Source: Moelyn Photos / Getty 3 People Were Killed In Cliff Collapse At Beach Near San Diego A popular beach for surfing was closed on Saturday after a cliff collapsed, killing at least three people. According to reports from NBC News , the cliff collapsed at around 3 p.m. and ended up trapping several people on the beach in Encinitas near San Diego. A woman died at the scene, while two more died later at hospitals. Another person was taken to a hospital, and a person who had minor injuries was treated at the scene, according to statements from the city. Because the scene was so dangerous, police actually had to stop searching for additional victims. They are now using K-9’s in the search , according to local news reports. One of the boulders that fell was said to be 7 or 8 feet by 4 feet. The cliff was on Grandview Beach, a popular surf spot among locals and vacationers. This beach was absolutely filled with people at the time of the collapse–which isn’t surprising, because it’s the middle of the summer. A KNSD-TV helicopter captured footage of beach chairs, towels, surfboards and beach toys strewn about the sand. Suburbs north of San Diego have contended with rising water levels in the Pacific Ocean, pressuring bluffs along the coast. Some bluffs are fortified with concrete walls to prevent multimillion-dollar homes from falling into the sea. Long stretches of beach in Encinitas are narrow strips of sand between stiff waves and towering rock walls. People lounging on beach chairs or blankets are sometimes surprised as waves roll past them and within a few feet of the walls. Cliffside collapses are not unusual as the ocean chews away at the base of the sandstone, according to authorities. Some beach areas were even marked with signs warning of this exact danger. Several people have been killed or injured over the years in similar bluff collapses. The San Diego Tribune reported that a resident of Encinitas died near the same area back in 2000, when a 110-yard-wide chunk of bluff fell and buried her.

While Yung Miami didn’t give us an exact release date for Part 2, last year’s first installment dropped on August 30th–so they could release this follow-up on the same date. It’s also a good possibility that the release of the film will line up with JT’s release from jail–the exact date of which is still up in the air. Source: Chesnot / Getty Netflix Has Created “Co-Watching” Contracts For Couples If you’ve ever felt betrayed by your significant other after learning they watched an episode of y’all’s favorite show without you, Netflix might just have the solution for you. The streaming platform has decided to lay out some rules for binge-watching so that couples can reach an agreement before settling on something to watch. The new “co-watching” contract is a document that both partners in a relationship must sign, with Netflix listed as a witness for the whole thing. The doc is to be used as an agreement to follow five rules before binge-watching a show together. Those rules of engagement are as follows: I won’t fall asleep I won’t get distracted by my phone causing the other person to rewind because I missed something; I won’t continue watching a show without the other person present; I won’t talk whilst the show is on; In the event that I come across a spoiler, I won’t share it with the other person. This whole thing could definitely be a good idea for a lot us out there who have been left behind by spouses who watched an extra episode after their partner fell asleep early–but some of the rules don’t seem so practical. In the event of some serious binge-watching, it seems unlikely that nobody is going to pick up their phones–and it seems even more unlikely that someone will keep a spoiler to themselves. But it’s a nice sentiment, nonetheless. Could you see your partner signing this co-watching contract?
Source: Marvel Studios / Marvel Studios A few weeks ago at San Diego’s Comic Con Marvel revealed it’s movie slate for MCU’s phase 4 which included some highly anticipated projects including Blade starring Mahershala Ali as the vampire killing Daywalker and Thor 4, but noticeably absent was any mention of the sequel to everyone’s favorite Black superhero, Black Panther 2 . Though we know it’s definitely happening and director Ryan Coogler is penning the script, we haven’t gotten much else other than rumors about Killmonger possibly returning to Wakanda (Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige basically shot that rumor down recently). While official word on Black Panther 2 remains scarce, We Got This Covered is reporting that the villain for the highly anticipated sequel has been nailed down and it’s none other than the merman known as Namor. The Sub-Mariner will be T’Challa’s main antagonist when we all return to Wakanda for the next adventure. According to our sources – the same ones who told us that the real Mandarin will appear in Shang-Chi and Taskmaster will be the villain inBlack Widow, both of which were later confirmed by Marvel – the studio has chosen Namor to be the main antagonist of Black Panther 2. The specifics of his role are still a bit unclear, but like we said above, the sequel will see him trying to take control of Wakanda and become its ruler. As with any scoop of this kind, we imagine Marvel may deny it publicly as they so often do, but as we mentioned above, our sources are usually pretty reliable, so we feel fully confident in their intel. And while things can always change in the development process given how early on it still is, for now, it seems that Namor will finally be making his big screen debut in Ryan Coogler’s Black Panther 2 . This shouldn’t come as a surprise as rabbit-eared fans caught the easter egg in Avengers: Endgame when Okoye mentioned underwater earthquakes off the coast of Africa. Could it be the city of Atlantis readying to make its presence known to the world? We don’t know but fans were quick to point out the possibility and that Namor would soon be joining Marvel’s cinematic universe. Though Marvel hasn’t confirmed the news We Got This Covered is also reporting that they’re eyeing Crazy Rich Asians star Henry Golding to take on the role of the hotheaded anti-hero. No word yet on when Black Panther 2 will be making its way into theaters but rumors have it dropping November of 2021 or February 2022. Either way, we can’t wait.

He also spoke about an alleged video that could have shown him hitting the victim with a bottle but A$AP claims that video doesn’t exist because he didn’t use the bottle as a weapon. via TMZ Rocky took the stand and admitted he and his crew “jumped” the alleged victim … but only after they threw punches at his bodyguard. The attorneys focused on a bottle A$AP was holding as he tried to stave the alleged victim away. He insisted, “I didn’t break any bottles,” but conceded his crew picked up bottles to “get them out of there.” He also said, “You got to realize my life is very unique and particular. I’ve been stabbed in the face and my home has been robbed at gunpoint twice. That’s why I have security.” This was in response to why he picked up the bottle. Rocky said his bodyguard tried various “tactics” to get the 2 guys away, to no avail. He says his bodyguard was trying to protect him but insists he didn’t “beat up the alleged victim.” TMZ posted video where you see the bodyguard pick the alleged victim up by his neck. One day, the sad news will come and TLC will cancel Little People, Big World. But Amy Roloff can now take solace in the knowledge that another job on another network will likely be sitting there, waiting for her. Indeed, the reality star is apparently well-prepared to host a series on HGTV about property-flipping. We say this because Oregon property records reveal that Amy has officially sold a portion of her family’s farm to her ex-husband, Matt. She didn’t merely sell it, however. She raked in an ENORMOUS profit. The aforementioned documents, which were obtained this week by Radar Online, state that the mother of four sold this section of land for a whopping $667,000. To put this in perspective? In 1990, newlyweds Matt and Amy purchased the farm together for just $185,000. The debate over the future of this property and whether or not Amy was going to sell it to Matt was the main storyline on Little People, Big World this past season. It prompted a number of arguments between the exes, who split over three years ago yet who have continued to work together and live in close proximity to one another. At one point on the series this spring, Amy slammed Matt for bullying her about the farm. “I just want to make the best decision,” Amy told the camera at the time of why she was taken so long here to figure out next move, adding: “Moving out of a house that I never really thought I’d move out of years ago. … to think about that now is a little daunting. It is a little scary, it’s a little intimidating because I’ve never really been on my own before.” Here’s the confusing thing, however: Amy did NOT sell Matt the land on which her actual house sits. She sold Matt a segment of the land around where his actual house sits so that he can renovate it and work on however he sees fit. In early June, Matt shared a lengthy message on Instagram in order to explain just what was going on with this sale and the farm debate in general. “I have chosen to buy (and Amy has chosen to sell) me only one side of the farm,” he wrote, explaining that pumpkin season was very much a go and elaborating as follows: “For now she is only selling me her partial share of ownership in the side (DW) that I live on… “She will remain in her house (and on the farm) and 1/2 owner of our original farm until she decides to leave.” Amy has made it clear, though, that she has decided to leave. She is in the process right now of looking for a new home away from the farm. Someday, Matt told his followers, “we will jointly work to sell the side she lives on together. “This may happen in the future but it’s not happening yet! “The only change (for now) is that I will take title to the DW and can decide to remodel it to be more accessible with a lower kitchen or walk-in shower like my home in Arizona.” In conclusion, Matt — who recently made it clear he wants to move to Arizona full-time — wrote that little is changing about the business or the farm as fans know it. But down the line? “The future may be different …but Now is Now …and this is where we are at this moment in time…. Maybe one of the kids will eventually buy it?? Who knows?” Might this kid be Jeremy? The family’s oldest son has said he wants to maybe run a farm someday . Tori Roloff has thus far managed to pull off the near-impossible. She’s reached impressive heights of popularity (over one million Instagram followers!) without ever really being involved in a controversy. Really, think about it… it’s true. You need to search far and wide and try really hard to track down any sort of scandalous situation centered on the Little People, Big World cast member. One time a few trolls tried to mom-shame Tori because they thought her son wasn’t wearing a life jacket out on the water — but they were quickly proven wrong . Now, however, some folks think they’ve done it. They think they’ve tracked it down. They think they’ve come across a photo that is legitimately damaging to the reality, from which they think she’ll never recover. Indeed, they think they’ve caught TORI ROLOFF DRINKING WHILE PREGNANT. And they think this because they only took a quick glance at the Instagram photo below: Here’s the thing, however: Tori may be expecting. And she may be sucking down a beverage in this snapshot. But there’s no alcohol in it. The TLC personality shared this photo on Tuesday, but immediately shut down her potential critics and haters while doing so. “Mama drinks (hers is a mocktail, don’t worry),” wrote Tori as a caption to the image, putting an end to any sort of controversy before it can even begin. Seriously: she’s good, isn’t she? In late June, Roloff was forced to delete an Instgram post in which she wrote about her parenting philopshy after some of followers took issue with her thoughts on raising kids and spoiling them. “If you raise your kids, you get to spoil your grandkids,” the post began. “If you spoil your kids, you’ll end up raising your grandkids.” She continued at the time: “Just a thought. I really think my generation has made it more important to be their kids’ best friend and not help guide and support their kids with boundaries and structure. “I know we’re all doing the best we can, but disciplining kiddos is essential to becoming a good citizen, not a taboo. Spoil with love.” Yes, for someone as sweet and innocent as Tori Roloff, this qualified as polarizing. Tori and husband Zach confirmed in mid-May that son Jackson was on the verge of getting a sibling. They also confirmed the gender of this sibling and the time around which she is expected to arrive. “We are so excited to announce that Jackson is going to be a big brother! We can not wait to meet our sweet baby girl!” they said this spring. We’ve since learned that the baby is due around Thanksgiving. We cannot wait to meet her… and we cannot wait to stare at ridiculously adorable baby bump photos along the way.
