Please ponder this plea from Pleas: A continuing story of corruption in Kentucky – Lexington courts | examiner_preview

I make my return to writing here with some rather intriguing news of criminal harassment by the Lexington Police on several levels. My 'vacation' was not by choice but rather by cyber-attack. After my campaign bringing up implications of murder committed by Lexington Police officers and the coincidental death of an officer on the job during that time I was sent a virus. The virus and a key-logger attack were done to my computer by way of a Facebook invite by a member of the slain officer's family and the key-logger attack came straight from the Lexington Police Department forensics department. More recently, my articles here bringing attention to racism and corruption in the local court system invited more cyber-attacks. I will continue to fight against corruption in government and to bring you all of the information; the truth no matter where that leads. Recently, I received a letter I had requested from Pleas Lucian Kavanaugh describing the police corruption and harassment he has gone through in Lexington. His story is identical to mine and others. The stories just take place with different people in different places but the patterns are the same. Lexington has a fraternity type of police force that has gotten away with too much for too long and now believes it can do as it pleases to anyone it chooses. Please listen to this plea from Pleas Lucian Kavanaugh and do what you can to help him. Feel free to contact me with any information you might have to help his case, my past cases or the murder of Deborah Wardlaw. Confidentiality, as always, is assured. Pleas Lucian Kavanaugh: While it might be beyond my ability to convey a respectable version of my dilemma in this small allotment, I wish to emphasize from the onset that the affects of what has happened to me cannot be understated and that if this account is somewhat beyond the standard length, it is so for the depth of the actions taken against me by a power well beyond my capacity to contend with. As such, I would implore that my circumstance be given attentive and thorough consideration as I am, quite literally, under the most oppressive and sweltering attack at the hands of the Lexington Police Department; an attack which I fear will not end until either I have been unjustly incarcerated, murdered or until such time as responsible parties are held accountable for a most egregious affront to liberty, justice and all things idealized by civilized humanity. Let the facts be submitted to an impartial eye. Please continue reading at the link: Christopher Hignite Lexington Courts Examiner Monkey Films on Current TV added by: Monkey_Films

Mischa Barton Smoking Weed in a Bikini Top of the Day

I never thought I’d see disgusting fucking pigs smoke…but then again I don’t spend much time in the backwoods learning how to fuck with farm animals… I also never thought Mischa Barton would still be alive…she looks like fucking death. I just know she’s crying for attention…cuz despite what she looks like, she is a fucking attention whore who wishes her career took a different root, just like this fat chick who couldn’t land a husband so she booked an all inclusive vacation to jamaica to get knocked up, who after her pregnancy would get on all fours in the park and milk herself like a cow…but instead of paparazzi taking pics of her, the police took her away and then child protection took her kid, then i took her anal virginity and we lived happily ever after, the end. Response – Homosexuality is an Abomination

Well if it says it in books it much be true. In her radio show, Dr Laura Schlesinger said that, as an observant Orthodox Jew, homosexuality is an abomination according to Leviticus 18:22, and cannot be condoned under any circumstance. The following response is an open letter to Dr. Laura, written by a US man, and posted on the Internet. Funny stuff. Dear Dr. Laura: Thank you for doing so much to educate people regarding God's Law. I have learned a great deal from your show, and try to share that knowledge with as many people as I can. When someone tries to defend the homosexual lifestyle, for example, I simply remind them that Leviticus 18:22 clearly states it to be an abomination … End of debate. I do need some advice from you, however, regarding some other elements of God's Laws and how to follow them. 1. Leviticus 25:44 states that I may possess slaves, both male and female, provided they are from neighboring nations. A friend of mine claims that this applies to Mexicans, but not Canadians. Can you clarify? Why can't I own Canadians? 2. I would like to sell my daughter into slavery, as sanctioned in Exodus 21:7. In this day and age, what do you think would be a fair price for her? 3. I know that I am allowed no contact with a woman while she is in her period of Menstrual uncleanliness – Lev.15: 19-24. The problem is how do I tell? I have tried asking, but most women take offense. 4. When I burn a bull on the altar as a sacrifice, I know it creates a pleasing odor for the Lord – Lev.1:9. The problem is my neighbors. They claim the odor is not pleasing to them. Should I smite them? 5. I have a neighbor who insists on working on the Sabbath. Exodus 35:2 clearly states he should be put to death. Am I morally obligated to kill him myself, or should I ask the police to do it? 6. A friend of mine feels that even though eating shellfish is an abomination, Lev. 11:10, it is a lesser abomination than homosexuality. I don't agree. Can you settle this? Are there 'degrees' of abomination? 7. Lev. 21:20 states that I may not approach the altar of God if I have a defect in my sight. I have to admit that I wear reading glasses. Does my vision have to be 20/20, or is there some wiggle-room here? 8. Most of my male friends get their hair trimmed, including the hair around their temples, even though this is expressly forbidden by Lev. 19:27. How should they die? 9. I know from Lev. 11:6-8 that touching the skin of a dead pig makes me unclean, but may I still play football if I wear gloves? 10. My uncle has a farm. He violates Lev.19:19 by planting two different crops in the same field, as does his wife by wearing garments made of two different kinds of thread (cotton/polyester blend). He also tends to curse and blaspheme a lot. Is it really necessary that we go to all the trouble of getting the whole town together to stone them? Lev.24:10-16. Couldn't we just burn them to death at a private family affair, like we do with people who sleep with their in-laws? (Lev. 20:14) I know you have studied these things extensively and thus enjoy considerable expertise in such matters, so I'm confident you can help. Thank you again for reminding us that God's word is eternal and unchanging. Your adoring fan. James M. Kauffman, Ed.D. Professor Emeritus, Dept. Fantasia Hospitalized After Apparent Suicide Attempt

Season-three ‘American Idol’ winner overdosed on medication, according to police report. By Kara Warner Fantasia Barrino Photo: Frederick M. Brown/Getty Images Season-three “American Idol” winner Fantasia Barrino has been hospitalized in North Carolina for a drug overdose after an apparent suicide attempt, WBTV reports. The CBS affiliate cites a police report filed with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg precinct, in which officers were notified late Monday evening by Barrino’s manager, Brian Dickens, that something was wrong with the former “Color Purple” star. According to the police sources, the officers who arrived on the scene reportedly found Barrino in the closet of a home in the Glynmoor Lakes neighborhood. The fomer “Idol” champ was immediately taken to Mercy South Hospital at Carolinas Medical Center in Pineville, North Carolina. The police report classified Burrino’s condition as a “suicide/overdose” and described Barrino as having suffered “possible internal injuries” after she ingested too much medication. The incident is said to be part of an ongoing investigation. A rep for Barrino did not respond to requests for comment at press time. Barrino was her usual sweet and spunky self when she talked to MTV News last month about the release of her video for “Bittersweet.” She spoke proudly of having taken control of creative and directorial decisions during the shoot and enjoying her handsome co-star, Washington Redskins wide receiver Devin Thomas. “I enjoyed myself, let’s just put it like that,” Burrino said. “I had a great time. … He was really nice, which made it a lot easier.” The 25-year-old’s post-“Idol” career has had its highs and lows. Burrino’s album sales have not met those of other “Idol” alumni, and in 2009, she battled rumors that her home was in foreclosure and Simon Cowell had to bail her out . However, her reality show, “Fantasia for Real,” which premiered earlier this year, was a hit for VH1, and a second season is scheduled to start September 19. Share your well-wishes for Fantasia and her family in the comments below.

‘The Other Guys’ Uses Michael Moore Tactics to Vilify CEOs, Investors, Wall Street

When the credits are the most intriguing part of the movie, there’s a problem. In the new film “The Other Guys,” starring Mark Wahlberg and Will Ferrell, two mismatched cops try to make a name for themselves by investigating a potential Ponzi scheme run by a corrupt investor. The villain is a pseudo-Bernie Madoff but rather than vilifying a single fraud, director Adam McKay (“Anchorman,” “Step Brothers”) lumped all investors together and attacked Wall Street as a whole. “The Other Guys” is a funny but not hilarious movie for 1 hour and 47 minutes but instead of simply rolling the credits and letting viewers leave smiling, McKay followed with graphics criticizing Wall Street and corporate executives. It was almost as if Michael Moore filmed the closing credits, as graphics included the anatomy of a Ponzi scheme, the ratio of CEO to employee salaries, a comparison of the New York Police Department’s pension fund to an average CEO’s pension fund, an average worker’s 401(k) account compared to a CEO’s, and the amount of taxes Goldman Sachs paid after the bailout. While the credits provided the most egregious anti-business attacks, there were other subtle pokes at business and Republicans within the film. For example, the villain, named David Ershon (whose last name rhymes eerily with ‘Enron’), is seen in a photograph with former President George W. Bush and is said to be friends with conservative Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia. Other chides included Ershon stealing from both the lottery and the NYPD pension fund — essentially stealing money from the state and a labor union — and the villains’ drive SUV’s while the heroes drive a Toyota Prius. The film grossed $35.5 million its opening weekend and has been a hit with film critics in the liberal media. According to  rottentomatoes.com , “The Other Guys” has a 77 percent “fresh” rating from critics, with The Washington Post giving it a B and Entertainment Weekly giving it an A-. Of course, the film reviewers have reveled in the anti-Wall Street message, such as Entertainment Weekly’s Owen Gleiberman: “A Wall Street villain (Steve Coogan) who embodies the sins of our time with a relative absence of cheek.” A.O. Scott, film critic for The New York Times, was disappointed by the “tease” of the end credits and pined for a stronger attack: “It may be that no team can humble the unrepentant fat cats of the financial sector, but it would be nice to give Mr. Ferrell and Mr. Wahlberg a shot.” In a way, Scott is correct: the film would have been a fun, goofy movie but the end credits suggested something more. It was almost as if McKay was adamant about attacking Wall Street but wasn’t confident that the film’s plot executed his attack, so he included the graphics at the end to reinforce his message. Given that McKay is a guest blogger for The Huffington Post and Ferrell’s history of impersonating Bush, another Hollywood film with a liberal agenda shouldn’t be a surprise. As the Business & Media Institute noted, TV characters are  21 times more likely to be killed by a businessman than the mob , and  50 percent of the villains  in 2005’s Oscar-nominated movies were businessmen. However, these movies relied on their plots and characters to promote their liberal agendas rather than colorful graphics over the end credits. Like this article? Michigan Says Enough To Fed: Takes Matters Into Own Hands As It Starts Using Own Currency…And Gold

Either in anticipation of QE2 which will cut the value of the dollar by another 50% once another $2 trillion in toxic crap becomes the “assets” backing the viability of the dollar, or just because they are sick of Fed policies, mid-Michigan has taken monetary matters into their own hands, and in one simple act, completely bypassed the destabilizing influence of the domestic currency printers. As ConnectMidMichigan reports, “New types of money are popping up across Mid-Michigan and supporters say, it’s not counterfeit, but rather a competing currency. Right now, you can buy a meal or visit a chiropractor without using actual U.S. legal tender.” The plan is so simple, it just may work – after all if one can’t get away from the Fed’s probing and pickpocketing long fingers, all one has to do is learn to live without its parasitic pieces of paper. And not just paper: “I sell three or four every single day and then I get one or two back a week,” said Dave Gillie, owner of Gillies Coney Island Restaurant in Genesee Township. Gillie also accepts silver, gold, copper and other precious metals to pay for food.” So yes, you can eat gold…. and load up your gas tank with it. More from CMM: “Do people have to accept dollars or money? No, they don’t,” Gillie said. “They can accept anything they want or they can refuse to accept anything.” He’s absolutely right. The U.S. Treasury Department says the Coinage Act of 1965 says “private businesses are free to develop their own policies on whether or not to accept cash, unless there is a state law which says otherwise.” hat allows gas stations to say they don’t accept 50- or $100 bills after a certain time of day in hopes of not getting robbed. A chiropractic office in Lapeer County’s Deerfield Township allows creativity when it comes to payment. “This establishment accepts any form of silver, gold, chicken, apple pie, if someone works it out with me,” said Jeff Kotchounian of Deerfield Chiropractic. “I’ve taken many things.” Jeff Kotchounian says he’s used this Ron Paul half troy ounce of silver to get $25 worth of gas from a local station. While the government and banks don’t accept them, many others do. So why is there interest in these competing currencies? Is it just novelty or is there something deeper? If the ruling kleptocrats, pardon, the Fed, demand on being such an intimate part of everyday life, and procuring all of the population’s real wealth and cash producing assets in the process, said population has a choice of either going with this sheepish approach, and meekly allowing the loaded gun to be parked at its temple, or do what Michigan, with its 99.9% real unemployment, has decided to do. added by: im1mjrpain
