Republican who yelled "baby killer" at Democrat Bart Stupak identified!

Rep. Randy Neugebauer (R-TX) has come forward and admitted that he was the one who yelled “baby killer” during the House debate on the health care bill last night. In his statement, Neugeubauer said that he meant to refer to the bill as “a baby killer,” not Stupak himself. That said, he has apologized to Stupak. It should be noted that in addition to the “baby killer” outburst, Neugebauer is also a sponsor of the so-called “Birther Bill,” introduced by Rep. Bill Posey (R-FL), to require presidential candidates “to include with the committee’s statement of organization a copy of the candidate’s birth certificate, together with such other documentation as may be necessary to establish that the candidate meets the qualifications for eligibility to the Office of President under the Constitution.”

New Health Care Bill Pros and Cons: New Health Care Bill Explained by Obama

New Health Care Bill Pros and Cons: New Health Care Bill Explained by Obama – This is indeed a good news for some people that they think they will benefit a lot from the new health care bill and pros and cons. This is the new health care bill explained the US President Barack Obama in his latest speech in public. For the first pro you can think that the government will be spending a lot more money on health care rather than on other less important things like defense and wartime spending and this is all the money of the tax payer, I mean if the act of giving tax can’t even provide you with basic health services then it’s a sign that your taxes aren’t being used properly. In short, the reconciliation package increases the federal commitment to health care over the next decade (e.g., by rolling back the excise tax on expensive insurance plans that’s in the Senate bill) but then brings it down in the future (e.g., by ramping up the excise tax beyond the ten year window). People needed it and so despite stiffest opposition from Republicans who were prepared to go to any length to scuttle the bill. The bill that was passed 219 to 212 will bring a phenomenal change in the lives of ordinary Americans for whom healthcare safety is merely a dream. Women With Fake Boobs: Big NO-NO In The New Movie Pirates of the Caribbean

filmofilia Women with fake boobs are a big No-NO in the new movie Pirates of the Caribbean. Makers of the said film banned women with faux bossoms from applying for a role in the next megahit. The director of this fourth installment,Rob Marshall, gave a very strict set of credentials demanded to casting directors saying that the film-makers were seeking “beautiful female fit models. Must be 5ft 7in – 5ft 8in, size 4 or 6, no bigger or smaller. Age 18-25. Must have a lean dancer body. Must have real breasts. Do not submit if you have implants.” The film-makers from “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides” said that potential actresses are expected to go through a “test” to verify whether their breasts are fake or in fact the real deal. The specifics of the “test” haven’t been disclosed yet. A former casting agent was quoted as saying “In the last movie there were enhanced breasts to give that 18th-century whoreish look and men were pretty well padded, too, and no one worried but times are changing and the audience can spot false breasts.” Keira Knightley, now 24, who was 18 when she was filmed the first installment of movie, revealed her previous experience, saying: “I am not that well endowed so they literally painted in my cleavage. It took about 45 minutes every day for make-up artists to add shade and volume and it looked fantastic until it got too hot shooting. Then the make-up would start smearing and the lines running away.” “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides” is due to be released in May 2011. Sandstorms Whip Across China

This Monday, sandstorms hit across China covering cities in an unhealthy cloud of sand and grit with winds that carried the pollution even outside the mainland and reached as far as Hong Kong and Taiwan. Since Saturday, winds coming from the northwest have been whipping sand across the country. This affected Xinjiang in the far east all the way to Beijing in the country’s east. The sand and dust were brought to parts of southern China and even to cities in Taiwan, 1600 miles (2600 kilometers) away from Inner Mongolia where much of the pollution originated. The sandstorm in Taiwan, drove people to cover their faces to prevent inhaling the grit which can cause chest discomfort and respiratory problems even to healthy individuals. In justabout 10 minutes, cars were already covered in a layer of black soot. Services in the airport of islet Matsu was suspended Sunday, because of poor visibility due to sandstorm. In Hong Kong, 20 elderly needed medical assistance for shortness of breath, because of an increasing level of the pollution as confirmed by the environmental protection officials. The government ordered people to stay indoors and encourage schools to cancel sports events. Bridges and waterside pagodas on the eastern coast of Hangzhou were covered in a mix of sand and pollution. Residents and tourists in Beijing were wearing masks. The latest sandstorm is expected to hit South Korea on Tuesday, as confirmed by Kim Seung-bum of the Korea Meteorological Administration. The sandstorm that hit China had caused the worst “yellow dust” haze in South Korea. China’s Central Meteorological Station highly recommends people to close their doors and windows. Wearing of masks is strongly encouraged when going outside. People were advised to use salt water in cleaning their nose and swabs dipped in alcohol for removing grit from ears. The U.S. Embassy in Beijing released a warning that particulate matter in the air is “hazardous” because the air quality had upgraded to “very unhealthy” level. Duan Li, a spokeswoman for the Beijing Meteorological Station stated that the conditions in the city appeared to be more severe due to grits deposited on rooftops, sidewalks and tress caused by sandstorm on Saturday. The winds Monday brought in even more sand and added up to what was already there. The sandstorm was the latest sign of the effects of desertification. Overgrazing, deforestation, urban sprawl and drought have enlarged deserts in the country’s north and west. Sandstorms Whip Across China is a post from: Daily World Buzz Continue reading
