Did You Know: President Obama Believes America Is Less Racially Divided Than Before He Took Office

Do you agree? President Obama Says The U.S. Is Less Racially Divided We’ve been of the mind that racism has been more virulent since President Obama took office but he disagrees. According to NY Post reports : President Obama says the United States is less racially divided despite the tensions raging from deadly police shootings and emotional protests. Compared to six years ago when he made history as the first black president, Obama says American race relations are on the upswing. “I actually think that it’s probably in its day-to-day interactions less racially divided,” Obama told National Public Radio. Americans, however, seem to disagree. A Bloomberg Politics survey out this month found a majority of Americans – 53 percent – feel interactions between white and black communities have deteriorated since Obama took office. The choke-hold death of Eric Garner on Staten Island and fatal shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo. sparked nationwide outrage when the white officers in both cases were not criminally charged. Obama has sought to channel the frustration into a national campaign for better police relations. Americans have been divided by race over the outcome. The majority of white Americans agreed with the decision not to charge Ferguson Officer Darren Wilson in Brown’s death, while nearly all blacks disagreed. A slight majority of whites, however, disagreed with a grand jury’s decision not to charge Office Daniel Pantaleo in New York, according to Bloomberg’s survey. Do you think he’s right? Kim Kardashian Introduces Daughter to Santa Claus, Tears Ensue

Considering who her mother is, you’d think North West would be used to people that pretend to be something they’re not. Still, the adorable little girl fell apart when meeting Santa Claus late last week. “North is still warming up to Santa,” Kim Kardashian wrote as a caption yesterday to the following photo, adding: “The same Santa has come to my moms Christmas Eve party since I was a kid. I love sharing the tradition with my baby girl! Hope everyone had the best Christmas.” Kanye West is also featured in the family image, looking sweetly at his daughter while she’s being comforted by Kim in the presence of Saint Nick. It doesn’t exactly look like the rapper ditched his wife on Christmas , does it? According to a new report, Kardashian has been trying to get pregnant with her second child for about nine months now. But she’s having trouble conceiving, a revelation that comes out not long after Kim admitted she saw multiple fertility specialists prior to North West incredibly appearing in her womb as well. Will she and Kanye defy the odds and get pregnant again despite these difficulties? Will they adopt? Will North end up as an only child? We don’t say this often, but due to the sensitive nature of this subject, we wish Kim all the best in whatever happens next with her family. 28 Totally Adorable North West Photos 1. Morning, Kim and Nori! It’s Kim Kardashian and daughter Nori! The former posted this photo online with a simple caption: Good morning.

North Korea Labels Barack Obama a "Monkey," Threatens U.S. with "Deadly Blows"

North Korea has upped the ante in its feud with the United States. In the wake of The Interview being released in select theaters on Christmas Day, along with an Internet outage this week in North Korea, a spokesperson for that unstable nation has come out swinging against President Barack Obama. Via a statement that blames America for North Korea’s latest World Wide Web disruptions, the totalitarian regime’s ruling body, the National Defence Commission, says of our Commander-in-Chief: “Obama always goes reckless in words and deeds like a monkey in a tropical forest.” The FBI, of course, has confirmed that North Korea was behind endless hacks into the personal lives of Sony executives, a scandal that caused the company to initially cancel the release of The Interview. In response to that decision, Obama mocked his country’s arch nemesis . The North Korean spokesperson also charged the United States with falsely linking the Sony hacking to North Korea “without clear evidence,” accusing the Presidential administration of “disturbing the Internet operation” of North Korea in retaliation. The Interview stars James Franco and Seth Rogen and centers on their characters’ attempt to assassinate Kim Jong-un. Sony chose to release the film in just a handful of theaters late this week, following Obama’s criticism of its decision to essentially erase it from existence in the wake of the hacking scandal. Adds North Korea’s National Defence Commission in its statement: “U.S. President Obama is the chief culprit who forced the Sony Pictures Entertainment to ‘indiscriminately distribute’ the movie and took the lead in appeasing and blackmailing cinema houses and theatres in the U.S. mainland to distribute the movie.” President Obama: Flubs James Franco’s Name

Former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani: Cops Were Murdered Because Obama Told Everyone To “Hate The Police”

Oh? We must have missed that Presidential address… Rudy Giuliani Blames Obama’s “Anti-Police” Sentiments For Cop Killing Right-leaning politicos are still trying to find a way to blame Saturday’s tragic police execution in Brooklyn on the protests of the deaths of Eric Garner and Mike Brown — despite the fact that there was no protest going on anywhere near the incident, nor was the shooter known to have taken part in any organized protest of either grand jury decision. Of course and as always, now President Obama is somehow to blame. Via ThinkProgress.org : Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani attributed the execution-style assassination of two police officers on Saturday afternoon to the protests that broke out across the city following a grand jury’s failure to indict a police officer for killing Eric Garner. “We’ve had four months of propaganda starting with the president that everybody should hate the police,” Giuliani said during an appearance on Fox News on Sunday. “The protests are being embraced, the protests are being encouraged. The protests, even the ones that don’t lead to violence, a lot of them lead to violence, all of them lead to a conclusion. The police are bad, the police are racist. That is completely wrong.” Giuliani then argued that most of the city’s violence is centered in the black community through so-called “black against black” crime and heralded the police for keeping African Americans safe. “Actually, the people who do the most for the black community in America are the police,” he explained. Since Saturday’s killing a host of conservatives — including former New York Gov. George Pataki (R) — blamed DeBlasio or Attorney General Eric Holder for inciting the kind of anti-police fervor that led 28-year-old Ismaaiyl Brinsley to ambush and murder two officers, shooting them point-blank in the head as they sat in their patrol car in Brooklyn before killing himself at a nearby subway platform. The former mayor also criticized President Barack Obama, Holder, and Al Sharpton for addressing the underlining racial tensions behind the failure to indict the white police officers who killed Garner and Mike Brown in Ferguson. “They have created an atmosphere of severe, strong, anti-police hatred in certain communities. For that, they should be ashamed of themselves,” he said. Welp, news flash: differing opinions and peaceful protests are each perfectly legal in the United States…for now, anyway. How is everyone under the sun BESIDES the vindictive and clearly mentally disturbed shooter being blamed for this killing??

Sony Hackers Threaten Terrorist Attacks on Theaters Showing The Interview

The group responsible for the Sony hacking scandal just took their campaign to a dangerous new level via a new message directed at both Sony executives and anyone planning to see the now-controversial comedy, The Interview. “We will clearly show it to you at the very time and places The Interview be shown, including the premiere,” reads the latest threat from the group known as Guardians of Peace. “How bitter fate those who seek fun in terror should be doomed to. Soon all will see what an awful movie Sony Pictures Entertainment has made.” “The world will be full of fear. Remember the 11th of September 2001. We recommend you to keep yourself distant from the places at that time. (If the house is nearby, you’d better leave.)…All will denounce Sony.” The broken English and cartoonish commands to “denounce Sony” perfectly encapsulate the bizarre mix of absurd humor and real fear that’s characterized this scandal. The hacks have damaged the reputations of Sony several Sony execs, two of whom were exposed for making  racist jokes about President Obama via their corporate email accounts. The Interview stars Seth Rogen and James Franco, and while both actors have denounced the actions of the hackers, they’ve also expressed their belief that the impact of the attacks will be minimal.  North Korea has denied responsibility, but offered praise for those responsible for the hacks. 9 Things We Learned From the Sony Hacking Scandal 1. New Ghostbusters Cast Revealed! One email reveals that the studio is hoping to have Jennifer Lawrence, Melissa McCarthy, Emma Stone, and Lizzy Caplan star in the upoming all-female Ghostbusters reboot. Well, “all-female” isn’t quite accurate. The ladies will be joined by an A-list male star, who will apparently need to be dragged to the set kicking and screaming…
