Actress Evan Rachel Wood has given birth to her first child. It’s a boy! She and Jamie Bell have welcomed a “beautiful” son, her rep says. “Parents and baby are all doing well,” the rep added. The baby’s name, birth date and other details are not available at this time. Evan Rachel Wood and Jamie Bell announced the pregnancy back in January after tying the knot in front of family and friends the previous October. “Thanks for all your warm wishes. We are very happy,” the star said. “I’m gonna to be a mama!”

Pretty much everyone’s reaction is “Rosamund Pike?!?!” but this is David Fincher, and who questions David Fincher? I’m certainly not about to. Starring alongside Ben Affleck in Gone Girl , Pike has been cast as Amy Dunne, the main female character in Gillian Flynn’s best selling novel. The book sold over two million copies and the film is highly anticipated. Also in talks for “supporting roles” are Neil Patrick Harris and Tyler Perry. Not quite sure what those supporting roles would be, but those two men are the big rumors swirling around right now. Her husband, James, said he recorded the scene in Nashville, Tenn., so he could show the world what he has to endure being married to her: Wife Throws Epic Temper Tantrum Now Whitney has offered her side of the story, though, claiming she was being bullied by her spouse and that he provoked the rant that he filmed. Oh, and she’s filing for divorce ASAP. It all started when the pair, who married just 15 months ago, were headed on a weekend trip to the lake, when Jim had a change of heart about going. This sent Whitney through the roof. In the clip above, Jim tells his wife , “It’s my day to get $h!t done too, and you’re acting like an 11-year-old who didn’t get the toy from Wal-mart.” “You are because you’re not taking your wife out on the lake that we’ve spent money for … you have to stop and get me some cigarettes! I’m about to go crazy!” “I never get my way! I just want one day when I get my way!” When he posted her tirade online, it went viral and attracted media attention. Both have since spoken to outlets in the wake of the domestic dispute. Jim insists he doesn’t second-guess his choice to upload the personal clip, and that Whitney’s tantrum was commonplace in their relationship. She said that Jim frequently bullied her, caused tantrum with his own actions and set out to humiliate her by posting her at her worst moment online.
Here’s a new fact of life about Kim Fields: She’s pregnant! The 44-year old actress announced today on The Real* that not only is she expecting her second child… she’s already named it! “This is Quincy Xavier,” Fields said on the show, holding her baby bump and adding that the pregnancy “was planned. We actually had been trying for a couple of years.” Fields and her husband are already the parents of a six-year old and the co-anchor admitted this morning that she has suffered two miscarriages over the last couple years. Kim is about two months along and we wish her the very best! * The Real is apparently a talk show along the lines of The View and The Talk. Who knew?!?
She may not be Amanda Bynes … but Solange Knowles needs a break. The sister of Beyonce announced today on her website that she must cancel all dates on her European tour, although the choice was far from easy. “I wish I could put in words how much of a difficult decision this was,” Knowles wrote. “But between moving part time to a new city, starting my son in a new school, and writing/recording my new record… I really had to make the best decision for my mental/physical health and provide some stability for my family.” Solange is the mother of an eight-year old and recently relocated from Los Angeles to Brooklyn. The canceled tour had included stops in nine cities, including Oslo, Copenhagen and London. “I am so so sooooo sorry if I’ve disappointed … and really hope to make it out to those special cities soon enough!” Solange said. It’s expected she will fulfill her tour dates in Los Angeles on August 24 and Philadelphia on August 31.

With reporters and fans wondering about the state of Kim Kardashian and her pregnancy weight, Kris Jenner took to her talk show today and updated all 12 viewers on the status of her mysteriously quiet daughter. “Well, it’s been three seconds since she’s given birth,” Kris said today, laughing off talk that she’s locking Kim away until she’s back to an acceptable figure. Okay… so what’s the answer? Has Kardashian gotten her pre- North West body back?!? “Trust me,” Jenner told co-host Ryan Seacrest. “She’s not there yet.” But, realizing how harsh that sounded, Jenner explained that Kim “is working hard. Well, not SO little. His weight (8 pounds, 6 ounces) and the time of its birth (4:24 p.m.) were confirmed, along with the gender, via press release. An official gun salute in London’s Hyde Park is expected shortly, and the bells of St Paul’s Cathedral are already ringing in honor of the future King. Ever since Kate went into labor early Monday morning, Royal Baby Watch 2013 reached a fever pitch outside London’s St. Mary’s Hospital and worldwide. Now that it’s over, it’s finally cause for celebration. Kate Middleton and Prince William did not find out the gender beforehand, setting off a national guessing game (and online betting frenzy) for months. They kept all facets of her pregnancy as private and low-key as possible. When Kate and William did finally arrive at the hospital this morning, they did it their way, with no fanfare, no sirens and not even a police escort. Just a dark Range Rover and a shiny new Audi nosing their way calmly through the traffic-free streets of London after dawn, cagily evading the media. William has been by his wife’s side all week as they moved from Kate’s parents house to Kensington Palace, just a mile from the hospital, last weekend. Queen Elizabeth II now has three living heirs: Prince Charles, her eldest son, William, his eldest son, and the first-born son of William and Kate. And, Her Majesty gets to go on holiday without missing this now. Phew! Charles said: “Both my wife and I are overjoyed at the arrival of my first grandchild. It is an incredibly special moment for William and Catherine.” “We are so thrilled for them on the birth of their baby boy,” he adds. “We are eagerly looking forward to seeing the baby in the near future.” The official confirmation notice says very little, only that Kate was “safely delivered of a son” and she and the baby are doing well. Via NYDailyNews reports : The former girlfriend of a Levi Strauss heir is suing him, alleging that he promised her $300,000 to abort their child – but stiffed her on any payment. Christina A. Helm, 45, filed a complaint against Daniel S. Haas in Superior Court Friday, alleging that Haas’ family held an unnatural amount of influence over him and, when Helm fell pregnant outside of marriage, told Haas to “fix” the problem. According to the complaint, Haas had agreed to pay Helm $300,000 within 24 hours of proving to him that she terminated her pregnancy between Sept. 7, 2012, and Sept. 14, 2012. This was only after she slapped him with a paternity litigation to prove that the heir to the Levi Strauss jeans fortune was in fact the father, Courthouse News reports. The complaint goes on to say that Haas was only worried about his public image, and the media firestorm that could ensue after it was revealed that he had fathered a child out of wedlock. “Haas’ personal predicament pushed him to the point where he would do and say anything to end his relationship with plaintiff, cause plaintiff’s pregnancy to be terminated, and silence the whole affair from the public,” the complaint reads. Helm says in the complaint that she never would have had the abortion had she known Haas wouldn’t stick to his end of the bargain, and seeks $307,500 in damages, in addition to punitive damages for breach of contract and emotional distress.
