Sadly, it might make the despicable state of affairs in America more understandable. According to PhillyVoice , a video of unarmed 27-year-old Sean Williams being shot with a taser has gone viral. The report states that a 911 call was made about a man threatening people with a baseball bat, police say that dispute began with a woman over a social security card. The video shows Williams interacting with police in Lancaster, Pennsylvania where it appears he was about to be arrested after being asked to sit on the curb. With his hands in plain sight, Williams takes a seat but allegedly failed to properly adhere to the officer’s other commands. Lancaster Mayor Danene Sorace says the incident is being investigated “Like you, when I saw the video, I was upset by it, and it is of great concern to me,” Sorace said in a video statement. “We take the use of force very seriously.” She goes on to say: “There is an investigation that has already commenced regarding the use of force in this incident, and we are in communication with other civil rights groups and other individuals to address the concerns,” Mayor Sorace said. “We’ll be continuing the investigation over the coming days.” Flip the page to peep the video.

In an interview with Net-A-Porter, the actress publicly came out as liking men and woman, and she revealed she has a serious relationship with Janelle Monáe . “We love each other deeply, we’re so close. She went on to say it’s been challenging balancing their relationship in the public spotlight. “It’s tricky because Janelle and I are just really private people and we’re both trying to navigate how you reconcile wanting to have that privacy and space and also wanting to use your platform and influence,” Thompson said. “I can take things for granted because of my family – it’s so free and you can be anything that you want to be. I’m attracted to men and also to women. If I bring a woman home, [or] a man, we don’t even have to have the discussion.” She continued, “I want everyone else to have that freedom and support that I have from my loved ones. But so many people don’t. So, do I have a responsibility to talk about that? Last week, Dame confronted Daniels at a Diana Ross concert to demand he repay a $2 million investment that helped elevate Daniels’ at a tough time in his career. Dame’s latest post confirms they’ve agreed to settle the debt and work together. In the video Dash shared (below), Daniels tell TMZ that “Damon’s crazy ass was the only one crazy enough” to give him money to shoot a follow up to Monster’s Ball, which got Halle Berry her historic Academy Award win in 2001. Big Brother Season 20 has gotten off to a rather lackluster start. With a bunch of new twists thrown in, the show is starting to feel like Big Gimmick instead of the show waste so many hours every summer watching when we should probably be doing other things that are way more productive. Julie Chen confirmed on Wednesday’s launch show that viewers would be able to influence the game more than ever this time around. Viewers are allowed to vote to give specific houseguests a good power or a dangerous power. Thanks to the lid being lifted on the live feeds on Thursday night, the game is starting to take shape. We learned that Faysal Shafaat received “Hamazon Delivery” app, and that’s by no means a good thing. He was gifted with a game-changing twist, and it could come at the expense of his tenure inside the house. The more troubling thing here is that Faysal barely got a moment on-screen in the two episodes that have aired so far, so it probably means the others have come across better. Will we get to see another side to him on the live feeds? Quite possibly. In any case, he is being force-fed meat boxes that are being delivered at a quick pace. It was originally supposed to be ham, but it was swapped out with vegan ham because of his religion. We are still awaiting confirmation on which houseguest won the extra dose of power this week, but based on fan reaction; it sounds like Sam could be the lucky victor. Ever since entering the game, she has been at a big disadvantage. She lost out in the first competition and was turned into a robot. This means that she is taken out of the house at times, and the houseguests can only communicate with her via a robot. This appeared to hurt her game Thursday night when the first HOH competition found the houseguests trying to throw her out of the competition by filling her tank with balls. In the end, Tyler emerged as the winner. He had a conversation with Sam and understood that she was having a tough time of it in the house. However, he rewarded her by throwing her up on the block alongside Steve, so there’s that. If one thing is becoming clear, it’s that there is no loyalty in the Big Brother house. As for the first showmance, that comes in the form of Chris “Swaggy C” Williams and Bayleigh Dayton. Bayliegh was the one who talked Swaggy (yes, the name is ridiculous!) down from his high horse after winning one of the first competitions. On Thursday night, the pair were flirting like crazy on the live feeds. Hell, at one point, Bayliegh even said that Swaggy would look good under her tree at Christmas. It’s risky getting that close to someone in the house so soon in the game, but we’re sure we will find out whether they have any lasting potential in the coming weeks. Okay, Big Brother fans! Ever since Meghan Markle married Prince Harry , there have been rumors about the former actress struggling to fit in with the royals. These reports were inevitable of course, but they’ve been somewhat more vicious and persistent than we anticipated. Insiders (or people purporting to be insiders, or tabloid columnists writing as imaginary insiders) claim that Meghan has breached royal protocol several times in her six weeks as a Duchess. Naturally, these folks insist that the Queen is not happy with Meg’s performance thus far. Kate Middleton, on the other hand, is reportedly loving every minute of it. A source tells the never-reliable Star magazine that Kate has been “gleefully watching Meghan’s blunders from the sidelines.” Those blunders include such egregious offenses as wearing a dress that didn’t cover her shoulders. Oh, and let’s not forget the time that Meghan tried to hold Harry’s hand in public! We’re still clutching our pearls over that one. Apparently, Kate is supposed to be helping Meghan out with all this confusing nonsense, but when the time came to lend a hand to her fellow lapsed peasant, she was all like, nah: “You’d think that as a fellow commoner, she’d be sympathetic to how Meghan is struggling, but Kate feels threatened by Meghan’s popularity,” the insider reveals. “Kate takes potshots at Meghan every chance she gets and makes a point to tell the queen about all the things Meghan is doing wrong.” Oh, what we would give to hear Kate flex that stiff upper lip to spit some royal zingers. “Ay bish, you used to be on Suits but you couldn’t find a tailor for that baggy-ass wedding dress?” “I heard you were a model on Deal on No Deal . Maybe you should’ve said no deal to that fugly hat, nahmean?”” And so forth. Anyway, it all sounds very far-fetched, but this isn’t the first report we’ve heard that Kate and Meg aren’t exactly beasties: “Kate feels like Meghan has barely made any effort with her and is more interested in impressing [Queen Elizabeth],” a source recently told some tabloid called Closer Weekly . “Kate feels left out. She spent years working on her image as ‘the perfect royal,’ and Meghan is stealing her thunder,” Yes, a real feud might be taking place among the duchesses. After busting out five projects with folks like Pusha T , Nas and Teyana Taylor over the last month, Kanye might have more tunes up his sleeve. New York Times pop music critic Jon Caramanica spent three days with Kanye after his ye listening party in Wyoming. He recapped their discussion in his podcast Popcast and some interesting information was revealed. “[Kanye] said he wants to get a place in Wyoming and he thinks he wants to spend more time there,” Jon said. “[Kanye] told me at one point, he wants to make 52 records in 52 weeks. Take that for what you will.” Hmmm, okaaay… On one hand, this could be exciting for folks still sticking with Kanye. But on another hand, he definitely took his sweet time rolling out his previous projects — specifically for Nas and Teyana Taylor. Teyana’s album K.T.S.E. didn’t hit streaming until a full day after it was scheduled to be released. And by the end of it all, Teyana still wasn’t satisfied with the final product. There were even reports that Kanye was finishing Teyana’s album on a plane last minute before its release. And now this man is trying to release 52 records in 52 weeks? Kanye is like that overly ambitious kid in school who ends up turning in their assignment last minute because, well…it’s overly ambitious. There’s no telling who Kanye will team up with for the next releases, although according to Billboard , he’s been rumored to be working with Chance the Rapper . CyHi The Prynce has also hinted at a seven-track album with Kanye. So I guess we’ll watch out for those 52 records. And if we don’t get them on time, remember… Kanye West is not done.
Bethenny Frankel and Carole Radziwill aren’t the only The Real Housewives of New York City stars to have a frittered friendship . Luann de Lesseps and Ramona Singer weren’t exactly joined at the hip before, but now Luann is taking her to task. Why? Because Ramona betrayed her trust when she was at her most vulnerable — right after she got out of rehab. If you watch The Real Housewives of New York City online , you already know what went down on the episode titled: ” Arrest and Relaxation. ” But one explosive conflict from the episode really merits a closer look. On Wednesday night’s episode of RHONY , Luann did not mince words when she referred to a group photo that Ramona shared with the world. “The she-devil strikes again,” Luann announced. She-devil can either be very confrontational (because yikes!) or very complimentary (it’s what Red Sonja is called, after all), but Luann meant it in the worst sense. Luann explains: “I really feel like Ramona invaded my privacy by putting a picture out of me when nobody knew where I was.” The Countess was in a very vulnerable place in her life and did not feel encouraged by the entire world knowing what she was up to just yet. “And now,” Luann says. “The whole world knows I’m out of rehab.” She wanted to let the world know on her terms, when the time was right. She feels that Ramona robbed her of that opportunity. What’s more is that Luann fears that Ramona’s thoughtless photo — which, in fairness, Ramona did later delete — could impact her appearance in court. “I have a court case coming up,” Luann laments.”I don’t need more press!” Being a reality star has its pitfalls. Luann explains why publicity is a problem, saying: “I don’t need pictures of me and the press making guesses at what I’m up to.” The rest of us might look at a headline that says Luann de Lesseps: Out of Rehab and Drinking Already? and question its veracity. But if a judge sees that kind of speculation, it might change Luann’s life forever. Since the news was out in the open anyway, Luann did make it official with a post of her own. “It’s good to be home,” Luann wrote to her fans and followers. “I’m doing great. Spending time with friends and family. Thanking everyone for your continued good wishes and support.” “My return to New York is supposed to be on my terms,” Luann tells the camera.. “I just feel like I got the rug pulled out of me.” She felt shocked that others knew before she was ready to tell the world. On RHONY , she’s seen giving Ramona a piece of her mind. “You put a picture up and now Luann is the talk of the town again,” Luann laments. She does acknowledge that she knew that it would happen sooner or later — but that she feels betrayed that it was by Ramona’s hand. “It’s inevitable that I will be in the press again, I just don’t want my friends to drive it,” Luann says. “You opened up a can of worms for me.” “These are hurtful things. You’re hurting me,” Luann explained. “You have to be more respectful and thoughtful about your friends.” Ramona was shocked, having not realized that she was doing anything wrong. “We also post group shots! It’s a beautiful picture,” Ramona said, at first being defensive. Ramona did realize that she was in the wrong and apologized, saying: “You didn’t tell me not to post. … I’m sorry.” Ramona, to her credit, became very apologetic and worked to make things right. “I’m disappointed in myself,” Ramona admitted. “I wasn’t thinking. Now I understand. … I made a huge mistake. This was bad. What I did was bad.” Luann also had another bone to pick with Ramona. See, Ramona had been hanging out with Luann’s recent ex, Tom D’Agustino. “There are so many guys on the Upper East Side. Really?” Luann tells the camera. She continues to complain to the camera about Ramona, saying: “You have to go and have drinks with Tom? I knew Ramona wasn’t the brightest tool in the shed, but what an idiot.” To be honest, that seems a little harsh. “It’s not cool,” Luann said, yelling at Ramona. “If you’re my friend, it’s not cool. What you did, most people would never talk to you again.” Whoa, there. She spoke with him socially. She didn’t bang him. “That is the lowest of the low,” Luann insists, feeling betrayed. “Do you realize that? What you did is the lowest of the low.” Ramona explained that she hadn’t been there to meet with Tom, that they had just happened into each other. “Just because Luann divorced Tom doesn’t mean he’s going to disappear,” Ramona says. “He travels with the same circle as I do,” Ramona continues. “He has the same friends as I do.” That’s one of the big pitfalls of a breakup — everybody knows each other. Ramona then throws some shade, saying: “Listen, if I couldn’t talk with every man Luann ended up being with, I wouldn’t be talking to any men in New York City!” Luann is not amused, however. “You make it worse,” Luann accuses. “You don’t have my best interest at heart and I can’t be around that.” Wow.
