Deion Sanders soon to be ex wife Pilar Sanders is claiming she is being held in financial bondage. She says the only way Deion will give her any money is if she has sex with him. Pilar filed for emergency motion from a Texas courtroom claiming the NFL legend has canceled her credit cards and left her without any financial means to support herself and their children … and she needs the judge to force Deion to give her money so she can survive. In the docs, Pilar claims, “Since [Deion] filed for divorce on December 21, 2011, he has given [Pilar] $300.00. Pilar also claims Deion has canceled her cell phone and has “engaged in a pattern of systematically removing my belongings from the house and haphazardly throwing them into piles in the garage of the residence.” Pilar claims Deion still rakes in more than $1 million per year … and she NEEDS a cut of his income to survive.

Sick of living with his estranged wife at his Dallas, Texas, residence, NFL Hall of Famer Deion Sanders filed papers last week to have Pilar thrown out of their home, according to TMZ . From Deion’s perspective, his home is his “separate property,” property that he owns independently from Pilar. And with Pilar having signed a pre-nuptial agreement, Deion believes she should not continue to reside at the estate. Pilar has reportedly been trying to get the pre-nup she originally signed thrown out, because, she claims, she was forced to sign it under duress. Still, Deion maintains that Pilar was fully aware of what she was signing and “should be ordered to vacate the residence” immediately. Deion also wants Pilar brought to task on violating their county’s rules of conduct. TMZ reports: [As a resident of Collin County, when divorcing, one cannot]: – Disturb the peace of the children – Make disparaging remarks about the other or their family – Talk about the divorce in front of the kids Deion and Pilar’s divorce has been contentious from the beginning. First, Pilar allegedly found that Deion was divorcing her through reading TMZ last September. In the documents, Deion complained that Pilar was entirely too diva-like. Deion Sanders seems very calm about his current divorce situation. The NFL great called into Dallas K104 FM to clarify what exactly is going on in the Sanders household and to do some much needed damage control! Sanders does admit that he and Pilar still live under the same roof, which is mostly for the children, and claims that they are cordial. Deion’s daughter Deiondra recently lashed out against Pilar on Twitter, saying that she was lying about several things including that she didn’t know about the divorce. “I apologize for my daughter,” Deion said. “She loves her father and she felt like I was being abused and misused and she lashed out, which she’s sorry for. She wanted to get a lot of things out of her that’s been inside of her. But it’s unfortunate that that really magnified the situation.” He went on to talk about the standing relationship between he and his soon to be ex-wife: “The thing about it….Pilar and I are cool. I mean we’re cool. When I say cool, we’re living under the same roof. That’s true. First of all, I’m very calm. I’m not a yeller or screamer and I’m not even upset. It’s just another chapter in your life where you have to move on. And Pilar is cool too. And the home is large enough, but you gotta understand we love the babies. I love my babies and I’m a father. It’s cool until the situation is worked out. That’s why you can’t believe what you read because if it was as ignorant as people would speculate it’s no way to be compatible. While Kobe and Vanessa Bryant’s divorce dominated the celebrity athlete breakup rumor mill, NFL Hall of Fame member Deion Sanders and his wife also split up this week. His was nickname “Prime Time” for his showmanship as well as his immense talent … though he may end up wishing he wasn’t living quite so large now that he and soon-to-be-ex wife Pilar Sanders are divorcing. Why, you ask? A prevision of his prenup? The bigger home Deion inhabits, the bigger home he has to buy Pilar. Seriously. Their agreement states that if they split, he would buy Pilar a house that is equal to half the value of whatever their current home is. Their current Texas home’s listing price? $21 million.
