Teacher Arrested For Having Sex With Student According to Mail Online A former school worker arrested yesterday in Michigan for having an inappropriate relationship with a 15-year-old student has appeared in court. Abigail Marie Simon, 33, entered a not-guilty plea today to charges of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and accosting a minor for immoral purposes. Simon was fired from her position as a tutor and study hall supervisor at Catholic Central and West Catholic high schools in April after the boy’s mother found pictures of Simon in a garter belt on her son’s phone. Police also found text messages of a sexual nature between Simon and the boy and an arrest warrant was obtained this week. Simon allegedly had a sexual relationship with the student between February 1 and April 26 of this year at her former apartment in the 300 block of Bridge Street North West, in Grand Rapids. According the MLive.com, Grand Rapids Police Detective Amy Lowrie said that the alleged victim initially told police that he and Simon had sexual contact but then recanted his testimony. ‘Recently [he] has admitted that there was sexual contact again. And the text messages that were found in both of their phones support there was a sexual relationship.’ Simon was held at the Kent County Correctional Facility before the hearing today. Her attorney Michael Distel asked that she be released on a personal recognizance bond. Distel cited Simon’s clean record and supportive family and told the judge that she does not pose flight risk. The judge Patricia Schaefer noted that Simon has contacted the boy after being warned to stay away from him by police, and set her bail at $25,000. Simon posted bail this afternoon and is staying with her parents in Grand Blanc. Schaefer told Simon that she cannot contact the alleged victim or be within four blocks of him in any direction. A probable-cause hearing is August 23. SMH. Whoop her azz and put her underneath the jail.

Bet he didn’t see this coming… Mother Calls Police On Her Son After He Admits To Murdering Girlfriend A 20-year-old Florida man is set to face murder charges after he allegedly admitted to his mother that he killed his girlfriend, which prompted her to call the police on him. via WESH Orlando A man is in the Orange County Jail facing second-degree murder charges for allegedly killing his girlfriend and dumping the body, police say. Officials with the DeLand Police Department said the victim, Alyssa Oakes, 19, had moved into the Hunters Creek Apartments on Spring Garden Avenue with her boyfriend, Khambrel Hadley, a few weeks ago. Investigators said Hadley told his mother Friday that he had killed Oakes and disposed of her body. DeLand police then went to the couple’s apartment and said they found what appeared to be a homicide scene. Oakes’ body was found Saturday Hadley is being held in the Orange County Jail on charges of second-degree murder and resisting arrest without violence. He’s also charged with stealing a car from the Hunters Creek Apartments. This was probably the hardest thing this mother has ever had to do. And she’s become a f*****g goddess.” Then the two talked about how much control the press can have over people’s lives and how they can twist any topic any way they want. “They can take it down a negative road, or if they want you to be happy and they love you, they’ll take it down that road,” Rimes said. But when Rivers asked her why she keeps picking fights on Twitter, Rimes said all she does is stand up for herself every once in a while. “Can you imagine the stuff I just let go? There’s tons of it,” she said. Dating a married man is never admirable, but do you think LeAnn Rimes and Angelina Jolie had similar situations? Or is Joan just bumping her gums for the hell of it again?

Aaron Hernandez to Facebook Fan Page Creator: I’d Like it But There’s No Internet in Here LOL!

Aaron Hernandez wanted to thank the person who recently created a Facebook fan page in his honor, even if can’t get on the Internet to check it LOL. The jailed former NFL star apparently wrote a second letter to a fan from solitary confinement, this time lamenting that he can’t get on the web in there. He wrote to a fan who started an Aaron Hernandez support page, “Thanks for the site and sry [sic] I can’t check site [sic] there is no internet in jail lol.” First-ever use of “LOL” in a hand-written letter? Quite possibly. In the first Aaron Hernandez letter back to a fan who wrote him in a show of support, the murder suspect declared he is not guilty and will play again. Guy has time on his hands, though he is convinced it is just a phase and that he will prove “haters” and “talkers” wrong and be cleared of all charges. In both letters, he has subtly played the victim, saying there is a reason God is putting him through this, and that everything happens for a reason. Police, meanwhile, are searching all of creation for the literal smoking gun in the death of Odin Lloyd that would ensure he never sees the light of day. Oh, and Hernandez has been warned by prison officials to be careful what he writes in these letters because TMZ keeps publishing them . Obviously.

Come on son . Man Calls 911 Over Burgers According to Mail Online Lorenzo Riggins proved that the customer is not always correct when he called police because his McDonald’s order was shorted by one burger. Riggins said he was hungry Tuesday night when he entered a McDonald’s in East Albany, Georgia. He ordered seven McDoubles, one McChicken and a fries. But when he got out to his car he realized that they got his order wrong: there were only six McDoubles in the bag. So he went back in and asked for his order to be corrected, but the person behind the counter wasn’t giving out service with a smile. ‘She was trying to get an attitude with me and I said I’m going to call the police,’ Riggins told WALB. Riggins carried out that threat relaying his story to 911 operators. They heard out his story, asked him where he was and asked him to wait at the McDonald’s. When officers showed up, instead of confronting the McDonald’s employees they arrested Riggins for misusing 911. ‘I called the police and thinking that everything all cool by calling the police, I didn’t know I was misusing 911,’ he said. Riggins was booked and spent a night in the Doughtery County Jail. The next morning, a judge dropped his case saying the night in jail was enough punishment for the crime. ‘It’s really not funny. It’s not,’ Albany EMA and 911 Deputy Director Jim Vaught said. ‘A person who was waiting to get a call in for an ambulance of a car wreck is having to wait – possibly.’ Vaught told KSDK that calling 911 is no joking matter, and does come with the threat of arrest if you misuse the line. ‘The thing you need to understand is that we have their telephone number and we have their voice recorded and we will turn it over to the police department and you will be prosecuted,’ Vaught warned. While he’s upset about the incident,Riggins said that it won’t stop him from eating at McDonald’s again. ‘I would like to say check your food before you leave, always be careful when you go buy food anywhere you go,’ advised Riggins. It really wasn’t that serious…..he’s on that ninja isht. .

Amanda Bynes Won’t Be Charged With Crime For Setting Driveway Blaze

The troubled Amanda Bynes is in for a rough stretch ahead by any measure, but it won’t include criminal charges for her most recent police entanglement. Prosecutors will not charge the 27-year-old with trespassing, arson or any other criminal offense stemming from Monday night’s bizarre incident. Police and the D.A.’s office alike view her conduct as non-criminal and rooted in mental illness, which is scary, but at least she may finally get help. Officials almost immediately decided Amanda needs treatment, not punishment . Amanda Bynes was hospitalized two nights ago as a result of starting a small fire in a stranger’s driveway in her hometown of Thousand Oaks, California. A passerby called 911 on her after spotting her near the scene. She briefly ran into a liquor store having doused her dog in gasoline, but then returned. She is currently under a 5150 hold, meaning she is hospitalized against her will by virtue of being considered a danger to herself and/or to others. Typically, this lasts only 72 hours, but officials may seek to extend it up to two weeks if she does not choose to seek mental health care on her own. Criminally, however, she’s off the hook – in this case alone. She still faces DUI charges in L.A. and reckless endangerment, evidence tampering and marijuana charges in NYC, where she tossed a bong out the window . Here’s hoping that Amanda gets the help she clearly needs and the sweet, fresh-faced girl we all fell in love with years ago returns better than ever.

Janet Jackson’s Billionaire Hubby Stops The Checks From Coming In For Female Employee Who Filed Sex Assault Charges Against A Colleague!

We thought Janet’s hubby was a good guy , now we’re not so sure! The billionaire businessman reportedly fired an employee who filed a sex assault case against a colleague after an incident during a business trip earlier this year. Via VG.com reports : Billionaire Wissam Al Mana, husband of famous popstar Janet Jackson, signed the letter of termination for Marte Dalelv (24) after she reported being r@ped in Dubai. The 6th of March this year Dalelv reported a colleague for r@pe while on a business trip in Dubai. Earlier this week, Dalelv was sentenced to 16 months in prison after being convicted for having extramarital sex, drinking alcohol without permission and giving false statement to the police. Ms. Dalelv received a letter from her employer Al Mana Interiors three weeks after she reported the rape, informing her that she was suspended from her position, effective immediately. The ninth of April she got a new shocking letter: Her contract was terminated due to «unacceptable and improper behavior». This time it was the company’s managing director, Mr. Wissam Al Mana, who himself signed the letter. Al Mana writes the following in the letter he personally signed: Dear Ms. Dalelv, Further to the suspension letter notified to you on 20th March 2013, we hereby inform you that you employment with Al Mana Interiors W.L.L. is terminated for misconduct and breach of your employment duties, effective immediately. As mentioned is the suspension letter dated 20th March 2013, your employment agreement is termination due to your unacceptable and improper behavior during your last business trip in Dubai, which has resulted in your arrest by the Police Authorities in UAE. The full and final settlement of any outstanding benefits can be discussed wih Mr. XXXX XXXXXX. At the same time, you are requested to hand in any company property given to you on account of company work. The present letter has been given in accordance with article 61 of the Qatar Labour Law no 14 of (2004), and a copy of which will be submitted to the Labour Department, for their records. Sincerely, Wissam Al Mana Managing Director Dalelv is now living in the Norwegian Church Abroad in Dubai because she has run out of money due to the trial. It’s bad enough that this woman was allegedly assaulted — now she is fighting for her own freedom! SMH @ the bogus a$$ backwards laws that discriminate against women in the Middle East! This woman has lost her job and everything she worked hard for because she’s a woman and society there dictates that even if she was forced into sex with someone not her husband — she’s in the wrong. J. Cole and Drake are going to be weeping with Rick Ross soon…crying about losing that endorsement scrilla. According to Spin Magazine Even though it was released last month, Drake and J. Cole’s “Jodeci Freestyle” is now causing a bit of a problem. Specifically, over the Born Sinner rapper’s line, “I’m artistic, you niggas is autistic, r******d.” Turns out some people aren’t too happy about that. As Fact reports, the Anti-Bullying Alliance and autism activist Anna Kennedy are calling on the rappers to offer an official apology and remove the offending lyric from the release. They started a petition on Change.org and it’s already garnered over 2,500 signatures since it was launched on July 13. “It’s time we recognized people with autism for the exceptional human beings that they are and make a stand,” Kennedy’s statement reads. “Give us a Break!” The petition only has a goal of 5,000 signatures, which should be reached soon. Then again, Change.org doesn’t exactly have any legal sway over Drake and J., so it’s feasible that nothing will come of this. Artistic, autistic…wow they got bars-not.

Friend Gave Cory Monteith Drugs Maybe his friend was jealous of Cory’s success and gave him the smack so Cory could be on his level. Some people have that crabs in a bucket mentality. Tragic. According to Radar Online After Cory Monteith‘s shocking death, several of his friends spoke out to insist that the Glee star had seemed to be back on the straight and narrow since leaving rehab in May. He had worked to surround himself with good influences, like girlfriend Lea Michele. But now, a source tells RadarOnline.com, there was one person in Cory’s inner circle who carries a good deal of the blame for Cory’s fatal overdose — and even allegedly scored the drug that killed him. “You don’t have to look very far in Vancouver to find the person who gave Cory his drugs,” the source insisted. “There is a despicable individual … who claims he was a friend of Cory. Allegedly, he was the one who gave Cory the smack, according to [people] close to him.” On Thursday, just days before Cory died, he bought a glass pipe from a local head shop, according to the source. “Cory knew what he was doing but wouldn’t buy his own drugs, so allegedly he asked his … friend to score it,” the source says, insisting that that person is “guilty of unwittingly assisting in the death of ‘his friend’ Cory Monteith.” Unfortunately for those seeking closure, the police investigation is officially complete and officers will not be further investigating this individual. During a police press conference on Tuesday, one agitated journalist asked if the person would get away with it. The police rep responded, “There’s an inherent risk when you’re using illicit drugs and there’s nothing legally as far as we can see that would cause us to investigate further.” Real friends get you help. They don’t encourage you to stick the needle in your arm harder.
