The boy, who the Washington Post will not identify for privacy reasons, is being charged with two felonies — one for possession of child p**n*graphy (sexts from his girlfriend) and one for manufacturing child p**n*graphy (taking video of himself). He faces time in prison, as well as permanent placement on the sex offender registry. Police have already taken photos of the boy’s genitals as a part of their investigation, his lawyer told the Post. But they want to bring the teen to the hospital and inject him with something that will force an erection, to compare his erect penis to that in the video found on his phone. University of Pennsylvania law professor David Rudovsky, who specializes in invasions of privacy by police, doubts that there is legal standing for police to pursue such measures. “In my view, it’s not [a legal search] for this reason: Normally the police can get a warrant to conduct a search if they have probable cause that it will find evidence they can use in criminal trial,” Rudovsky said. “What the courts have said in a number of situations is that even if there’s some cause to believe that the procedure might lead them to evidence, where it involves a serious intrusion of personal dignity and privacy, you have to balance that with the nature of the intrusion.” Shortly after this story went viral and was met with rightful public outrage, Virginia police confirmed that they will no longer pursue this “forced arousal” for investigative purposes. Man Breaks Into House And Climbs In Bed With 11-Year-Old Girl A sicko scumbag is in California police custody after he was caught breaking into a home to climb in bed with an 11-year-old girl. via Jezebel The relative peace and quiet of Kensington, California was broken when 22-year-old Brian Hubbard broke into a home and crawled into bed with an 11-year-old on Monday morning. Although it’s not clear how Hubbard broke into the home, he was discovered after he crawled into bed with the 11-year-old who woke up and immediately called for her mother. By the time her mother got there, Hubbard had fled the area. Police arrested Hubbard approximately three hours later when another call came in. Hubbard was about half a mile away and knocking on doors in the middle of the night. Some reports suggest that he was also peering into windows, although, again, it’s not clear whether he was planning to break in or just looking for design inspirations, which is why one resident was reluctant to call the police when she had seen Hubbard behaving strangely the day before. Well damn… 9-Year-Old Daughter Informs Police That Her Parents Grow And Sell Drugs Via TwinCities A Barnesville, Minn., couple are under investigation for dealing drugs and child endangerment after their 9-year-old daughter turned them in for running a marijuana-growing operation out of their home, Barnesville police say. According to court documents filed Monday in Clay County District Court, the girl went to the Barnesville police station June 6. She approached an officer and told him her parents were growing marijuana plants almost as tall as the girl, hidden in the crawlspace under their house. The girl told police that her parents smoked marijuana daily and had people over to buy it from them. The girl also told police that the smoke from the marijuana would fill the house and make her sick, and that she was worried about her dog because her parents would blow the smoke into the dog’s mouth. The search warrant states the child was taken into protective custody by Child Protection Services once before, when the family lived in Cass County, N.D., because the parents had been using marijuana in front of her. She told it ALL. Every piece of evidence listed in the search warrant as being seized from the home — including seven immature marijuana plants, baggies with suspected methamphetamine residue and a large assortment of marijuana paraphernalia — were exactly where the girl said they were, Beattie said. During the police raid on their home, the parents reportedly admitted they both use marijuana. The mother told investigators that she uses it to help alleviate her symptoms of multiple sclerosis and that the couple dealt the drug to help make ends meet financially. The officers spent time with the two pit bulls in the home during the execution of the search warrant, and the animals appeared to be fine, Beattie said. There was no evidence available other than the girl’s statement that the parents had given the dogs marijuana, he said, but the possibility of animal-abuse charges is an option police are keeping open. Now, accordion to The Daily Mail, Stretten has agreed to exit the premises by July 6 – as long as the family agrees to a list of demands. We’re not kidding. The newspaper lists the demands as follows: My WiFi and TV and house air conditioning and water must be continuously on until I vacate. Electricity in my room must be operational. Bathrooms must be stocked up with TP (toilet paper) and hand soap at all times. Marcella and kids must vacate the premises between the hours of 8am and 5pm until 7/6/14 whether I elect to leave during the day or not. Between the hours of 5pm and 8am, I have full access to my room, the garage bathroom and the areas of the house between the front door and my bedroom. I will not linger in these areas. I’m either given access to healthy food or given $200 to eat out. Said access to food shall be limited to hours between 8am and 5pm.” Neither the front door nor my bedroom shall be locked in a manner than prevents me from entering. This means the chain must be off and the locks cannot be changed. Louis Zamperini, a World War II hero about whom Angelina Jolie recently made a movie, died last night at his home in Hollywood. He was 97 years old. A statement released by Universal Pictures on Thursday morning included a message from Zamperini’s family. It reads: “Having overcome insurmountable odds at every turn in his life, Olympic runner and World War II hero Louis Zamperini has never broken down from a challenge. He recently faced the greatest challenge of his life with a life-threatening case of pneumonia. “After a 40-day long battle for his life, he peacefully passed away in the presence of his entire family, leaving behind a legacy that has touched so many lives. His indomitable courage and fighting spirit were never more apparent than in these last days.” Zamperini was a member of the U.S. Olympic track team in 1936. He then enlisted in the Army five years later and survived without food and water for 47 days after his plane crashed in the Pacific. He washed ashore in Japan and was subsequently held captive as a prisoner of war for two years. Jolie, whose Christmas Day release is based on the best-selling book Unbroken by Laura Hillenbrand, said in a statement of her own: “It is a loss impossible to describe.
