Here’s Cameron Diaz doing her thing on the red carpet at the premiere of what will hopefully be the last Shrek movie Shrek Forever After . Her body looks awesome, she could crack coconuts with those legs, but her face is definitely starting to show her ages. Not that I’m advocating any sort of plastic surgery, at least not on the face, that just makes the older birds look weird. Why was Sharlto Copley replaced by Timothy Olyphant in DJ Caruso’s I Am Number Four ? Variety says “scheduling conflicts,” but FilmDrunk has the much more fun behind-the-scenes story , where Caruso wouldn’t let Copley wear a prosthetic nose and Spock ears to play the film’s inconspicuous, human-looking alien. If you’re an MTV reality star, you can throw over-the-top birthday parties for whomever you want; why, just last night, Heidi threw an a lavish soiree for a seven-year-old of no blood relation to her! For Heidi, the fete was an excuse to crowd her home with creatures who could not judge her: an elephant, children with no understanding of plastic surgery or mental illness, and clowns. But for the rest of the world watching last night’s episode, “Elephant in the Room,” the birthday soiree was just another depressing glimpse into Heidi’s fun house of delusions. Which moments rang truest and falsest?

Did Kate Hudson Really Get a Boob Job?

Kate Hudson’s recent boob job has been a regular celebrity gossip topic of late, which is somewhat odd in that there’s been no confirmation of it from anyone close to her or photo evidence suggesting it actually took place. Sorry, Us Weekly. Despite saying Kate “underwent a small breast augmentation in March,” we’re not buying it. Come on. Just look at the image below. This is Kate at the MET Costume Institute gala in New York. She looks like … Kate Hudson always does. Right? Take a look and see what you think … Plastic surgery or not, Kate’s got some nice legs! Did Spencer Pratt have a point when he criticized Kate Hudson’s breast implants for being completely unnoticeable? Or did she simply not have any work done? It’s more of a mystery than whether or not she is really dating Thom Yorke , the lead singer of Radiohead. We honestly haven’t a clue if either story is true. There is little that Kim Kardashian isn’t willing to show the world. Case in point: her raunchy sex tape with Ray J. But the reality star would like to keep some things secret, and this month’s celebrity gossip tabloids have made it their mission to expose her most inner demons. First, there was the report that ex-husband Damon Thomas beat Kim up , once punching her in the face. The magazine claims to possess court documents that back up this assertion. Now, In Touch Weekly has allegedly exposed Kardashian’s history of plastic surgeries, from butt injections to Botox and a nose job. Study the cover photos of Kim below and sound off: do you think she’s gone under the knife? We wouldn’t care one bit if Kim chose to get her body surgically enhanced… except for the fact that she loves to brag about being a natural, curvy role model. Just read what she said about her nude photo in Harper’s Bazaar . To most men, though? They’re just happy to stare at Kardashian in tight outfits, such as the following sparkly, unique swimwear. Stephanie Pratt Defends Speidi, Role Model Status

Spencer Pratt and wife Heidi Montag have been in the news lately, conducting a personal stress test on the theory that any publicity is good publicity. Between Heidi Montag’s plastic surgery , Spencer’s Twitter outbursts at Audrina Patridge, Kate Hudson and others, his involuntary Hills leave, and her sexual harassment the show’s creator, it’s been a whirlwind of bad PR. But Stephanie Pratt thinks you can still look up to Speidi. “I think we’ve all grown up,” she said of her co-stars and family members at Thursday’s Hot Hollywood party at Drai’s Hollywood inside the W Hollywood. “The problem is that anything bad we do is so magnified,” explained younger Pratt. “We all do a pretty good job of being OK role models for everyone.” To Stephanie Pratt, Speidi still meets role model criteria . Of the couple’s alleged sexual harassment suit against Adam DiVello , which they later jettisoned, she said, “I really stay out of it. I don’t know what’s going on.” In January, the younger Pratt had some role model setbacks of her own after she was sentenced to three years of probation following her October 2009 DUI. Her own physical appearance has also transformed dramatically of late. “Thank god for being on the show,” she said. “Because it really has helped my style and appearance.” Oh yes, it’s totally been a good thing, absolutely. Lisa Rinna on Kate Hudson Boob Job: NICE!

Spencer Pratt is not gonna like this. Lisa Rinna supports Kate Hudson’s breast implants and the actress’ decision to get them (supposedly, this has not been confirmed). As someone who’s gotten a ton of plastic surgery herself, this makes sense coming from Rinna. But didn’t she lambast the Heidi Montag plastic surgery debacle recently? How can you be opposed to Heidi’s “makeover” and supportive of Kate’s? “I think everyone needs to do whatever they need to do to make themselves feel good,” she told Us Weekly recently. “And it’s nobody’s business!” Except when Lisa decides to make it hers … Kate Hudson’s surgery has caused plenty of controversy. Heidi Montag’s husband, Spencer Pratt , has been an outspoken defender of his wife’s plastic surgery, as well as a harsh critic of those who criticize her. He called out Audrina Patridge’s “Tijuana plastic surgery” and of Hudson, he asked, “How is it possible to get breast implants and still not have breasts”? The Great White is not the only critic of Hudson’s. Model Paulina Porizkova says she used to view Kate as “an example of the perfect beauty with a small chest. Now, with her new boobs, she just looks like any California blond actress. Instead of enhancing, she has diminished herself.” As for Lisa Rinna , she says she doesn’t know why people are obsessed with plastic surgery. “I couldn’t tell you [why] … I have no comment to that.” Until she has a comment later today, probably.

Heidi Montag Is A Franchise Now

Reality star Heidi Montag thinks her new plastic body is a money-making franchise. The 23-year-old who showed off her sculpted curves in a bikini at the opening of Aira Hotel’s Liquid Pool in Las Vegas said her body is doing just fine after it was alleged that she was receiving threats against her life. “I have to protect this body. It’s a trillion, gazillion, bazillion-dollar franchise. Today I’m swimsuit Barbie… Swimsuit Heidi. That’s way better!” Montag admitted in 2010 that she had 10 plastic surgery procedures done in one day.
