Typically, the Kate Middleton rumor mill churns with talk of her and Prince William taking a trip to Pound Town. In other (less confusing and lewd) words, most chatter surrounding the Duchess of Cambridge has to do with her womb and when she’ll next get pregnant . But sources now tell Vanity Fair that Middleton is upset at her handsome husband for a different kind of trip; one that involved cold, wet snow, not red hot banging. Earlier this week, the Royal Family became the subject of a few negative headlines after William had perhaps a bit too much fun with friends at a nightclub in Switzerland. He was at the establishment as part of a ski vacation with his friends. Multiple outlets reported on the singing and “dad dancing” that was included in the break Williams took with close pals Guy Pelly, Tom van Straubenzee and James Meade. (Are those not the most British names you’ve ever read in your entire life?!?) Likely as a result of a headache and/or extreme fatigue, the Duke of Cambridge was noticeably absent from Monday’s Commonwealth Day service at Westminster Abbey, Britain’s largest interfaith gathering attended by many members of his famous family. And an insider claims that the most important person in William’s immediate family was “disappointed” with her husband’s behavior. “It was William’s choice to go away, but make no mistake Kate wears the trousers in their marriage, and she won’t be happy with William’s antics,” a source tells the aforementioned publication, adding: “She thought his partying days and larking around with the boys was a thing of the past. I imagine she’ll find this humiliating and William will have come in for a pasting .” (Are those not the most British words you’ve ever read in your entire life?!?) To be clear, this was solely a guys’ trip. Cameras did capture a few females hanging out in William’s presence, but there’s no concern that he acted inappropriately with anyone of the opposite sex. According to The Sun newspaper/tabloid, the Prince and his friends spent last Sunday night dancing to the band Hussy and looked “very worse for wear” after downing “several drinks.” Footage of this behavior, which went public in Great Britain on Wednesday in numerous tabloids, has left Middleto “less than pleased,” Vanity Fair writes. Later today, William and Kate are expected to step foot in Paris, as the future king makes his first official visit to the city since Princess Diana passed. It marks yet another major occasion for the couple and the family they represent. The two-day trip is expected to strengthen relations between France and a post-Brexit Britain – and all eyes will clearly be on William’s eyes on Friday and Saturday. Will they be bloodshot? Will he be back on his game? If not, the public may continue to turn on William and Kate , leaving us wondering about the future of their marriage, as opposed any future addition to their adorable brood. June Shannon is a new woman. We mean this almost literally, as the former Here Comes Honey Boo Boo star now anchors her very own reality show ( Mama June: From Not to Hot ), on which she has stunned viewers with her weight loss. Seriously, we barely recognize Shannon at this point . E! News spoke this week to the reality star’s estranged daughter, Anna “Chickadee” Cardwell, who believes Shannon may look different on the outside… … but she’s exactly the same deep down on the inside. Asked by the outlet about her mom’s massive weight loss, Cardwell replied : “I think she did it just to be more famous. I don’t think she did it just for her because she never mentioned anything ever before about getting plastic surgery.” Chickadee went on to say she actually knows for a fact that Shannon’s manager convinced her to do the surgery for reality television purposes because she also offered the same opportunity to Cardwell herself. The 22-year old said this manager explained such a change in body type would “get her out there,” enabling her to garner another opportunity for increased fame and fortune. “I think Mama did get herself out there to get another show,” Chickadee explained, adding: “That’s my opinion on that. I don’t think she did it or anything for herself. If she would have done it for herself, she would have tried to lose the weight a long time ago.” That’s possible. It may even be plausible. But folks have done far worse than lose weight in order to be famous. Just think: the public could have been exposed to a June Shannon sex tape or Playboy spread or something. In this case, even if Shannon’s motivations were self-centered, the result is still a far healthier outlook on life than she had previously. But Chickadee isn’t alone in her criticism. On an upcoming episode of Mama June: From Not to Hot , her ex-husband’s fiancee, Jennifer, refers to Shannon as a toothpick in front of June’s own daughter, Honey Boo Boo, alleging, “she looks sick.” She even questions June’s parenting skills because … well… because she’s been feeding Honey Boo Boo vegetables. “This child is not getting what she might want to eat,” Jennifer says on the show. “I think that it’s important to have the things that a child needs.” A mother who won’t die from a heart attack is a pretty important need, no? We can’t say we’re huge fans of June Shannon or anything, but we’re not about to criticize her for losing (A LOT of) weight or making her child eat healthy meals. Chickadee, meanwhile, even admits that she may be bashing her mom out of a bit of jealously. “Everybody wants me to get my own show,” she hilariously tells E!. “I doubt it’s going to happen, but it would be nice. Lots [of people have] been asking me about getting my own show with my kids again. If we've said it once, we've said it a million times … Poor Javi. Javi Marroquin, save for a few jealous tendencies, has always seemed like great guy — one of the best fathers on all of Teen Mom for sure. And in the latest season of Teen Mom 2, what with his and Kailyn's divorce and all the sadness that entails, it's just been heartbreaking to see him struggle with his new life. And make no mistake, he is definitely struggling. In this sneak peek from next week's episode of the show, Javi is off on a beach trip with his brother and a couple of cousins. As they're kicking back, having some drinks, they ask the U.S. Air Force member about Kailyn. And that was the wrong thing to do. Javi explains that he's been sad on the trip because he and Kailyn used to take the kids to the same beach. And then he starts crying. For real. He says “I'm sad because I don't have my family anymore,” and that “it just sucks” to go home to an empty house, with new things and no one there. As for Kailyn and whatever mysterious thing brought on the divorce , his brother tells him: “We all saw it coming, but we didn't say sh-t because it wasn't our place.” But that's of little comfort to Javi, who continues crying. Oh, that poor Amy Duggar … girl absolutely cannot seem to catch a break. It all started when she was, you know, born into the Duggar family. She’s not one of Jim Bob and Michelle’s spawn, but as we’ve been learning, she may have been better off if she was one of those 19 Kids and Counting. And that’s because, according to multiple claims Amy has made during her time on Marriage Boot Camp, she had a truly terrible childhood. She’s told stories about how her parents used to fight so much that she’d spend all her time outside , just so she wouldn’t have to hear them screaming at each other. She’s said that her mother used to leave suicide notes around the house for her to find, and that her father would tell her that she was a mistake. In the latest heartbreaking clip, Amy said that her father once grabbed her by the throat and lifted her up to the ceiling, all because he didn’t believe her when she told him she brushed her teeth. You’d think it couldn’t get much worse than that. But now, in yet another example of Amy’s family being the worst, her own grandmother is speaking to the press about Amy’s claims. Specifically, she’s calling Amy a liar . The grandmother in question is Lenora Jordan, her father’s mother. (Amy is related to the Duggars through her mother, who is Jim Bob’s sister.) Lenora took the time to speak with Radar about Amy and all the horrific stories of abuse, and she simply said “None of that stuff is true.” Solid argument, Grandma. “Amy just felt like she needed to be on that show, and needed something to tell,” Lenora insisted. It’s such a sad turn of events, isn’t it? First Amy had to suffer through her childhood, and now she has to deal with her grandmother publicly dismissing her like this. It’s interesting, too, because while of course we can’t really definitively prove Amy’s stories, there’s quite a bit of evidence that she is telling the truth. The therapists on Marriage Boot Camp don’t have a problem believing Amy, and we know they don’t have problems with calling people out on any suspected nonsense. And another little fact is that back in 1992, Amy’s mother filed a restraining order against her then-husband — Amy’s father — because, as she said, he’d threatened to kill both her and “the baby.” The baby, most likely, being little Amy. Here’s hoping that Amy doesn’t take her grandmother’s words to heart, and that she continues to heal from all that unbelievable badness her family has put her through.
