Lil Wayne is asking Birdman to either show exactly what he earned off Cash Money/Young Money between 2011 and now, or admit to evadinghis tax payer duties. The Blast reports that Wayne has asked the judge to sanction his play dad for refusing to turn over documents pertaining to the earnings of Drake and Nicki Minaj. He says Birdman turned on over 100,000 pages of junk papers that doesn’t show important facts needed in the case. Here’s exactly how it went down according to reports. On February 21, Wayne filed a motion to compel production of documents in his years-long $50 million-dollar lawsuit against Birdman’s Cash Money Records. Wayne accuses Birdman of misleading the court by pretending Cash Money has turned over all documents in their possession that the rapper has demanded they turn over. He says Cash Money produced 121,000 pages of documents but calls them mostly tediously accounting reports prepared by Universal Music, which the Cash Money is under. Wayne says Cash Money was ordered to produce documents but continues to refuse to turn over important information needed in the case. He points out while Cash Money claims that their company has earned over $200 million in cash flow, it has no accounting records, no general ledger, no bank account records and no tax returns at all. It sounds like Birdman is digging an even deeper hole by not paying Wayne, and he may end up in jail for tax evasion! Someone call Toni!
There were not many surprises at the 90th annual Academy Awards on Sunday night . As expected, The Shape of Water won Best Picture and Frances McDormand won Best Actress, for example. But the real action took place ahead of the annual show, as E! decided to let Ryan Seacrest interview celebrities on the red carpet… … despite some sexual harassment allegations having been leveled against the omnipresent host. (A former stylist claims Seacrest made inappropriate remarks at her and took inappropriate actions with her, such as pushing her head toward his crotch at one point.) Seacrest did not land nearly as many pre-Oscars interviews as normal, with many stars shunning him on the red carpet out of respect for the #MeToo movement. But Taraji P. Henson did choose to speak to Seacrest. And she also chose to destroy him on live television. After being asked a question by Seacrest, Henson smirked at the possibly shady man in front of her and replied: “The universe has a way of taking care of taking care of good people,” she said, as she touched the E! host on the chin. “You know what I mean?” Seacrest said that he agreed, while social media unanimously agreed that Henson had just completely torched Seacrest on his very own show. A few users pointed to Henson giving Seacrest a hug after the interview as proof that they are no hard feelings. And Henson later told People Magazine, amidst chatter that she dissed Seacrest during their chat, specifically with the way she touched his face: “I did it to keep his chin up. It’s an awkward position to be in. He’s been cleared but anyone can say anything.” Later, Seacrest addressed the situation on Twitter, writing that he had “nothing but love for his friend” and thanking her for “hanging out with us on the E! Madison was letting the comments get to her, and she told them to stop talking smack, or she would have to make them pay for it. Elsewhere, we learned the sad news that Ysabel’s scoliosis was causing her trouble. At the time of the diagnosis, she was told to wear a night brace to try and reduce the issues with her spine. This was not good for Ysabel because she found it uncomfortable, but Christine found a program that had success with helping to reduce the issues. While Christine and Kody had to agree about the best course of action for their daughter, it was clear they were still having problems int their marriage. As such, they continued to go to therapy on a regular basis. Then there were the issues between Kody and Meri. Meri still wanted to buy the bed and breakfast. In Kody’s defense, he felt like Meri would turn to the family for financial help if anything went wrong with the venture. He wanted to know that Meri could sustain it all on her own. At therapy, the pair reached an agreement, and Kody said he would try to offer as much support as he could to her, but he stopped short of saying he would like to get intimate with her. At Ysabel’s appointment, we learned that the doctor was ready to follow through with surgery and that meant she did not need to wear the brace anymore. However, she had to build up muscle memory because she was going to be in a tough position after it with physiotherapy. All of this resulted in Kody and Christine getting closer together, and that made them happy. It’s been a long time coming, but they are finally back together and showing a united front. That being said Jordan Peele made history by becoming the first African-American to win an Oscar for ‘Best Original Screen Play’ for ‘Get Out’ at the 90th annual Academy Awards. And E! was so worried about what might be said to Seacrest as he hosted the red carpet at the 90th Annual Academy Awards that they put the broadcast on a thirty-second delay just in case someone decided to say something out of line. But E! didn’t seem to catch what the internet thinks was shade from Taraji P. Henson to Seacrest when she stopped to do an interview with him. Henson talked about how the universe always works things out with certain people and had some subtle body language along with her words to Seacrest. Update: Taraji P.Henson tells PEOPLE.com her comments were “misconstrued.” “I did it to keep his chin up. It’s an awkward position to be in. He’s been cleared but anyone can say anything,” she says. He’s sweet and very attractive and best of all, he treats Aubree like his very own. He constantly steps up for her like her real father never does, and he did it again last night. Because, believe it or not, Adam skipped Aubree’s father-daughter dance. For the third year in a row. The first time was in 2016 — Aubree was expecting Adam, but he didn’t show up, so Cole took her by himself . Adam later said he couldn’t come because he was training for a bodybuilding competition. The second time was last year, and there was no mention of Adam at all, Aubree and Cole just went and had a nice time together . Trump would later tell reporters on Tuesday, Nov. 14, that he first heard about the situation “two days ago,” at which point he personally asked the Chinese president to look into the matter. The White House did not respond to requests to clear up the timeline, but UCLA sources say they didn’t become aware of Trump’s involvement until Sunday when White House chief of staff John Kelly called the players to say that Trump was intervening on their behalf and that he was optimistic of a quick resolution. A Pac-12 source, who was not present for the actual call from Kelly, confirmed the UCLA sources’ description of the timeline. “The situation was already resolved by the time we heard about Trump’s involvement,” one team source said. “That’s not to take away from the fact that he got involved, but the players already had their passports back and their flights booked to go home Tuesday night when Gen. Kelly called the players.” In a New York Times story headlined “How Trump Helped Liberate UCLA ‘Knuckleheads’ from China,” Kelly said Trump’s intervention, as well as efforts by State Department diplomats, led to the reduction of the charges to the equivalent of misdemeanors as well as the release of the three players to their hotel where they were placed under temporary house arrest. “The players were already checked into the hotel before the public discovered they were arrested,” a team source said. “They also were not under house arrest. It was our decision to keep them at the hotel until the situation was resolved. The charges were dropped, they weren’t reduced, and that happened two days before we heard from Gen. Kelly.”

You know how she’s landed herself a super handsome boyfriend, Hassan Jameel? She’s reportedly considering the idea of making him her baby daddy. HollywoodLife reports that Rihanna is considering having a child with boyfriend Hassan Jameel. “Rihanna is madly in love with Hassan and she’s starting to plan for a future with him.” The guy’s first and last names together literally mean “handsome handsome” and he lives up to that, so this isn’t much of a surprise. “This is the first guy since Chris (Brown) that’s made her feel this way, like she wants to settle down.” Hopefully, this relationship will be less disastrous and upsetting. This time, they’re talking about how and when Rihanna and Hassan currently see each other. “She and Hassan mostly meet up in Europe, it’s a good midway point for them.” That makes sense. “But now she’s talking about making it her full-time base so she can have even more time with him” We in the US would miss Rihanna, but what makes her happy is what really matters. Apparently, her recent birthday is making her think about settling down. “They are very serious and now that Rihanna has hit the big 3-0 she’s thinking about stuff like marriage and family a lot more.” We can see that. Apparently, like countless fellow Millennials, Rihanna is noticing that she isn’t reaching certain milestones at the ages that she’d imagined. “She always thought she would have kids by this age so that’s on her mind now too.” Sometimes, these thoughts gnaw at you. And then there are all sorts of social pressures. “She and Hassan aren’t rushing into anything, but that is where her head is going. It really seems like she’s met her Prince Charming.” He’s a Saudi businessman and heir to one of the world’s biggest companies. Those are some princely qualities, for sure. It doesn’t hurt that he’s reportedly warned Chris Brown to stay away from Rihanna. That makes him sound like a knight in shining armor. Apparently, Rihanna is understandably head-over-heels. “This guy has completely swept her off her feet.” That’s so heartwarming to hear! And he’s a definite improvement over a certain scumbag she used to love. “For a long time she worried that she’d never love anyone as much as Chris, but Hassan is showing her it’s possible. Chris will always be her first true love but Hassan has made his own mark.” Hopefully, Chris Brown will one day be but a distant memory. (For the whole world, but especially for Rihanna) “It’s two different kind of loves but equally strong.” This new love, of course, doesn’t seem to be toxic or dangerous. Rihanna just turned 30 in February. While there’s no “right time” to have a baby, and while absolutely no one is obligated to reproduce … many look at her and say that this might be a very good time. But if Rihanna wants to put off having a child for another few years, or a decade, or literally forever, that is totally her choice to make. While Jenelle Evans doubles down on guns in the wake of the latest mass shooting, Briana DeJesus is stepping up and sharing some much more sensible views. In particular, she’s trashing the idea of arming teachers, and targeting the Florida legislature’s move to do so in particular. In a world where the President is a reality star, it’s not so surprising to hear a Teen Mom 2 star making some salient points about public policy. On February 14th, a tragic and terrible shooting at a Florida high school left 17 dead. The survivors have become a rallying point for common sense gun control legislation. Noting a failure of government leadership, a number of major businesses — starting with Dick’s Sporting Goods — have announced that they’re enacting their own measures. In the mean time, Trump has suggested arming teachers with guns, an idea that’s been widely lampooned online. And the Florida legislature, to the surprise of no one familiar with the exploits of Florida Man and Florida Woman , decided to pour $67 million into a plan to arm teachers throughout the state. Briana DeJesus took to Twitter to speak out: “Stupidest thing ever to give teachers guns … what is the point of safety patrols on campuses then??” She’s referring to school resource officers — police who spend time working security on campuses as a measure that people hope will keep students safer. Briana DeJesus gets very real about the role that racism plays in schools and in countless shootings. “I have a child of color and knowing 10 teachers in her school will carry a gun terrifies me.” With guns everyone, it just takes one racist person on one bad day to end a child’s life. “As a parent I know I won’t be able to protect my kids every second go the day. And I would want their teachers to love and protect like I would.” But Briana lives in real life, not in fantasy land where everyone’s a trained marksman. (Though we should note that many combat veterans have spoken out about how dangerous arming teachers could be) “But giving teachers guns just isn’t right and spending 67 [million dollars] is crazy.” The amount that the legislature was willing to conjure up out of nowhere is a sticking point for many people. “They won’t ever spend 67 million on education but for guns … it’s okay?” Someone challenged her, suggesting that arming teachers — who are not trained to be armed guards and are not paid to be armed guards — would be a great way to protect students. “I’m all for protecting kids but there’s no reason to give TEACHERS guns.” She’s already addressed the expense and the fact that not all teachers would be safe with a gun. But she clearly doesn’t want to argue. “But whatever. Let’s see how this plays out. I hope for the best!” Trump, of course, announced his “policy proposal” just as he announces his other bad ideas — with his little orange thumbs. “What I said was to look at the possibility of giving concealed guns to gun adept teachers with military or special training experience — only the best.” His version of “best” is famously laughable — just look at the turnaround in the White House. “20% of teachers, a lot, would now be able to.” Trump then makes some weird sports analogies that perhaps golf players will understand. A real man of the people. “I want highly trained people that have a natural talent, like hitting a baseball, or hitting a golf ball, or putting. How come some people always make the four-footer and some people under pressure can’t even take their club back, right? They can’t even take their club back.” He seemed to lose himself on a sports tangent. Briana did not mention that even highly trained marksmen are considered to be doing “very well” if they have 40% weapon accuracy in live fire simulations. So even if teachers are having a shootout with some gunman, where are the other 60% of the bullets going? Some of them are going into students. Of course, Trump said that he wanted to take away guns, and then pivoted because he doesn’t actually know what he’s saying at any given time. He now plans to meet with video game executives, because surely those violent video games are to blame, even though Canada and the UK and Australia all play the exact same games without the shootings. Briana didn’t get into all of that. That’s okay — she’s a reality star, not a politician. But even she knows that children don’t need to be around guns.
