Adrienne Maloof#39;s hopes of saving her marriage have taken a drastic turn for the worse. Husband Paul Nassif, a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon who had sought legal separation from the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star last month, now wants a divorce. Citing irreconcilable differences, Nassif, 50, has requested joint legal and physical custody of their kids, Gavin, 9, and twins Christian and Collin, 6, according to documents filed Tuesday in L.A. Superior Court.

Phoenix Woman Arrested For Faking Cancer To Get Breast Implants A Phoenix woman has been charged with fraud and theft after allegedly telling people she had cancer and needed treatment when in fact she just wanted the money to pay for breast implants. According to cops, 27-year-old Jamie Lynn Toler told her former boss — and even her own mother and grandparents — she needed a double mastectomy and breast reconstruction and didn’t have insurance. They all chipped in, authorities say, and helped Toler organize fundraisers that pulled in more than $8,000. Medical records obtained by Mesa police show she didn’t have cancer and paid a plastic surgeon with the cash. A look at Lindsay Lohan’s face reveals some pretty drastic changes in recent years. But did the actress get plastic surgery, or is it just a result of age? The 25-year-old’s new look has sparked speculation from experts that she’s substituted an alcohol and drug addiction for a plastic surgery addiction. “Unfortunately it looks like it,” plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn, who hasn’t treated her, said, adding that when he looks at Lindsay Lohan photos : “She appears to have a classic, over-plumped pillow face. Her cheeks look like she’s storing nuts. I suspect she’s undergone multiple injections of filler.” Ouch. If you look at Lindsay on the Today show this week (above right) and back in her Mean Girls heyday (left), though, the difference is quite strong. Hey, at least a drama on NBC is receiving attention. Multiple women’s groups are taking issue with that network’s The Playboy Club , a new series that premieres on September 19 and focuses on the exclusive, 1960s-based establishment in the title. The Playboy Club Promo The San Francisco Commission on the Status of Women, for example, urges NBC and its affiliates to “replace the program with a series that depicts women’s substantive achievements,” as President Kay Gulbengay says it’s an “insult to the legacy” of civil rights leaders to air The Playboy Club (while admitting she hasn’t watched it). The ice cream company has come out with a flavor that immortalizes one of the funniest skits in Saturday Night Live history, one you can view HERE . Her plastic surgeon, Dr. Franklin Rose, who is also the dad of Ella’s nut job co-star Erica Rose, tells Life & Style that everything went well. “We removed 3 liters of fat from her hips, thighs and abdomen,” Dr. Rose says, revoltingly. “That should bring her down at least four dress sizes.” “Her breasts, a small B, were enlarged to a large C-small D.” “I got everything I wanted.
