Justin Bieber feat. Jaden Smith – Never Say Never

See I never thought that I could walk through fire. I never thought that I could take the burn. I never had the strength to take it higher, Until I reached the point of no return. And there’s just no turning back, When your hearts under attack, Gonna give everything I have, It’s my destiny. I will never say never! (I will fight) I will fight till forever! (make it right) Whenever you knock me down, I will not stay on the ground. Pick it up, Pick it up, Pick it up, Pick it up up up, And never say never. I never thought I could feel this power. I never thought that I could feel this free. I’m strong enough to climb the highest tower. And I’m fast enough to run across the sea. And there’s just no turning back, When your hearts under attack, Gonna give everything I have, Cause this is my destiny. I will never say never! (I will fight) I will fight till forever! (make it right) Whenever you knock me down, I will not stay on the ground. Pick it up, Pick it up, Pick it up, Pick it up, up, up, And never say never. Here we go! Guess who? JSmith and Jb! I gotcha lil bro. I can handle him. Hold up, aight? I can handle him. Now he’s bigger than me, Taller than me. And he’s older than me, And stronger than me. And his arms a little bit longer than me. But he ain’t on a JB song with me! I be trying a chill They be trying to side with the thrill. No pun intended, was raised by the power of Will. Like Luke with the force, when push comes to shove. Like Cobe with the 4th, ice water with blood. I gotta be the best, and yes We’re the flyest. Like David and Goliath, I conquered the giant. So now I got the world in my hand, I was born from two stars So the moon’s where I land. I will never say never! (I will fight) I will fight till forever! (make it right) Whenever you knock me down, I will not stay on the ground. Pick it up, Pick it up, Pick it up, Pick it up, up, up, And never say never. I will never say never! (I will fight) I will fight till forever! (make it right) Whenever you knock me down, I will not stay on the ground. Pick it up, Pick it up, Pick it up, Pick it up, up, up, And never say never.

Jon Hamm Calls Playing Superman ‘A Young Man’s Game’

‘There are plenty of other people available to put on tights,’ he tells MTV News at the Critics’ Choice Movie Awards. By Aly Semigran, with reporting by Josh Horowitz Jon Hamm attends the 2011 Critics’ Choice Movie Awards Photo: Jeff Kravitz/FilmMagic Jon Hamm attended the 16th annual Critics’ Choice Movie Awards as part of the Best Ensemble-nominated cast of “The Town,” but there was still plenty of lingering curiosity about his possible next project. The “Mad Men” star has recently been the center of a rumor mill (largely on the Web) that has been wondering whether Hamm will be the next actor to fly in Superman’s famed cape. The Golden Globe nominee stopped by to chat with MTV News on the CCMA red carpet about the odds of playing the Man of Steel in Zack Snyder’s upcoming reboot of the franchise . “I talked to Zack quite a bit,” Hamm told MTV News about his “Sucker Punch” director. “We had some looping and some reshoots and stuff to do on ‘Sucker Punch.’ But no, I think that’s a young man’s game now. I think I’ve been aged out of that one by now, but that’s fine with me. There are plenty of other people available to put on tights.” Hamm assured MTV News last year that he is “a huge comic book fan” but also admitted he’d had his doubts about taking on those type of roles because “it’s a tricky road to go down with some of those heroes, because they’re not flawed. Superman is Superman — he’s invincible, so where’s the drama?” The 39-year-old actor had previously told MTV News that he feared he might be “aged out of that competition” and joked that he wouldn’t get that part “unless Superman’s power was the power of being really old.” What do you think: Could Jon Hamm still play Superman? Let us know in the comments below! Check out everything we’ve got on “Superman.” For breaking news and previews of the latest comic book movies — updated around the clock — visit SplashPage.MTV.com . Bride of Chucky Forced Oprah to Eat 30 Pounds of Mac and Cheese

Last week, Oprah Winfrey was criticized for spending 18 minutes preaching about the power of hopes and dreams . To prove that she is not just a motivational speaker sent from God (as she herself insinuated within that lengthy sermon), Oprah sat down with Piers Morgan for his first CNN show determined to prove that she is indeed human. Exhibit A: Back in 1998, Oprah succumbed to Bride of Chucky -related depression and binge-ate 30 pounds worth of macaroni and cheese.

Venus WIlliams Booty Hittin’ Balls of the Day

Not a day in my life goes by without me thinking about a big round black woman ass, sure I don’t necessarily love when that ass is attached to a pro athlete, because there’s something about female pro athletes that makes me think they are more into having their clits jerked off, like dudesbecause of the whole trading in their vagina’s for muscles after years of hard training thing, but a round ass in tight pants seems to have the ability to make me forget….plus it’s not like Venus Williams is her monster sister…and tennis is probably as dainty a pro sport a girl could be into, so this round black ass has some redeeming factors you will notice if you can get past staring at the mom’s fat tits….

Victoria Silvstedt Subtle Bikini Pics of the Day

I always try to figure out why people bother with Victoria Silvstedt, she was playmate of the year in 1997. I don’t even remember 1997 so why the fuck do I remember this plastic twat turned hooker to billionaires…washed up…insignificant…hot bodied but old and tired..and then I remember it is because she’s a talent who saves the world with her songs…. You know a real creative genius ready to inspire and bring joy like she was a contestent on American Idol or Katy Perry…A real voice of an angel that brings chills up my spine cuz I feel like she is channeling a higher power or something… What a fucking joke. I hate this fake busty trash. Here she is on the beach being irrelevant, useless and making me hate myself for posting her doctored face….. Here she is in her natural virginal white…to offset some of her life choices..

‘Spider-Man’ Musical Director Speaks Out On Injuries

‘An accident like this is obviously heartbreaking for our entire team,’ Julie Taymor says in statement. By Terri Schwartz Julie Taymor Photo: Jeff Kravitz/ WireImage There’s been a lot of negative press about Julie Taymor’s Broadway musical “Spider-man: Turn Off the Dark,” after a fourth castmember, aerialist and stunt double Christopher Tierney , was injured during a preview performance on Monday. A spokesperson for the show made a statement on Tuesday and the Actors’ Equity Association spoke to MTV News about the show’s streak of injuries . And now Taymor has commented about the show’s continued bad luck. “An accident like this is obviously heartbreaking for our entire team and, of course, to me personally,” Taymor said in her statement, according to The Hollywood Reporter . “I am so thankful that Chris is going to be alright and is in great spirits. Nothing is more important than the safety of our ‘Spider-Man’ family and we’ll continue to do everything in our power to protect the cast and crew.” Tierney’s injury spurred the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Actors’ Equity Association and New York State Department of Labor to meet with the “Spider-man” company on Tuesday and institute additional safety measures to prevent further injuries. But some other Broadway stars took to their social networking accounts to demand Taymor stop production on the $65 million musical. “SPIDERMAN SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF ITSELF. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND EMBARRASSING TO WORKING ACTORS EVERYWHERE,” Tony Award-winning actress Alice Ripley tweeted on Tuesday. “DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO DIE? WHERE IS THE LINE FOR THE DECISION MAKERS, I AM CURIOUS.” “Rent” star Adam Pascal took to his Facebook page Tuesday and said, “I have to weigh in on Spiderman. They should put Julie Taymor in jail for assault! I know what it’s like to fall and get hurt in front of 2,000 people. It’s no fun, but at least it was the one time it happened. I hope whoever was hurt is ok and sues the sh– out of Julie, Bono, Edge and every other a–hole who invested in that steaming pile of actor crippling sh–!” Pascal toned down his anger and clarified his comments on Wednesday (December 22): “I think some of you missed the intended humor in my post, although my anger is real, I don’t think anyone should sue Bono and the Edge you dummy! Or put Julie Taymor in jail you double dummy. I was making a point.” As of now, “Spider-man: Turn Off the Dark” preview performances are proceeding as planned, and the official Broadway opening date has been pushed back from January 11 to February 7. Wednesday’s matinee was the only performance canceled due to Tierney’s injury. Do you think “Spider-man: Turn Off the Dark” should be canceled due to the danger involved? Tell us in the comments.

Tidal energy testing the waters

For eons, powerful tides have raged through Puget Sound, ripping along at 11 feet per second at their peak, predictable as the phases of the moon. To establish a place in the emerging marine renewable market, the time for investment is now. – Monty Worthington, Ocean Renewable Power Co.Three years from now, a local utility hopes to begin converting a portion of that raw energy to electricity, part of a growing effort to harness the tides to power homes and businesses miles from the smell of salt air. The Snohomish County Public Utility District's pilot project is small – two turbines with 500 kilowatts of total capacity and an average output of 50 kilowatts – hardly a panacea for all that ails the United States' energy portfolio. But tidal power is garnering increasing attention as a niche supplier of renewable alternative energy in Washington, Maine and Alaska. The tides, some say, have the potential to light five percent of the nation's homes – nearly nine gigawatts of generating power. And with wind and solar increasingly seen as viable commercial energy alternatives in the United States, investors and public utilities also seem more willing to literally test tidal energy's waters. “There is a realization that a diversified suite of renewable energy resources will displace fossil fuel,” said Monty Worthington, who is directing a tidal energy project in Alaska for the Maine-based Ocean Renewable Power Co. “To establish a place in the emerging marine renewable market, the time for [U.S.] investment is now.” To that end, earlier this fall, the Snohomish County utility, which serves 320,000 customers north of Seattle, won a Department of Energy grant covering half the costs of its $20 million tidal energy pilot project. Two 30-foot tall turbines will operate 200 feet beneath the surface in the narrow tidal passage of Admiralty Inlet, between the Olympic Peninsula and Whidbey Island, Wash. When fully developed, the Puget Sound project could power tens of thousands of homes, the utility says. Hedge against carbon taxes Tidal power remains a nascent technology, still very much being developed. But for the Snohomish public utility district, it offers several advantages over relatively more advanced renewable energy sources such as wind and solar, said Craig Collar, the utility's senior energy resource development manager. “Solar is not yet economically competitive in the Northwest,” he said. “And given wind's transmission and integration challenges, we would prefer to add more predictable – and potentially more local – resources such as tidal and geothermal.” Climate change and energy security concerns are tidal energy's primary drivers, Collar said. A desire to hedge against possible future carbon taxes makes it even more attractive. The Puget Sound initiative is the first to be launched by a public utility in the Pacific Northwest. Tidal energy has made headway in recent years in Europe and Canada, and it is attracting growing interest inside the United States. Ocean Renewable Power is testing a turbine in Maine and has plans for a project in Alaska's Cook Inlet, which boasts the second-highest tidal range in the world. Technology hurdles remain a huge issue. Solar and wind have seen considerable advancement in technology the past decade. But tidal energy – at least in the United States – has arguably been taken seriously only in the last five years. And while it will likely never be as ubiquitous as wind and solar, it is more predictable – a highly desirable trait for utilities looking for carbon-free baseload generating power. cont. added by: JanforGore
