Is Mimi Faust Moving To L.A. With Stevie J??? Mimi Faust recently stopped by Bossip’s “Don’t Be Scared” podcast to dish on the “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” finale that included a bizarre offer from her baby’s father Stevie J. On the show Stevie packed his bags for Los Angeles leaving behind his wife Joseline Hernandez who performed at an event that ended with flower to face action for her “friend” Karlie Redd. Before leaving Joseline and hopping on a plane however, Stevie asked Mimi to join him on the West Coast for the betterment of their (adorable) daughter Eva Giselle which led to the face below. Sooooo, is Mimi actually considering Stevie’s offer for some “platonic” parenting in Cali??? Hit the flip.
On August 6, Jon Stewart’s tenure as host of The Daily Show will come to an end. Though a comic by trade, over the past 16 years, Stewart has become one of the most trusted names in news, and when he announced his retirement back in February, it came as a shock to many left-leaning comedy fans and political junkies. While Stewart’s time on The Daily Show may have earned him the undying respect of his peers and a place among the most beloved American humorists in recent history, his reputation took a major hit yesterday as a result of comments made by former costar Wyatt Cenac. Appearing on Marc Maron’s WTF Podcast, Cenac stated that he initially idolized Stewart and viewed him as something of a father figure. That all changed once the two of them began working together. It seems that at one point, Cenac expressed his discomfort with the racial undertones in Stewart’s impersonation of then-presidential candidate Herman Cain. According to Cenac, Stewart was decidedly unhappy with the criticism: “[Stewart] got incredibly defensive,” Cenac said “I remember he was like, ‘What are you trying to say? There’s a tone in your voice.’ I was like, ‘There’s no tone. It bothered me.'” “And he stood up and he was just like, “Fuck off. I’m done with you.” And he just started screaming that to me. And he screamed it a few times. “Fuck off! I’m done with you.” And he stormed out. And I didn’t know if I had been fired.” It turns out Cenac was not fired, but his working relationship with Stewart was forever damaged: “I was shaking, and I just sat there by myself on the bleachers and f–king cried,” Cenac told Maron “And it’s a sad thing. That’s how I feel. That’s how I feel in this job. I feel alone.” Yet another indication that you should never meet – let alone work for – your idols. Trevor Noah will take over for Stewart on September 28.

Brandi Glanville became a New York Times bestselling author thanks to last year’s buzzworthy Drinking and Tweeting and Other Brandi Blunders . Her latest, Drinking and Dating: P.S. Social Media Is Ruining Romance, is also heating things up – so much so that her books are getting made into a movie! “We have an offer, but we’re trying to shop it around a little,” The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star revealed on her latest Podcast One show. As for who Brandi would like to portray her on screen? Katherine Heigl! Her reasoning includes the fact that no one likes Heigl … or herself. “I know people don’t like her , but I think Katherine Heigl is adorable. She’s unlikable, but you always want someone a little prettier than you to play you … and she’s way prettier.” Glanville’s guest, Millionaire Matchmaker Patti Stanger weighed in: “She is un-liked in Hollywood. No one wants to finance her film. But she’s like you: bitchy, says what she means and is really gorgeous,” Stanger admitted. “I bet if you’d approached Katherine Heigl, she’d say yes.” “Katherine if you’re listening,” she went on, ” Brandi Glanville would like you to play her in the movie of her life. I don’t think you can do better than that.” We don’t know either, but we do know this: If you watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills online , there’s never a dull moment thanks to Brandi, who is as unfiltered as they come in L.A. Heigl’s bad rep would definitely do that justice … no?
