A lawyer for the trans woman accused of nearly killing a woman by pumping her cakes full of Fix-a-Flat says she didn’t do it and police can’t prove she did. A transgender woman accused of injecting a victim’s buttocks with a substance consisting of cement, mineral oil and “Fix-a-Flat,” is innocent, her attorney said Tuesday. Attorney Michael Mirer told NBC Miami there is no proof that his client, 30-year-old Oneal Ron Morris received $700 from the woman as payment or performed the procedure on her. “I can assure you that the state has no evidence other than what this alleged victim is saying. There is not going to be any proof or any documentation that shows that my client accepted any money or injected anybody with anything,” Mirer said. Mirer said he had no information on any other alleged victims. Oneal Ron Morris — who police say was born a man and identifies as a woman — was arrested Friday after nearly a year of being sought and charged with practicing medicine without a license with serious bodily injury. Authorities say a victim who was looking to get a job at a nightclub and wanted a curvier figure paid Morris $700 for the injections in 2010. Morris allegedly used some type of tubing and inserted the toxic chemicals into her backside during a painful procedure. The victim, who is not being identified due to medical privacy laws, suffered permanent scarring around the injection sites. Shortly after the surgery, she went to the hospital but left because she was too embarrassed to tell doctors about the procedure. The victim required multiple surgeries and had a 24-hour home health aide for an extended period of time, according to a statement from the Department of Health. State health officials said Tuesday that several possible victims have since come forward alleging Morris performed similar procedures resulting in life-threatening injuries. Morris, 30, has been released from jail on a bond. Police say Morris performed the same surgery on herself. Um… no evidence? The proof is in the damn pudding. To top it off she was actually born a HE. A ‘fake doctor’ suspected of injecting a woman’s bottom with cement, super glue and tire sealant to give her a more ‘shapely’ rear has been arrested. Transgendered woman Oneal Ron Morris, who by his own picture appears to have undergone the ‘butt-boosting’ procedure himself, is accused of administering the potentially lethal shots to at least one victim. The 30-year-old, who police say is a man but appears to look like a woman, was detained in Florida yesterday for the alleged incident in May 2010. Miami Gardens Police Department Sgt William Bamford said Morris first met with the as-yet unidentified victim to discuss the procedure. He said: ‘They agreed on the price of $700, which was intended for cosmetic purposes.’ But instead, police say the victim was given a series of injections containing cement, mineral oil and Fix-A-Flat tire inflator and sealant. The incision was sealed with super glue. Shortly after the surgery was carried out, she went on to suffer ‘severe complications’. Bamford told WPLG: ‘A short time later, she develops very serious pains, abdomen, throughout her body. She knows something is wrong.’ He said the woman visited two local hospitals, before heading to Tampa General Hospital, where she received treatment. She had developed an infection of drug-resistant bug MRSA at the wound and also developed pneumonia, but refused to reveal how it had happened. Doctors at the hospital, worried it was the work of an unlicensed practitioner, reported the case to the Florida Department of Health. But by the time they started to investigate, the victim had left the area. Morris was eventually arrested in North Lauderdale in March 2011. He has been charged with practicing medicine without a license and causing bodily harm. The alleged incident is the latest in a long line of instances where women have suffered complications following illegal bottom enhancement procedures. $700 is a lot of money to pay someone to practically kill you. Why on earth would anyone pay this kind of money to take a risk with someone unlicensed? Trust us this is as sick and twisted as it sounds… A woman who faked a pregnancy and panicked as her supposed due date grew near attacked a pregnant mother with a baseball bat and cut her full-term fetus from her womb with an Exacto knife, killing the mother and baby, according to court documents filed Monday. Annette Morales-Rodriguez, 33, faces one count each of first-degree intentional homicide while armed and first-degree intentional homicide of an unborn child while armed in the death of Maritza Ramirez-Cruz and the boy she was set to deliver next week. Morales-Rodriguez faces mandatory life in prison if convicted. Pregnant mom, unborn baby killed in ‘fetal abduction’ Morales-Rodriguez made a brief court appearance Monday, standing silent as her bail was set at $1 million. Online court records didn’t list an attorney for her, and the Milwaukee public defender’s office voicemail wouldn’t accept messages Monday afternoon. “I don’t know what she had in her mind,” said Maria Garcia, 44, who lives next to Morales-Rodriguez and described her as her best friend. According to the criminal complaint, Morales-Rodriguez told detectives that her boyfriend wanted a son but she couldn’t get pregnant. She told him she was pregnant anyway, but started to grow desperate as what would be her due date approached. She told investigators she planned for two weeks to find a pregnant woman, take the baby and make it hers, the complaint said. Now if that plan sounds FAWKING ridiculous wait until you read how she actually carried it out…SMH Morales-Rodriguez drove around on Wednesday searching for a pregnant woman, but found none, authorities said. On Thursday she drove around a nonprofit organization that provides Hispanics with health care and found Ramirez-Cruz. The 23-year-old had moved from Puerto Rico to join her childhood sweetheart, Christian Mercado, said Mercado’s father, Carlos Mercado. They already had three children together and Ramirez-Cruz was carrying their fourth. Morales-Rodriguez told detectives she thought about telling her boyfriend the truth, but decided against it and offered Ramirez-Cruz a ride. Telling Ramirez-Cruz she needed to change her shoes, she drove them to her weathered two-story house on Milwaukee’s south side. Ramirez-Cruz went inside to use the bathroom. When she emerged, Morales-Rodriguez was waiting for her with a baseball bat. The complaint said Morales-Rodriguez began to bludgeon her. Ramirez-Cruz fell to the ground. Morales-Rodriguez straddled the younger woman and choked her until she passed out, the complaint said. See, we told you.
