Kendall Jenner Stalker: How Long Has He To Stay Away from Her?

The Kardashian-Jenner klan have had some serious issues with security recently.  With Kim being robbed at gunpoint , security has probably become a top priority for the family.  Kendall Jenner has had her fair share of troubles with security. This appears to be thanks to her alleged stalker, Shavaughn McKenzie. Shavaughn is the dude who was following the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star around like a lost puppy.  It must have been pretty scary for Jenner, but things came to a head in August when Kendall returned home to find McKenzie waiting for her.  Him being there was obviously him crossing the line.  He persisted to speak with her, before screaming that he didn’t have a gun.  That was enough for Kylie, who proceeded to call the police to deal with him.  Why should she feel threatened at her own home?  The whole thing is just bizarre and you’d think McKenzie would have known not to go near the young woman’s home.  Apparently, he was so obsessed with her when she lived in West Hollywood that he chased her car into oncoming traffic just to get a glimpse of her.  That’s some scary stuff and we really feel for Kendall. Just because she’s in the public eye, it does not mean that people have the right to make her fear for her safety.  After the incident in August, it was revealed that McKenzie already had a record, so Kendall successfully managed to get a temporary restraining order against him.  That temporary restraining order has now been increased to five years .  That means McKenzie cannot go within 100 yards of Kendall.  Jenner will no doubt be ecstatic.  Shavaughn is also in criminal court this week for stalking charges. We’ll keep you updated on how all of that plays out.  The Kardashian family were pretty much in lockdown in the days after Kim being robbed.  View Slideshow: Kim Kardashian Gets Robbed, Internet Goes Crazy Kendall was in Paris at the same time as Kim, but made a swift getaway after learning what happened to her sister.  All of the recent events have put the future of Keeping Up with the Kardashians in question .  With production on hold, and Kim scaling back on public appearance, could the once hot reality series really end soon? Graphic Footage: Watch Michael Sabbie Plead With Guards Beating Him He’s Sorry & Can’t Breathe (Dies In Cell) [Video]

We are not going to tell you what you are seeing is NOT what you are seeing. A father of four, Michael Sabbie, died in a Texas jail after being beaten, pepper sprayed, piled on top of, and hit on camera. In the disturbing video, you can hear and see Sabbie pleading with the police to help him saying he “can’t breathe.” The medical report of Sabbie’s death suggested he died in his sleep of natural causes, but since this video has been released a new investigation is sure to follow. HUFFPO : The basic details of Sabbie’s death, one of more than 800 jail deaths counted by The Huffington Post in the year after Sandra Bland died in jail on July 13, 2015, wouldn’t normally raise much suspicion. The initial news reports said that Sabbie, who was arrested on a domestic assault charge, was found “unresponsive” on the morning of July 22, 2015, suggesting he died in his sleep. A medical examiner ― noting Sabbie’s obesity and that he had significant heart muscle damage ― deemed his death “natural,” a label that implies it was an unavoidable tragedy. Those circumstances wouldn’t make Sabbie’s death terribly unique: Heart disease killed an average of 226 jail inmates a year from 2000 until 2013, making it the leading cause of jail deaths after suicides. But calling Sabbie’s death “natural” obscures more than it illuminates, and would hide the failures that very likely could have prevented his death. A quick internal investigation might have absolved jail employees of any wrongdoing. But in Sabbie’s case, there’s video, including handheld footage filmed by one of the guards. The video is being published here by The Huffington Post for the first time. “If you just looked at the cause of death, you would think that Michael died of some sort of hypertensive heart condition, and that may be true,” said Erik J. Heipt, one of the attorneys representing the Sabbie family. “But if we didn’t have a video, we’d never know that he had been begging for help due to his shortness of breath and inability to breathe. We’d never know that he said ‘I can’t breathe’ 19 times in the nine minutes that we hear in that video.” Sabbie was arrested on July 19, 2015, after getting into an argument with his wife over money, according to a police report. Sabbie’s wife told an officer that he threatened her before getting out of the car and walking away. Another officer located Sabbie, who denied threatening his wife. Due to the alleged threat, Sabbie was arrested for third-degree assault on a household or family member, a misdemeanor. Sabbie was taken to the Bi State Jail, a facility with 164 beds that housed 134 individuals as of this week. The for-profit company LaSalle Corrections has run the facility since 2013, when a previous company backed out because it reportedly could not turn a profit. Governments pay just $39.50 per day to house inmates at the Bi State lockup and $46.50 per day to place them at the Bowie County facility, a nearby facility LaSalle Corrections also runs. (The company that backed out of the previous contract submitted a competing bid of $56.25 per inmate per day.) Under the contract with Bowie County, LaSalle Corrections absorbs the cost of medical services and also indemnifies the county against any claims from inmates or their families. How many times more can black people as a whole take these unwarranted deaths? HUFFPO

Jana Kramer: My First Husband Tried to Kill Me!

Jana Kramer has had horrible luck with men. This much is becoming painfully obvious the more we hear from the actress and singer. The former One Tree Hill star and ongoing Dancing with the Stars contestant married Mike Claussin in May of 2015 and welcomed a baby with him in January… only to them separate from the ex-NFL player just a few months later. Via an Instagram video of herself singing along to the Carrie Underwood track “Before He Cheats,” Kramer then strongly implied that Claussin cheated on her . There’s been talk since that Claussin in a sex addict . “It’s a tough time,” Kramer told Us Weekly recently, saying of her chance to compete on Dancing with the Stars: It’s been fun to just work on me. It’s not just about dance. It’s about gaining confidence.” So that sucks a lot for Kramer. But not nearly as much as what happened to her in her first marriage. In the latest issue of People Magazine, Kramer opens up about her painful history of domestic abuse that landed first husband Michael Gambino in jail for attempted murder in 2005. “I met Mike when I was 19 at a Coffee Bean in L.A. He was a smooth-talker, very charming, intriguing and obviously older,” Kramer explains “At the time, I liked that. I felt protected.” Gambino was 36 years old at the time. The couple dated for just two weeks – yes, two weeks – before getting married in 2004. And that’s when things turned very ugly. According to Kramer, Gambino developed an abusive routine that led Kramer to sleep in her car some nights … or even hide in the bushes until he calmed down. He had a short fuse and was often jealous, she says, explaining how “he’d come home at 3 o’clock in the morning and pick me up out of bed, throw me onto the ground and start yelling and hitting.” Kramer says she hid her bruises with makeup and kept the abuse a secret from family members and friends. Finally, Kramer reached her breaking point. But Gambino wasn’t receptive. “When I said, ‘I can’t do this anymore’ he sent me a photo of my dogs on the freeway and said, ‘I’m going to let them go if you don’t come home’,” she says. “ He’d kick me out of the house, I’d sleep in the car and then that next morning I’d be with him in bed again.” On August 6, 2005, Gambino chocked Kramer to the point of unconsciousness; he left her bleeding on the gravel outside their Los Angeles residence. “I remember praying that night, ‘Please, just take me away, I don’t want to be here anymore’,” says Kramer, who has scars on her shoulder and arm from that evening. But it at least got the police involved. Gambino was convicted of attempted murder and sentenced to six years behind bars. He was released in 2010 and committed suicide two years later. To her credit, Kramer is coming forward now about this harrowing experience because she wants to serve as a role model “I’m so embarrassed and afraid no one will love me because of my past, but I’m ready to put it out there now,” she tells People. “If I can help one person, I’ll be thankful for what happened – and I can move forward.”
