In a really bad way too… Yikes. Tamera Mowry-Housley (aka the Mowry twin that was NOT on “The Game”) is due to pop her gut full of vanilla-swirl any day now, but that time just can’t come soon enough as far as she’s concerned. The actress took to her PEOPLE celebrity blog to share her experience. At this point Tamera is 39 weeks along and her and hubby Adam Housley’s first child, a son, is due to arrive on October 30: Experts say only three to five percent of women actually have their babies on their due date. And women on average have their babies between the 38-41 week mark. Additionally, first-time moms tend to have their babies on the later side. As a result I have been telling myself, “Tamera, you might just have this baby a little late.” Although I am still seven days out, I have to say I’ve already begun Googling suggestions on how to induce my labor naturally. I don’t know about you, but sleepless nights are pretty much the norm for me now. I’ve found myself staring at the wall some evenings for two to five hours, pondering such questions as, “What kind of mom will I be?” “Do I have all my son‘s newborn essentials?” “Is the nursery efficient and safe?” “Do I have everything I need in my hospital bag?” “How will my delivery go?” “Will my delivery be three hours or 24 hours long?” “How will I handle the pain during my delivery?” “Am I having real contractions or Braxton Hicks?” “What is the difference between fake labor and real labor?” The list goes on and on. Don’t let me forget about the five trips a night to the restroom. It’s actually become comical now. I’ve stated that at this point, you can either laugh or cry — and I have chosen to laugh!! Is it just me, or does it take you other moms-to-be FOREVER to roll over in bed just to get out and USE the bathroom. I timed myself once out of curiosity, just see how long it took me to go to the restroom. It took me 15 MINUTES! My bathroom is honestly just a few feet away. And at that moment, I chose to laugh REAL hard. Now you know some of the reasons why I’ve chosen to begin Googling natural ways to induce labor! So far I have tried pineapple juice, evening primrose oil, drinking a glass of wine, dancing, squatting and finally, spicy food. However, that is where I had a problem. Spicy food didn’t really work for me for a number of reasons. One, it gave me major heartburn and acid reflux. Unfortunately, food poisoning came along with it. If you’re pregnant and have experienced food poisoning, I FEEL for you! It was like a lose, lose situation. Not to mention a loose, loose situation. Sorry to be graphic, but I didn’t know which way was up or down. I had contractions AND cramps all at the same time. Yuck. That was pretty gross. According to The Grio : It’s a landslide for President Barack Obama — at least among people too young to vote. Nickelodeon’s Linda Ellerbee said Monday that the president captured 65 percent of the vote to beat Republican Mitt Romney in the network’s “Kids Pick the President” vote. More than 520,000 people cast online ballots through the children’s network’s website over one week earlier this month. Since it began in 1988, the kids have presaged the adults’ vote all but once, when more youngsters voted for John Kerry over George W. Bush in 2004. Via People.com : Halle Berry is eager to marry Olivier Martinez, but for now, another matter is taking precedence – relocating the family, likely overseas, to shield her daughter from the spotlight. “I’m not sure where I am going to be living in the next few months, so I have to get that settled first,” the actress, 46, tells InStyle when asked by a reader about her wedding plans. The Oscar winner may well end up in France, where she and her French fiancé can give Berry’s 4-year-old daughter Nahla a quieter life, away from the pressures of Hollywood. “It’s the appeal of privacy and a greater sense of safety for Nahla,” the Oscar winner says. “I don’t want her to grow up around the tabloids. Because we are followed all the time, she is starting to feel like she is somehow special, and of course she is, but I want her to understand that she’s special because of who she is, not because she was born into this celebrity blender.” Berry has suffered through a tough custody battle with Nahla’s father, Gabriel Aubry. “There is turbulence, bit this too shall pass,” she tells InStyle. Beyoncé is getting a little carried away with this motherhood thing. Apparently she and Hov are already working on making Blue Ivy a sibling too. Since the birth of daughter Blue Ivy last January, Beyoncé and Jay-Z have had no qualms about getting down and dirty when it comes to diaper duty. In fact, the proud parents‘ baby bliss has left them loving the new chore. “Actually, [Jay-Z] is very good. We both [change diapers]. I love changing diapers, I love it. I love every moment of it, it’s so beautiful. I love it all,” Beyoncé says during a Monday appearance on Anderson Live. From diaper changing champ to singing sensation, the songstress admits she frequently lulls her baby girl to sleep with sweet songs. “I make up actually a lot of crazy, corny songs,” she reveals, joking she would not give the host a taste of her talents unless he was willing to belt out “Single Ladies.” “Believe me, no one wants to see that,” Cooper answers. But, while the world may know her for her powerhouse performances, she insists she’s much like any other mother — especially in the eyes of Blue. “I’m Mommy and when [Blue] sees me — today was the first time she saw me perform in rehearsal — she was very confused,” Beyoncé, 31, shares. We don’t know anybody else who thinks baby poo is “beautiful” but apparently these two do and are already trying for a baby brother or sister for little Blue Ivy… The latest print issue of US Weekly quotes a source who says, “She definitely wants more kids,” a pal says of the star, “Jay wants a boy next so they can have one of each.
