Deborah Ramirez, a former Yale classmate of Supreme Court Justice nominee Brett Kavanaugh, has come out and accused the embattled judge of sexual misconduct. She’s the second woman in about a week to have done so. In an explosive article penned by Ronan Farrow (the reporter who exposed allegedly heinous sex-related crimes by Harvey Weinstein and Les Moonves) and investigative journalist Jane Mayer, Ramirez says Kavanaugh exposed his penis to her during a party their freshman year of college. The 53-year old admits to having been very drunk at this dorm gathering, but that Kavanaugh “caused her to touch it without her consent as she pushed him away.” She says he then laughed at the incident, which allegedly took place at some point in 1983 or 1984. Farrow and Mayer write that Ramirez was initially hesitant to come forward due to “gaps in her memory” as a result of the alcohol consumption that night. However… “After six days of carefully assessing her memories and consulting with her attorney, Ramirez said that she felt confident enough of her recollections to say that she remembers Kavanaugh had exposed himself at a drunken dormitory party, thrust his penis in her face, and caused her to touch it without her consent as she pushed him away.” This is what Ramirez says about what transpired: “I wasn’t going to touch a penis until I was married [because] I was raised a devout Catholic in Connecticut… I was embarrassed and ashamed and humiliated.” Describing her memory of Kavanaugh’s act and subequent reaction, Ramirez told the magazine: “I can still see his face, and his hips coming forward, like when you pull up your pants.” The aspiring Supreme Court Justice, who is currently scheduled to testify in from of Senators on Thursday morning in response to an attempted rape allegation by Christine Blasey Ford , has issued the following statement: This alleged event from 35 years ago did not happen. The people who knew me then know that this did not happen, and have said so. This is a smear, plain and simple. I look forward to testifying on Thursday about the truth, and defending my good name — and the reputation for character and integrity I have spent a lifetime building — against these last-minute allegations . Sources say President Donald Trump has no intention on asking Kavanaugh to withdraw his name from consideration, while Senator Diane Feinstein has called for a delay of all hearings and testimonies until the FBI can investigate both allegations of sexual misconduct against Kavanaugh. According to The New Yorker article, “Senior Republican staffers also learned of the allegation last week and, in conversations with The New Yorker, expressed concern about its potential impact on Kavanaugh’s nomination. “Soon after, Senate Republicans issued renewed calls to accelerate the timing of a committee vote.” A roommate of Kavanaugh’s in college tells the publication that he may not have been present at this Yale party in question — but that he is “100 percent” sure that Kavanaugh would have done something like this during his time at Yale. The judge was part of a fraternity (Delta Kappa Epsilon)back then that whose members waved a flag made of women’s underwear around campus during his time as a brother. The Yale Daily News has also noted that Kavanaugh became a member of Truth and Courage, one of Yale’s secret societies for seniors that was nicknamed “Tit and Clit.” In 2015, referring to his high school, he said in a speech that “what happens at Georgetown Prep stays at Georgetown Prep and that’s been a good thing for all of us, I think.” This may not be the case after all, however. “I would think an FBI investigation would be warranted,” Ramirez told The New Yorker of her claims. Ford has also encouraged the FBI to look into her allegations against Kavanaugh. Neither Republican Senators nor President Trump have given the agency a green light to do so, however.

How much will this delay construction? On Sunday night's new Alaskan Bush People episode, Matt Brown jumps down from too high and ends up injuring his knee. His siblings are concerned about his well being, but as Gabe explains to the camera, they are also concerned about delaying their construction project. “These are major setbacks,” Gabe laments to the camera. He shares his fear that: “It's gonna keep us from building the barn.” “It's pretty much worst case scenario,” Gabe worries. Matt may be able to walk, but not like he could before he twisted his knee. Rain Brown is only 15 (though she often acts as the family's de facto spokesperson on social media, she will not turn 16 until November 23, 2018). Despite that, she is so often the voice of reason — and even maturity. She appreciates him agreeing to work on his behavior, and says: “I think that this is a good first step.” “We still need to get that working on a team level going,” Rain says. It sounds like Matt — and, honestly, Gabe — need to reign in their impulses, while Bam Bam needs to be more helpful. To be fair, they're all there to film the show. As we know, the Brown family have accumulated their share of wealth over what are now 8 seasons of reality televisions. They're not squatting on land in the wilderness — they're on Billy Brown's 435 property in rural Washington. Bam isn't there because he's a construction expert. He's there because he's a reality star and appearing on camera means that he gets paid. Still, that injury looks like the real deal. Maybe Matt should wisen up and realize that he's not as young as he once was. They all need to be careful.
As you’re no doubt aware, celebrities play the game of life by a different set of rules than the rest of us. We’re not saying Drake is as bad as the worst of the #MeToo offenders, but his image as the non-threatening nice guy of the hip hop world has taken quite a few hits in recent months. As you may recall, the summer of 2018 began with the revelation that Drake has a secret son , with whom he’s barely had any contact. Drake attempted a lame explanation as to why he’s been hiding his son from the world (he was actually hiding the world from his son , the rapper explained, in full earnest-Drizzy mode), but for the most part, the public wasn’t buying his victim routine. Shortly thereafter, we learned that Drake was dating an 18-year-old fan and aspiring model. Again, not illegal — but not the sort of thing that inspires much faith in the man’s character. Now, we have Drake’s relationship with Millie. Again, it’s possible that the rapper entered this situation with the best of intentions, but to say he’s handling it poorly at this point would be to massively understate the awkwardness of how this is all playing out. On social media, Brown has attempted to diffuse the situation (see above), while Drake has kept mum, thus leaving her to twist in the wind. We can only hope dude is quietly extricating himself from the situation and gently explaining to Millie his reasons for doing so. It has been a week since Nathan ghosted her and he is all she can think about, despite the fact that she has a block party to plan. She goes off on the deep end stalking him on social media. Meanwhile, Molly is doing everything she can to ruin any interest Andrew (Nathan’s foine arse Asian friend/roommate) has in her. They end up on a date and surprise, she gives him a hard time, especially when he drops some truth bombs on her. In one instance, he mentions how trifling the situation with Dro was (this was in context to their conversation) and Molly gets pissed because she likes to be delusional and self-sabotage is the name of her game. Andrew is the mirror that Molly desperately needs to peer into but Molly gon’ Molly. What do you expect from a girl who also lies to her therapist? Anyway, she decides to walk out on him. This is a visual presentation of not being able to handle the truth. But for real though, who else wants Andrew to stick around? In other news, Lawrence has decided to get back right with the lord (thotting, bopping and catching chlamydia definitely had a profound effect on him), so he drags Chad to church where he meets a sanctified girl. We’ll see where that goes. Issa wants to see Nathan so bad that she drags Molly to Andrew and Nathan’s house (yup, they’re roommates) despite the fact that Molly has canceled Andrew. They make up some dumb excuse to bring him dessert…in Burbank, which according to Issa, “Isn’t even LA.” Andrew isn’t thrilled to see them (and he’s the only one that’s home) but Issa makes up an excuse to go to the bathroom but she really just finds Nathan’s room and goes through his trash! Chiiiiile… Meanwhile, Molly and Andrew have yet another conversation that doesn’t go well because Molly is a jerk and after a while, she decides to find her nutty friend so they can get out of there. Guess where Issa was at this point? On Nathan’s computer trying to figure out his passwords. In short, Issa thought that Nathan represented moving forward and that they were going to live happily ever after but yeah, nah. The episode wraps with Issa and Lawrence crossing paths again (he told her about a workshop that would be helpful for her business). They’re genuinely in the friend zone now and end up chatting about life over coffee and tea. Issa mentions how anxious she is about her block party and Lawrence reveals that he’s really not that into church. Duh! There’s only one episode left for the season. Why is this show so short? Getty Images Man Sentenced To Over 100 Years For Impregnating 10-Year-Old A man in Indiana was found guilty of molesting a 10-year-old girl multiple times, which eventually led to her becoming pregnant. Now, he had been sentenced to more than 100 years in prison. 34-year-old Nicholas Deon Thrash was sentenced to 160 years in jail with a minimum service of 132 years, FOX59 Indianapolis reported, citing the Grant County prosecutor. Thrash was found guilty of 10 counts of child molestation during his trial last month, the station reported. The victim was not named, but testified in court that Thrash had molested her at least 15 times. After just over an hour of deliberation, a Grant County jury convicted Nicholas Deon Thrash. The girl’s grandmother told Indiana news station WISH-TV back in May 2017, when Thrash was initially charged, that he was someone the whole family knew and trusted. “(The victim) was foremost in our mind during this case,” Grant County Prosecutor Jim Luttrull said. “We appreciate an enormous amount of people … who offered their assistance to the victim, for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) and all the work they provided in the case.” The girl’s mother is also facing charges relating to the case, which include neglect and aiding in child molesting and assisting a criminal, according to reports from Marion-based newspaper the Chronicle-Tribune . The young girl’s mother reportedly discovered the pregnancy as her daughter was trying on dresses for a school dance, which is when she instructed her to say a classmate impregnated her, not the 34-year-old family friend. Some reports allege that Thrash was the boyfriend of the victim’s mother. The Chronicle-Tribune reports that, in his testimony, Thrash said he did not deny that he was the father of the baby but maintained he never molested the victim. Instead, he claimed that the victim’s mother, his girlfriend Jennifer Lynn Hand, had inseminated the victim using his sperm. Prosecutors told FOX59 that the girl, after having recently turned 11, gave birth to a boy in September 2017. Thrash remained in the Grant County Jail as of Thursday.

21-year-old Kylie Jenner just tried cereal with milk for the first time , but she’s not the only one in the family hitting new milestones. Baby Stormi is days away from being 8 months old, and she will soon be learning to walk . But you don’t have to take our word for it — just look at what her father shared on social media. Travis Scott was gushing with fatherly pride as he shared an image of baby Stormi Webster standing up — with assistance. “We about to be walking soon,” Travis scrawled across the image.
