Garrett Hedlund Smokes Up As you can see, Hedlund pulls a lighter and a “cigarette” out of his pocket, lights it, takes two drags and passes it to some girl who happily partakes. It could be any number of legal substances, yes, but you have to wonder … and it’s hard not to draw comparisons to the Miley Cyrus bong video . Hedlund’s rep did not default to salvia, but told TMZ it was surely NOT marijuana, adding, “He would never smoke pot in front of all the paparazzi.” What do you think?
