Sick of living with his estranged wife at his Dallas, Texas, residence, NFL Hall of Famer Deion Sanders filed papers last week to have Pilar thrown out of their home, according to TMZ . From Deion’s perspective, his home is his “separate property,” property that he owns independently from Pilar. And with Pilar having signed a pre-nuptial agreement, Deion believes she should not continue to reside at the estate. Pilar has reportedly been trying to get the pre-nup she originally signed thrown out, because, she claims, she was forced to sign it under duress. Still, Deion maintains that Pilar was fully aware of what she was signing and “should be ordered to vacate the residence” immediately. Deion also wants Pilar brought to task on violating their county’s rules of conduct. TMZ reports: [As a resident of Collin County, when divorcing, one cannot]: – Disturb the peace of the children – Make disparaging remarks about the other or their family – Talk about the divorce in front of the kids Deion and Pilar’s divorce has been contentious from the beginning. First, Pilar allegedly found that Deion was divorcing her through reading TMZ last September. In the documents, Deion complained that Pilar was entirely too diva-like. Then Deion’s daughter, Deiondra, took shots at Pilar herself, calling her step-mother an adulterer and a gold-digger. Time will tell if Pilar will need a U-Haul. Read the rest at TMZ . Now Deion is talking to TMZ in detail, claiming the infidelity reports were part of an “extortion attempt”: NFL Hall of Famer Deion Sanders wants to put the kibosh on rumors he filed for divorce from Pilar Sanders … telling TMZ while they’ve talked about splitting up, he’s NEVER filed legal papers. Prime Time says that he and Pilar are currently still together — but in the process of figuring out “what’s best for our future, our lives, and our kids.” Reports are circulating the two split after allegations Deion was unfaithful — but Sanders tells us the infidelity rumors were nothing more than a failed extortion attempt. As for why the marriage is rocky … Deion explained, “it’s not one isolated incident,” adding, “sometimes you just grow apart.” Marriage has it’s ups and downs but the Sanders have a strong foundation in their faith. Deion Sanders is now denying reports that he filed for divorce from his wife Pilar. After allegedly being caught cheating on numerous occasions it was shocking to hear that Deion was the one to break up with the other. She posted pictures of Deion in her hotel bed while he was sleeping, along with screenshots of text messages that were exchanged between the both them. When will men learn..smdh. Deion is reportedly tired of Pilar acting all diva like, he stated if he wanted a model or actress he would have married one a long time ago. But with the rumors of Deion and his cheating ways, I thought it would’ve been Pilar doing the filing! Here’s what Deion said about the split: “Enough is enough. I never signed up for all this. Enough is enough. If I wanted a model or a television star I would have married one a long time ago. All I wanted was a housewife.” I’m hearing that Pilar still would like to make her marriage work, she loves her husband, but she is committed to building a career for herself, and refuses to turn a blind eye towards his cheating ways!
