t warrant that kind of freak-out. They hug it out and things appear to be okay. Well, relatively speaking of course. With Jenelle Evans, the next big blowup is always just around the corner and there’s no telling what might trigger it. We really hope she can mitigate this. Otherwise … those poor kids. 🙁 The big day is here for Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin. Legally married for a while, they are about to make it official in front of their friends and families. When the moment finally comes, it’s son Isaac who walks Kailyn down the aisle. Now that is about the sweetest thing you’ll see on any show out there. Kailyn and Javi wrote their own vows to each other. During the vows, Isaac asks Kailyn if she’s happy, and she tells him yes. He is just the cutest little guy. She looks gorgeous in her gown and Javi looks great in that tux. We’re happy for them. They even got their first kiss just about perfect. CONGRATULATIONS! Chelsea Houska, in order to graduate from business school, had to complete 600 hours of classes and training. That’s not a small feat for the single mama. In order to celebrate, Chelsea’s adorable daughter Aubree and her mother and father, Mary and Randy Houska, come to watch Chelsea’s graduation. While waiting for her aesthetician license to be approved by the State of South Dakota, Chelsea gets proactive and goes on a job interview, and she gets the job! Way to go, girl! Chelsea starts her new job, Aubree is in daycare full time, and we don’t even have to talk about Adam Lind for a week! This is the best! Leah Messer‘s husband Jeremy Calvert got that lucrative job offer in New Mexico, which would be one thing if he hadn’t turned down another opportunity locally. She knows this, of course, because went through his Facebook messages, which you don’t need Teen Mom 2 Season 5 Episode 10 to tell you is a major no-no. Leah is clearly upset about Jeremy going away for work again, but snooping on him does not help her cause. They’re fighting more than ever, it seems. Later, Jeremy is packing for his job in New Mexico while Leah wrangles her kids. Despite her best efforts, Jeremy leaves for the job, and she is not happy. She and Corey Simms, meanwhile, remain amicable and committed to co-parenting, but maybe talking about their relationship issues isn’t the best idea. Miss an episode? Want another look?
