It’s always the black families who get pulled over, end up scuffling with the police…only to get shot at…and I blame racist cops…I mean if these people were white folk, they would have probably never been pulled over…preventing running out of the car and physically assaulting the cop cuz you don’t like how he’s talkin’ to yo’ momma… This may not be a funny or hot video to you, but I think it’s awesome.

Justin Bieber is clashing with his neighbors once again. According to TMZ sources, the singer partied hard last night, hosting a crazy shindig at his Calabasas mansion for approximately 100 guests, including Snoop Lion. Neighbors reportedly called the cops around 1 a.m., prompting the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department to stop by and tell the revelers to keep the noise down. To no avail, however, as Justin’s neighbor called the police again around 3 a.m. because of the raucous and because he smelled marijuana. Authorities therefore came down on Bieber and company again… and then AGAIN at 5:30 a.m. when another neighborhood resident complained. This final time, deputies filed a police report against Bieber for disturbing the police. The County District Attorney will now decide whether the artist will be prosecuted or not for his actions. This, of course, is merely the latest run-in Justin has had with his neighbors. He’s been accused of spitting in the face of one man and has driving recklessly around town with kids nearby.

Look, we don’t condone fleeing from the police and escalating an easily situated incident, but… shooting at a minivan?: A mother is facing felony charges and two state police officers are under investigation after a traffic stop escalated into a wild scene involving broken glass, gunfire and a high speed chase. She put her family in danger, but the cop did not have to shoot at the van. No. Have I tried it? Probably in one of my drunken stupors, probably approximately about a year ago,” Mr. Ford said on Tuesday. “I answered your question. You ask the question properly, I’ll answer it. Yes, I’ve made mistakes. All I can do now is apologize and move on.” As reporters tried to ask where and how often he used crack, Mr. Ford suggested he was too drunk to recall details. “You guys kept referring to alcohol, there was a couple of isolated incidents, there’s been times when I’ve been in a drunken stupor, that’s why I want to see the tape,” he said. “I want everyone in the city to see the tape. I’d like to see this tape. I don’t even recall there being a tape or a video.” Earlier in the day, two Toronto city councillors were attempting to limit Mayor Rob Ford’s powers via a notice of motion to be presented this month and debated in December. The motion, tabled by councillors John Filion and Paul Ainslie, sets the stage for a showdown at the December council meeting. It asks that city council suspend the mayor’s power to appoint and dismiss the deputy mayor and standing committee chairs. It would remove the mayor’s ability to shuffle the members of his executive committee and hand that power over to city council at large. The motion cites the police documents and investigations revealed last week as the motivation to strip the mayor of his ability to pick and choose his executive committee. “It appears that a majority of members of council and a significant number of members of the executive committee have expressed serious concerns about the mayor’s ability to lead the city government at this time,” the motion reads. “He’s got to step aside. The Texas man was arrested for not returning his overdue GED book… Texas Man Arrested And Thrown In Jail For Overdue Library Book Via Gawker reports: While most libraries around the country are doing their best to remain relevant, one Texas town has decided to speed up its library’s demise by threatening to arrest residents who don’t return books on time. A recently passed ordinance in Copperas Cove allows courts to issue arrest warrants for library patrons who have had a book checked out for over 90 days and have not responded to requests — by phone, email, or otherwise — to return the book. Jory Enck was arrested last week after he was found to be in possession of a GED study guide that was checked out in 2010. Municipal judge Bill Price told KWTX the law was passed because Copperas Cove was “spending a tremendous amount of money replacing these materials that people just didn’t return.” Price acknowledged that there was “universal hatred” for the law among locals because “nobody wants to get arrested over a library book.” Which is apparently something that is happening “quite frequently,” according to Sgt. Julie Lehmann of the Copperas Cove Police Department. She told Yahoo News that her fellow officers are not “actively out there going after these felony book thieves,” but often a run of someone’s driver’s license during a traffic stop will bring up a “library warrant.” As for Enck, KWTX reports that he returned his overdue book the day after he was released from jail on a $200 bond. According to Radar Online: Love & Hip Hop star Stevie J. owes a lot of money to his ex-girlfriend for unpaid child support, and determined to get it she held a press conference on Thursday — but not before the VH1 reality TV star left a voicemail for her begging to keep her mouth shut, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting. Stevie J. (real name Steven Jordan) owes a grand total of $1,158,391 to Carol Bennett for the two children they have together and over a course of 14 years, has only paid $132,220.30. Bennett’s rep, Sibrena Stowe de Fernandez, exclusively tells Radar a voicemail was left by Stevie J. to his baby mama stating: ”What’s going on, uh I see all this press it’s going crazy and then I see something ’bout a press conference on October 31. I would ask you not to do a press conference…so let’s try to figure out what we doing, what’s goin’ on aight?” But Bennett did the press conference in New York City anyway. “My goal is not to incarcerate Stevie J.,” she said during the conference. “My intent is to find a resolution and to co-parent with Stevie J. and that means emotionally and financially so that our children can receive the support that they deserve.” As Radar previously reported, an arrest warrant was issued for Stevie J. in 2010 with the New York City Police Department because of the owed money, but was later discharged without payment. Bennett has now enlisted the help of Project Child Support, an organization spearheaded by Kai D. Patterson, who is the CEO of Bounty Alert and Founder of the Custodial Support Foundation to uncover and collect Stevie’s assets, including any and all companies that may be used as a financial shelter. There is a special place in hell for folks like this . Family Lived With Dead Body How do you live with the smell of a rotting body? Wouldn’t the odor knock you out? Eww. According to WFTV: The Holly Hill Police Department has arrested two people after a family was found living in a home where a decomposing body was found on Thursday. The Department of Children and Families contacted Holly Hill police to request a well-being check at a home on Center Avenue after it had been unable to contact its client since early September. Officers forced entry to the home and found the body of 33-year-old Tiffany Cain in advanced stages of decomposition lying in a bedroom. Authorities believe Cain had been dead for at least two weeks. Within minutes of the discovery, officers said they found Todd Christopher La Duke, 38, and Nicole Louise Scalise, 32, along with a 4-year-old child, in a room directly across the hall from where the body was. It was later determined that La Duke and Scalise had two other children — ages 6 and 11 — also living in the home, but both were in school at the time. In addition, investigators discovered large amounts of dog feces and urine in the home, along with evidence of drug abuse. Authorities said the family had been living in deplorable conditions for months. Disgusting! Police said La Duke and Scalise admitted to using the dead woman’s EBT and Social Security benefits, and investigators believe the pair continued to exploit the woman’s benefits after her death. “This is perhaps the worst case of child endangerment I’ve seen in my 30 years in law enforcement. Disgusting,” said Holly Hill Police Chief Mark Barker. “(Cain) had lived at the residence for several years. She was receiving social services from DCF and it was that agency that notified us and requested the well-being check,” said Barker. Authorities said Cain suffered from spina bifida and was confined to a wheelchair. Investigators said La Duke and Scalise admitted to using Cain’s benefits for some time. La Duke and Scalise are being held in the Volusia County Jail on charges of child neglect and failure to report a death to the medical examiner. La Duke was also charged with theft of utility services for illegally connecting electrical and water service to the residence. The children are in the care of DCF. “We are fortunate that these children have been removed, are in a safe place today and that these individuals have been brought to justice,” said Barker.
