Source: Allen Berezovsky / Getty Woman With Rights To “Blue Ivy” Trademark Want’s $10 Million The Carter’s have been trying to obtain the rights to the “Blue Ivy” name since 2012 after the birth of their daughter, but have been unsuccessful due to wedding photographer Victoria Morales and her company already owning the name. Beyoncé’s representation allegedly reached out, but the request was denied and Morales responded and reportedly tried to sell her company to Bey in a multimillion -dollar deal. This is where things may have gone sour as Morales took a shot at an “opportunity for a business relationship rather than an adversarial proceeding.” The wedding planner allegedly put together a Power Point presentation stating why the Carter’s should buy her wedding planning business, in addition to the Blue Ivy trademark.She propositioned them with the idea that they could “begin producing products and goods” together, in a deal allegedly offered for $10 million. Beyonce wasn’t having any of that and her legal team is now demanding the presentation be handed over to the courts as evidence that Morales’ trademark opposition is purely a “money-making scheme”.

To say that Kailyn Lowry has had a complicated relationship with Chris Lopez would be a pretty big understatement. Really, to call their relationship a disastrous, burning hot mess would even be an understatement. Is there even a messier relationship on either of the Teen Mom shows? Well, yes, absolutely there is, but this is still really, really bad, that’s what we’re trying to get across here. Things started off well enough between Kailyn and Chris. They were classmates in college, and then they were friends, and then they were … The timeline is a little confusing because they both go back and forth on their stories depending on how petty they want to be , but whether they were ever in a real relationship or not, they did have sex. And that resulted in the supremely adorable little baby Lux. During Kailyn’s pregnancy, Chris wasn’t around all that much, and she said that was because he was with another woman. But when it was time for their son to be born, he was there, and we even saw him escort Kailyn and Lux home from the hospital. A short while after that though, things were terrible again. There have been several rumors about him going for custody of Lux , and she’s also accused him of being a deadbeat dad . Still, even though they’ve both been passive aggressive as hell through mountains and mountains of vague tweets and the like, neither one of them has ever taken the time to share the whole story, But it looks like that’s about to change. Yesterday, Kailyn took to Instagram to announce that she’s releasing a new book titled A Letter of Love. “I’m so so so excited for this one,” she wrote. “Any & all moms will be able to relate to this. From the hardest of times to the happiest of days, it’s in here. Single moms, working moms, married, everyone.” She’s obviously very excited about the release, but that’s sort of a broad summary, right? Don’t worry — she also did an interview with Radar Online, and she went into much more detail about what the book will contain. And if you haven’t pre-ordered it yet, you probably will after hearing all this. “The book was an apology letter to Lux for basically the mess he was born into and how bad I feel,” she explains in the interview. “But now it’s to all three of them.” “I feel bad,” she goes on, “and I’m nervous about how a lot of my decisions will impact them or affect them.” “So I’m apologizing to all of them and I want them to know how much I love them and I’m working now to pick up the pieces.” That’s actually kind of heartbreaking. When Kailyn first announced her pregnancy, she insisted that she’d made the choice to get pregnant , that it wasn’t an accident at all. And while we’re sure that she doesn’t regret getting pregnant at all — because then she wouldn’t have Lux — it obviously sounds like she’s regretting some of the choices she made during that time. Watching the last season of Teen Mom 2, it’s clear that things were a little chaotic throughout her pregnancy, but what’s done is done, and it’s lovely that she’s doing what she needs to do to make the situation as positive as possible for her children. Fans asked Khloe a ton of questions once the pregnancy news was out in the open. One fan even asked her about what it’s like to have sex while pregnant . Well, it being the week of Valentine’s Day and all, Khloe decided to answer. And she didn’t spare any details. Writing on her app, Khloe Kardashian talked pregnancy sex at the end of her “Love & Lust Week.” “I have always heard that women are extra horny when they’re pregnant,” she wrote in response to a fan’s question. It may be the power of suggestion (like the “full moons see an uptick in crime”), or maybe it’s just flaring pregnancy hormones, or maybe some age-old survival instinct to cement social bonds. One or both parties might have their heads supported by pillows. Even well into pregnancy, classic cowgirl position can work. If someone feels that they need a little support in order to remain comfortably upright, that same position in a comfortable chair might work. (A chair with arms for said support) No one, pregnant or not, should ever feel pressured to have sex, of course. Some hold irrational fears that even careful, ordinary sex will damage a fetus — or somehow be incestuous . Most sex experts dismiss these anxieties. Khloe Kardashian has never really shied away from frank and open discussions of sex. Lupita’s very presence and involvement in Black Panther is one of the main reasons we are so excited to see the movie. We’ve been waiting for more Black women to show up in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and we’re ready to soak up all of the magic she and the rest of the cast are about to supply. We know that her character Nakia has some romantic connection to Chadwick Boseman ‘s T’Challa. Nakia is easily the closest thing that T’Challa has to a love interest in Black Panther . Their chemistry is undeniable, and they work well together. Viewers might assume that they’re a couple, but they are decidedly not–and not because Nakia isn’t interested! In Black Panther lore, Nakia was selected to be one of the Dora Milaje, or “adored ones,” which is The Black Panther’s army of female warriors. We’ve already seen them on the big screen; remember the Black woman who warned Black Widow, “Move. Or you will be moved”? That was one of the Dora Milaje, and that one exchange alone quickly established that they are not to be crossed! Aside from being T’Challa’s personal and carefully selected security detail, they are also his wives in waiting. In short, the women on that team are first in line to get chose . Potentially, T’Challa could pick any of the ladies among their ranks and marry her, and she would become Queen of Wakanda. And it makes sense that The Black Panther would be expected to marry someone that is his physical equal because, in Wakanda, they seem to understand that a great king requires a powerful queen by his side. Knowing this, Nakia began to develop feelings for T’Challa. Unfortunately, in print cannon, this is a one-sided love as T’Challa generally sees her as more of a student. She may be Dora Milaje, but he’s still Black Panther and as such the best warrior in all of Wakanda. On-screen, it seems that T’Challa and Nakia do have a romantic history and we’ve seen some flirtation between them in trailers. So, from clips eager audiences have seen, they might have been together at one point. Unfortunately, in the comics, Nakia’s unrequited love turns her into the villain Malice! It’s not clear whether that will come up or even be hinted at during Black Panther . As far as we can tell, Lupita is simply going to be beautiful, fearsome, and all-around phenomenal for this movie. Would it be too much to hope for that Ryan Coogler is shelving the scorned woman narrative? Maybe not! We’ll have to find out for sure once Black Panther debuts in theaters nationwide on Friday.
