Pamela Smith filed new legal docs this week in her ongoing paternity suit with Jordan asking a judge to force the b-baller to pony up some fluids or hairs … or skin — this after Jordan recently denied fathering her son, Grant Taj Reynolds … born back in 1996. In the docs, Pamela says she KNOWS Jordan’s the dad because they had sex approx. 9 months before Grant’s birth — something she claims Jordan’s NEVER denied — and genetic testing will prove it resulted in the pregnancy. As TMZ previously reported … Jordan filed docs of his own earlier this month, DENYING he’s the baby daddy — and claimed paternity for the teenager was established YEARS ago in a previous case. Kim Kardashian Rushed To Hospital In Fear That She Was Having Miscarriage Via NYPost Kim Kardashian was rushed to a doctor in Los Angeles on Tuesday night when she feared she was having a miscarriage after returning from Paris fashion week, Page Six can exclusively reveal. And while it was fortunately a false alarm, Kim has now been ordered by her doctors to stop overdoing it and get more rest. The four-months-pregnant reality star flew to Paris on Sunday to join baby-daddy Kanye West at a Givenchy show and dinner after, with guests including Frank Ocean and designer Riccardo Tisci. But sources say that when the E! star arrived back in LA on Tuesday, she was immediately rushed to her doctor in tears. “Kim started feeling ill on the plane from Paris, and called friends as soon as she landed,” an insider said. “She was rushed to her doctor Tuesday night in tears. She thought she was having a miscarriage.” Apparently Kimmy has been going WAY too hard in the gym trying to keep her Armenian a$$ in check during her pregnancy. Luckily she and the baby were fine, and Kardashian was sent home at 12:30 a.m. after she was examined and given the all-clear. But doctors told her she’s working and exercising too hard, and gave her a stern warning to rest. “Kim’s not respecting her pregnancy,” says a source. “She’s running around, working out seven days a week. She’s working with two different trainers to control her weight, including Tracy Anderson and a pregnancy trainer.” The source added that Kardashian — who’s been photographed obsessively working out while expecting — has been desperately trying to tame her figure amid public criticism that she’s ballooning. “She’s scared that her ass is as big as a couch and is going south,” the source said. “But she is having a very rough pregnancy, and doctors have ordered her to slow down.” You heard the doctor Kim, HO SIT DOWN! Kate Middleton is understandably nervous about giving birth to her first child … which pretty much proves she’s not a personality-less breeder , right? The Duchess of Cambridge spoke frankly with fellow expectant moms during a visit to London’s Hope House, Action on Addiction on Tuesday. In Middleton’s first official event following her babymoon in Mustique, she talked about her pregnancy with two recovering women in an art therapy class. One woman at the rehabilitation center, 28-year-old Natalie, is currently expecting her second child, which is due this July, like Prince William’s wife. “She was saying she had been unwell but is feeling better now and I have been about the same. We were all talking about children ,” said Natalie of their chat. Recovering alcoholic Lisa, a mother of three, asked Middleton the obvious. “I asked her if she was nervous about having a child and she said ‘it would be unnatural if I wasn’t. It’s just human, isn’t it?'” Lisa told reporters of her chat. Needless to say, Kate Middleton and her baby bump won them over. “I said congratulations and good luck and I hope it all goes okay. And she smiled. It was that nice she just chatted to us,” said another woman she met with.

Vivid Entertainment has halted circulation of the 2010 Mindy McCready sex tape in the wake of the singer’s suicide, according to news reports. Vivid CEO Steve Hirsch says he has no plans to resume distribution of Baseball Mistress , which features McCready and her boyfriend at the time. It’s unclear when the footage was shot, but the title stems from her alleged affair with married MLB legend Roger Clemens … who is not on the sex tape. Mindy McCready does talk about the affair with Clemens on the video, however … and later denied she ever authorized the release of Baseball Mistress . Anyway, kiss that DVD you planned on purchasing goodbye. Those have already been pulled by the porn company. Digital sales are harder to regulate, but Hirsch says he’s yanking it from Vivid’s website too. McCready was found dead at her home in Heber Springs, Ark., Sunday afternoon after suffering what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. She had battled demons for years and was just 37 years old. Mindy shot her dog before taking her own life in the same spot where her boyfriend, David Wilson, was found dead of a gunshot wound just 36 days earlier.
